Literally dont know why i continue giving this store a chance. Even the convenience of being essentially next door to me doesnt make up for the consistently poor quality food to come from here. Drive an extra 2 minutes to the Braeside subway, thank me later. Only saving grace is that despite lack of any flavour or really enjoyable features, there was indeed bread and meatballs that constitute a sandwich. Whether or not its worth the wasted money is another question. Up your game. How ingredients change that drastically from one store to another i have no idea.

The last 3 or 4 orders, at least, have been partially wrong or missing extras that I paid for. I have lived in the area for 26 years and I have been coming here almost as long as this shop has been here. Back in the day, my orders got burnt so I stopped coming here for a while. You guys basically owe me the equivalent of 4 subs in stuff I have paid for and not received through Menulog. I have stopped coming here recently due to this and I am unsure if I will ever return. There are about 6 Subway's within about 10-15 minute drive, step up your game.

Overall, not a very pleasant experience. Although as far as experiencing Subway, it's not a shock. Customer service is well-below average, and food could be a lot better, but as a local place to grab a quick bite, it's alright. Recommend going well inside the opening and closing hours to avoid missing out on a variety of options. E.g. They turned off the toasting oven an hour before closing, and often are missing items. Not sure what's happened with the location marker, but easily found along the Mordialloc Plaza.

i was in this store getting my sub and my kid was constantly asking for a cookie when i went out to the car to grab something and i left my kid inside sitting on the tabke the worker gave my kid a free cookie even tho he didnt pay for it and i constantly said to him he cant have one infront of the worker this place needs to be shutdown

At least 5 times, I’ve come between a half hour to 15 minutes before close and they can’t toast my sub because they already turned the toaster off. It’s not as though I’m coming in 3 minutes until close. Even so, you should have everything available until closing- then do your closing duties. I worked in the food service industry for over ten years. Even if it “inconveniences” you, you still serve the customer. Never had this happen at any other subway ever.

I would give it 0 stars if I could the owner (lady) argued with me about the price of extra cheese, being a footlong she did it twice. $11.30 for a footlong B.M.T with extra cheese should be an extra $1.30, I was charged $3 extra. We purchased two B.M.T one with extra one without. Which should total 11.30 X 2 = 22.60 add the 1.30 becomes 23.90, was charged 27. Avoid this place like the plague, their methods and service is disgusting.

Paid $20 for a tuna footling. The bread was burnt on the sides and I asked for extra tuna because you couldn’t even see the tuna when she put it on the bread. She put everything minimal. Onions, olives, tomatoes everything was like sprinkled. I asked for extra onion and still as you can see in the photos, you can’t even tell it’s extra anything. Probably the worst Subway I had and actually felt horrible paying $20 for that.

Okay sure you get service but I found it automatic and rushed, even though I was the only one in the shop. The girl just kept preemptively saying things instead of listening to my order I found it frustrating and not an example of great customer service. Finally I had to just ask her to stop and listen to what I was asking instead of just speaking over the top of me. They need to work on their customer service skills.

If I could give it 2.5 I would, it's very average. You go in say what you want and they make it, they do listen to what you ask, i.e a little bit of lettuce and they only put a bit on which is good, they made problem is that if you ask for it to be toasted they won't hear up chicken separately which has led to the chicken still being cold a fair few times. It's just an average subway

I ordered delivery from these guys today and just feel like they are just having a laugh. Order arrived burnt to a crisp and could have broken a brick with the thing! It was so stale it’s like they got the bread from the 70’s. They also missed half the toppings I requested and was stone cold. Just abhorrent lack of professionalism or care for a paying customer.

I asked to purchase a cup for the post mix machine - workers response "we don't have straws sorry" I went to pay with $20 cash - workers response "we don't have change sorry" I asked what's this 'sink a sub' promo - workers response "I don't know sorry" Order your stock, do your float balances and learn about your company's marketing material!

Ordered 6inch meatball.The meatball sauce had barely any flavour and they were not heated through properly so bordering on cold.The roll wasn't toasted so it was extremely soggy. It was honestly barely eadable.

The lady I was served by today was extremely rude to all 3 customers including myself, made it seem like purchasing lunch from the store was a hassle to her. I believe her name is Duli. After todays experience I will be going to parkdale subway and I’m sure if many others get this treatment they will too.

I'm a local in Mordialloc I've visited this Subway weekly for the past month and they never have meatball Are u serious? It must be the only Subway that doesn't have it . Don't advertise that you have it Staff just brush you off, nah we don't have it But that's 4 visits now Something doesn't add up

Went there to get a footl long young lady working there was taking people’s money whith gloves on and then making people’s food in a time of Covid this is not good enough had to ask her to change her gloves the other young lady there was doing everything right

Not even worth one star!!! Only had to put a star to be able to write how disgusting this place is. Possibly one of the worst subways around. Rolls felt stale even with meatballs and sauce it was extremely dry and no flavour. Disgusting and won't be back!

Very stingy with salad fillings. Asked for more salad because of how little she put on and she added hardly anything....then charged me 15 dollars. Felt completely ripped off. Worst subway to go to.

Don’t shop here for subway. Charged 9.50 for a 6 inch steak and cheese sub when I got a 12 inch at Mentone for the same price. Complete rip off and massively overcharge. Feel like i’ve been stolen from. Do not recommend.

$8 for a 6inch ham sub! Why is this place so much more expensive than every other nearby Subway store? And on top of that, the service was apathetic & the toppings were scarce! Never to return..

More expensive than other shops, closes the doors before closing time right in your face. Staff and management don't seem to have a sense of good hospitality, rather just another business

They always overcharge, they dont wrap the sub or give you a bag. I have yet to have 1 good experience there. If you're in the area go to the braeside subway and save yourself the hassle.

Worst Subway ever. They don't have the deals on that are advertised and so overpriced compared to other stores. Go to another store if you want a Subway. Don't recommend them at all!

Terrible service, and the owner does not mind about this because of the 'Subway' status he has. Employees get annoyed easily at customers, and place is rarely cleaned/smells bad.

Old lady was very rude and chucked everything on the subway with no care. She put Hardly any meat and put too much salt I couldn’t eat it. I also unwrapped it and it was squashed

The only subway I know that does a $3 add on to their 6 inch sub menu to get a salad. Every other one I've been to is $1.50. Might seem like not much, but it's the cheek of it.

Absolute rip off. They charge way more than any other subway. $2 for a single cookie, $13 for a turkey sub. joke. Ask for toasted. Doesn’t get toasted
