It's great to run to when you have a lunch break. Don't stop just getting your lunch, but make sure you get a macadamia cookie as they are one of the best cookies I have had. If you're not in a hurry, take advantage of sitting to enjoy your Subway roll. Prices are good and love the way you can pick your fillings for your roll. Take advantage sitting outside to relax and eat your roll. Very relaxing and also has benches to sit with friends to chill, ans eat before you go back to work

Appalling customer service etiquette. You should have a smile on your face and the right attitude. Learn some flow management for busy times rather than standing right next to each other and not communicating, having customers manage the cramped space. Very light on filling too, the guy literally laid single scoop of tuna on a footlong. Every other Subway I have ever been to has three scoops for a footlong. Salad is also very light, and not fresh. it is just getting plain bread and an attitude for your money.

I bought a Veggie Delitte today evening and the lady working there did not put the Delitte patty inside the sandwich. When I asked here, she was like "Do you want a Veggie patty or Veggie Delitte?!", which sounded kinda rude. She also didn't ask or put the avocado sauce which is usually served with Delitte. Earlier today when my friend went to order she also felt that the lady was rude and didn't attend her well. I ended up paying for Veggie Delitte, without Delitte patty (which my friend got) and without avocado sauce.

The lady who took my order in this morning was impressively nice, very polite, with smily face and gave me heaps of positive energy at the beginning of the day. Whoever marries her would be so lucky. Even if I had foreign tongue, she was so patiently understanding. I have been to lots of Subways but those Subway's staff were just ares-faced and rushing. I Will surely came back to this branch againg when I have chance.

Previous review of customer service was extremely accurate ! The asian female was very bossy and rude when asking "what do you want". Both workers could not crack a smile and it felt cso uncomfortable being in there. They were very tight on the salad and filling ! unhappy

Service was patient and attentive I ordered the dark bread with vegetarian options - vegie patty, tomato, honey mustard, red onions, lettuce, cucumber, gherkins, sliced boiled eggs. Delicious! Conveniently located and easy to find. I went in when it wasn't busy but as I sat there and ate I could see there were always people coming through.

There has been no one behind the counter when I've been here, though a staff appears pretty quickly. I needed a receipt, but the server ran away to the back before the transaction finished processing. Important Facebook post to make maybe? Nothing wrong with the product though, and I have no problem with coming back again.

Restaurants are all about customer service in the end. Ordered chicken teriyaki- which wasn’t baked good and was denied glass of tap water and was asked to buy bottle instead! Insane Above all, untrained staff who couldn’t even know how to provide a service “No”. Incident happened on feb 17-evening 6.

Last couple of times I have been the service has been a little slow. This could have been due to training or other factors I didn't see. Convenient location hidden down an alley behind the Rialto. Standard of the food served is up to that of any other Subway

They need to improve customer service. Have some smile on your face while serving and dont be too stingy with salad. And if there is a promotion and customer is eligible to get that please mention that to customer. Need lot of improvements good luck.

Ragu and guru served me. They were cleaning and when we went to order both of them did not wash there hands with soap, they only washed with water and did not even dry their hands before serving. And sub was made very messy it was hard to eat

A regular here but very slow service and always disappointed with my sub which being a veggie sub has very limited veggies especially when I'm being served by the owner himself. Today i could count my 4 leaves of spinach and 5 olives.

Everytime i go here for lunch at work it's quiet possibly the rudest customer service I've experienced from what I'm guessing are the owners (they were the only ones not wearing uniforms). Very poor representation for the franchise

Sign on door says open until midnight. Neon sign saying ‘open’. Walked in at 11.10pm and the guy behind the counter said they weren’t serving and were closing due to lack of a business. Unreliable and a joke.

It's really difficult to post a decent review. Neither of the two Pakenham stores have earned more than a couple of stars on any visit. Go visit a franchise in the CBD to see how a Subway should be run.

No idea what they’re doing here. Skimped on portion sizes, avocado was looking moldy and brown, couldn’t understand what we asked for. The newbie kid just had no idea, possibly no training. Fail.

Went on first event day at marvel in 6 months at 5 just to be told your shut despite advertising it open till 6. Fully expected the staff couldn’t be bothered dealing with the extra people

In a hurry to get a sandwich then this is the place to go. If you are in the city late on a Saturday arvo, you still grab a bite. Very quick service as is expected from a fast food place

Subway should be emabarassed to have this store representing them to be honest. Literally one piece of ham on the subway and short changed to go with it.

Quick, Friendly, and good food. I was served by Peter and Swareen and I loved our little chit chat which we had when I am eating. love the ambience.

The owners will make you feel as unwelcome as they possibly can and although they close at 5 they'll have no bread and be packing up at 3.

Ordered a veggie delight however the guy didn’t change his gloves and the cheese had meat spilt into it.

Lady never has bread past 9pm and refuses to top up her salad when it's close to closing time.
