Definitely not recommending this place to anyone at all. A friend just had a horrible experience there and was being disrespected by the people working there. Racist and rude staff. Might want to check the bad reviews to see what I’m talking about. There’s plenty of other great cafes in the area. Just skip this one honestly.

Sugardough has been my local go to for so many years now...and even with a change of ownership, the place is still as good as ever! Great service, great coffe, and a ripper spanikopita and deeelicious cakes .... especially for a quick take away whilst locked down!

Gorgeous cafe, fabulous cheese cake, quiche, frittatas and rustic pizza. Wow I followed my nose and my gut feeling. As busy as anything; that is always a good sign. Really cozy inside, there is an outdoor area too with a big communal table and some little ones.

A nice little bakery, a very good selection of cakes and breads. Highly recommend the lemon slice! It was delicious! I had fresh orange juice too, which was refreshing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It has good vibes and a great atmosphere. More

We were regular customers and enjoyed the home made food and coffee. The business was sold just recently, the quality of food is not that good. Kitchen staff are not the same. Seems like they are cutting corners , The quality is just not there. Such a shame

Nice spot.. Very cozy.. The breads are top notch and same for the coffee n' cakes.. Super cozy atmosphere.. Old school cafe/bakery.. Just had a coffee and apple crumble while filling out my Tatts Lotto ticket.. This place make me feel lucky! ☕️ …

Perfect little nook for a light breakfast and some take away pastries and tarts. Everything is made in house and from what we had it is great. I had the croque monsuier and my wife just had sourdough and eggs. And see took some orange cake

Hands down the best chai latte I've had. Real brewed with spices deliciousness. And the cakes and pastries... Oh my the choices!! Had the flourless chocolate pistachio cake. So good!!! Hearty serving of favourite flavourful soup ( Syrian

Friendly staff, large array of cakes and such. Sadly the entrance isn't wheelchair accessible (it's one large step) if adding or getting any sorts of ramps added is not feasible I think it would be good to have menus you can read when

Wonderful that this Cafe is still going after all these years. Always worth a visit for their delicious array of cakes, quiches, pies, vegetarian pizzas, bread, salads etc. Such reasonable prices as well. Recommend a visit …

It's the first time I visit. It's a cute little cafe with reasonably priced brunch, great coffee and desserts. Customer service was great. The place just needs some air conditioning! Will go back when it's cooler.

  • Michelle Gadd

Had generous & delicious bacon and scrambled eggs here for extremely reasonable price. You won’t find cheaper in Brunswick. Great pastries, cakes, pies and everything else you could want. Highly recommend.

Great cakes for a party. Even better slices. Idea: do a tasting plate of small cuts of your giant slices! Great work people. Yummy as. We had a Lemon Cheesecake. Fantastic.

  • Mary Dal

The desserts are amazing and delicious. Especially the apricot cheesecake and Pb and choc slice. Everything was fresh and not sickly sweet. Staff very helpful and friendly.

  • Susan Lengyel

Had a really nice meal here. Highly recommend the Camembert quiche. Coffee ok. Beautiful breads and cakes. The sourdough served with eggs is baked on site and just superb.

  • Jeff Sandon

Genuine friendly atmosphere. Opens early. Nice variety to choose from and good prices. Plus they have ‘The Age’ to read. A good place to choose as a ‘local’. More

Good pie, not the best I’ve ever had but no gristle and nice pastry to meat ratio. Homemade tomato sauce was amazing, as is the selection of cakes. Coffee good.

  • NOELLA MUSRUCK

Everything here is delicious! Especially the breakfast pie & egg & bacon pie. They are super yummy & great value for money. You can taste they’re home made

  • Lara

Beautiful rustic atmosphere; with equally beautiful and rustic baked goods. This bakery has a lovely garden in the back too! Will definitely return soon!

  • Alex Turton-Peet

Very reasonably priced cafe with nice outdoor dining out the back. Both sweet and savoury options were tasty, recommend the apple crumble

Can’t go wrong with an afternoon treat from here. There is always an amazing range of cakes and slices and the sourdough is to die for!
