Stepped into the shop just as they were receiving supplies in cardboard boxes. Ordered a footlong and the lady making the food looked around wondering where the knife was to cut the bread. Another male employee noticed the knife on top of the cardboard box (possibly left on the greasy floor) and passed it to her and the lady actually was going to cut the bread with the same knife!!!!! Horrifying!!!!! It doesn’t take a lot to know the knife was just used to cut the cardboard boxes and that is so unhygienic! Worst part is I as the customer was just standing right in front of them witnessing everything and there was not a single intention they thought it might be unhygienic. Pretty sure after we left the knife will be used to cut the bread of other customers. Take it what you will but I sure do not prefer to have cardboard in my bread.

One of the worst experiences with the person in the store. We ordered some subs and they were all burnt. When we asked her, she said its just that way they serve. On tasting the food, it was as hard as a rock. It was nothing but a pure scene of recklessness. I'm not sure if the training hasn't been provided properly, or maybe she is just too arrogant with her work. Please make sure that people like these will be trained properly or else it will a huge loss for your business. And if the person isn't serious in doing a good job please quit, so that someone more qualified and efficient can step in and do a much better work. For the management to know who the person is, I am following the details. We ordered food at around 4.28 pm on the 15th of September of 2021. Please make sure such mistakes never happen.

WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE AND FOOD EVER. Vegetables on the bar looked like the left over from the last night. No instruction/explanation about the extra charge. Incorrect way to toast the sandwich-normally they put slices of cheese and toast your bread, this store toasted my bread with tuna and cheeses. Unsurprisingly, the outcome of my sandwich was great. It was soggy, tuna was warm, and all veges were warm as well. I had two tiny bites and threw it out. I paid $7 for nothing. I normally like subway sandwiches, but I will avoid this store.

Terrible staff, extremely rude and refuse to listen. Ordered a 6inch sub, in which they didn’t warm up the chicken separately, instead toasted it all together leaving it cold and hard as a rock. After saying what veggies and meat I wanted, they got it wrong, and then didn’t take the incorrect ingredients off. The manger it seems is extremely arrogant and refuses to train her staff properly as well as herself. Place needs a new owner, complaints have been going for a while now.

Food quality is standard and acceptable. While asking for cheese there is always some hesitation from the employees and rest its far too pricey for a regular meal.

Vegetarian options are limited to Veggy patty and Falafel. I'd personally recommend Veggy patty over falafel because of the taste.

The lady at the counter is extremely rude. The place was open and even google timings show it was open. It was 8.45 on a Saturday morning and she just said we are not ready yet. I said the timings say you are open. She said yes , the timings say but I am not ready yet. No apologies, no explanation. My advice - stay away from this place. I don't know how rude people survive in the hospitality business. I would give a 0 star if possible.

Such stupidity in preparation. Subways comes with veggies that is my priority and it's common sense to include unless i mentioned in my order NO VEGGIES. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and it came WITHOUT any vegetables!! I called them to informed them and they were so rude over the phone!! Seriously this kind of attitude is the worst ever customer service. Will never ever buy again nor recommend anyone to even bother to order here.

Nothing much to complain about the food and portion since they are like some standards of this restaurant chain. Maybe something to improve for this particular branch is the staffs. Attended by two staffs throughout and the first staff was really nice and patient. Second staff was a bit reluctant to serve and I find it amusing for someone to ask me if I want cheese on my sub after ordering steak and cheese HAHAHA.

A healthy food option, affordable and accessible easily due to many branches. Staff are pleasant and there is a lot of options to choose from. I have gone to two branches, one in the Clayton campus at Monash and another near Caulfield campus. Both of them had friendly staff and offers, lots of choices and most of all, good healthy food. Their food quality is great as well. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The sandwich was made pretty good, however the staff member that served me seemed to not want to be there and not had a bad attitude vibe. Cant say much for the other staff as i only saw the one. Decent amount of parking on either side of the road infront of subway if you can snag a spot, otherwise there is a servo on the corner and a mcdonalds maybe you can park there and walk down.

I asked my husband to get me a Ham Cheese & Tomato toasted wrap. He told the girl who he said was in a very bad mood. At home when he handed it to me it hand anything but my wrap. It had jalapeños, chicken pieces with some goo over the, cucumber olives and onions with a vile sauce. The service was terrible, my wrap was also steamed in a microwave instead of toasted. :(

I regularly go to this subway, and the customer service is really good but today there was a lady who was very rude and got all annoyed and angry just because I asked her if she can add enough sauce to my sub. She acted poorly and as if she is paying me to eat the subway I ordered. Really disappointed.

honestly have never eaten anything better, from a family of little to no money who struggle to put food on the table for their 16 year old son Gishain the dedication and determination shown by his mother the owner of this store. Truly amazes me, for her to put the wellbeing of her customer base above that of her own son. Truly elegant work.

Very helpful staff! Never had subway before, but that wasn't an issue. The staff was very friendly, and happily talked me through the process. They recommended the meatball sub and I was not disappointed. After this experience I will certainly be stopping over at subway more frequently on my way home!

Note to the Owner. Do Train your staff first before experimenting on the customer's order. Today I ordered 2 six inch subs & 1 garlic toast. The toast was entirely burnt & that's all because staff was not experienced enough to make it proper & owner give heads up to make it.

Imagine this, you entered a Subway, and tried to order.The reply is "can you just wait?"Then, everything went well through the protocol.U and the Sandwich man greeted each other and said goodbye.It is hard to say that is a good service or a good tone of speaking.

Paulumandadige's mother (ann) is the owner of this fine establishment, this is the best sandwich place in the whole of Melbourne wait no, best sandwiches in Australia wait wait wait NO, the best sangas in the WORLD.. great chair and tables aswell!!!!!!

Well located store. Very popular with Monash Uni students. The downside is that attempting to buy a sandwich early evening can be hit and miss. Provision depletion affecting choice is not uncommon. Friendly and helpful staff though.

Have been there many times. Food was great but the manager is not welcoming and she never greets the customers and looks grumpy.

This subway was really lovely! Staff were so friendly and seemed to know the community really well which was nice to see. Also one of the most clean and well kept subways I have seen, would happily come again!

Staff did not charge us for the Cookies which we bought. We were busy and did not notice how much was charged. As we were leaving the shop after finishing eating there they raced over to ask us for more money.

Outstanding service and really polite customer service. Made my sub to perfection and were really nice when I was confused about the different subs and options I can get. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Walked in today to get lunch to see a young indian man yelling at his manager because he didnt want to wear his mask propely. He was touching his face and screaming at her. Very unporfesional.

A quieter store, but as a result they often don't have all the selections of bread available, and those they do have available are not as fresh as other stores.

This outlet is walking distance to Monash University, Caulfield campus. Minimal seating avaliable, no toilets and regular problems with the air conditioning.

They are always out of meatballs, take 5 minutes to come to the counter to get your order, and only have 1 person on duty during rush hours. Pathetic.

Got a small salad bowl should have been $7.95 got charge $8.95 they put 6 baby spinach leave in the bowl but didn't tell me it would be extra cost.

I have ordered via app with this store 3 times in past week. Every order they have missed parts of my order that I paid for. Terrible service!!
