If I could give it no stars I would. As a business I am so put off by some of your staff. Outrageous that I take my sister in law shopping for my partners birthday (both the same size) so she goes in picks items out and goes to try them on in a female change room because she is FEMALE and a lady by the name of Tracey says “you know those are mens clothing right” she replies with yes - traceys response was “well then your going to have to go to the mens changing room”. UTTER SHOCK. In where is this stated as a rule? She then went in the mens change rooms distraught lost on what to do as no one has ever put her in that position before. Truly disgusted and quit frankly disturbing. You are supposed to be made feel accommodated and comfortable, well I would hope so?? Complete opposite she was made to feel humiliated. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unhelpful rude staff, shopping with a toddler using a trolley which I didn’t know you couldn’t take out the store until about to leave. I asked if I could then have a bag as I couldn’t carry the toddler and all the items to be car to be sold sorry no don’t have one. I then asked how was I supposed to get all the items to my car and carry the baby shrugged shoulder was the response - then leave the trolley and put her in the car and come back - my reply was I can’t leave the baby alone in the car and come back, literally just told I don’t know then! Zero compassion no customer service skills what so ever could of tried to help me but didn’t want to. Thank god for the security guard who came over and seen what was happening and said I will help you carry your things!

I haven't been to TK in a very long time because of coivd19. But yesterday me and my little girl we decided to go to Craigieburn TK, and their service was so bad. Three staff at the counter serving and there were only 2 customers waiting to be served including myself. The staff were so bloody slow. I've waited more than 15 min to be served. After finishing 1 customer checking out. Two of the staff start chatting and stop serving, they were in their lite own world for about 8 min. There comes 4 more customers in line. We were just waiting and looking at those staff. It was annoying. Even my little 5 years old girl ask me why it's taking forever. Very disappointing at their customers service.

Great range, well presented, tidy. Every time I go in I encounter the same great staff, but every time I go in I also encounter 1 that isn’t and it leaves me feeling a bit off about the whole visit. One time while trying to juggle my baby and the $200 worth of stuff I bought I was yelled at for asking to take the basket to my car just outside, and today while buying a clearance item that wouldn’t scan at the marked clearance price I was told they would honour the price today but it’s not the correct price. Tone of voice indicated they thought I had done something to the price.

I went to this store for the first time and omg! It’s so huge. It’s located on the outskirts of craigieburn shopping centre, opposite to United cinemas. They have a wide range of bags, clothes, shoes, homewares, and much more. The prices are budget friendly. They have bigger sizes in clothing with a great variety. You can find so many brands under one roof. Micheal Kors was my favourite. Staff is very lovely and friendly. If you are looking for gift items or anything for yourself, this is the place. Loved every bit of it. Will be my favourite shopping spot from now.

My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing Katelyn's exceptional service, and we were both exceedingly happy with the experience. Katelyn displayed not only friendliness and professionalism but also went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. Her kindness and enthusiasm were contagious, putting smiles on both of our faces and immediately setting a positive mood. We are grateful to have encountered someone as dedicated and skilled as Katelyn.

I go here almost every thursday night to see what new things have come in and I find something great every time.. This is my favorite of all of the TK Maxx stores because their employees are young and lovely to talk to. They are full of smiles and a specifically appreciate the guy who works at the door on thursday and friday nights. He is so lovely and full of life! Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one every time!

Stores okay I guess. Staff however are rude and belittle you. Returned an item as it was faulty, and was told that’s not possible just deal with it. And then she finally caved in and allowed me to exchange as a once off good gesture and then had the audacity to ask me if she wants me to write it out for me. Didn’t know that returning a faulty product wasn’t an option

Boring shop, got bored, and remained bored throughout the entire time I was there. Staff wasn't too friendly... Got told off by a Boomer to not throw a ball across the isles to get in a shot, as well as saying there was something wrong with me under her breath, which I clearly heard. Maybe she thought I was throwing a grenade, since she was probably born during WW1.

Beware of many fake 5 star reviews in the name of local guides under reviews. T k maxx stands nowhere compare to T. J MAXX in America. Here they sell shabby clothes that cannot be sold anywhere due to lack of buyers for cheap collection. They are seconds and huge sizes like xxxl basically. I love T. J MAXX not cheap copy tk maxx.

Mandy at the Craigieburn store is simply amazing. Her customer service is second to none. She regularly goes above and beyond to help me with my shopping needs and always has a smile on her face. It’s very refreshing to see customer service still exists! Thanks Mandy, you are a credit to TK Maxx and the Craigieburn Store.

A great range of clothing, shoes, accessories, underwear, household goods and more. All with designer labels. Dont be fooled by the original RRP being left on the item and look for the TK price tag. Obviously the American chain TJ Maxx has decided to have its model implemented down under. Good stuff.

Interesting items, sourced from different places than what can be ordinarily found around. The greatest part of items has good prices and so.e of them are of good quality. A kind of bazar but with a plus and a few more gears.

My daughter likes what they sell , so when the urge calls that's our/her first stop . We usually find a top at a reasonable price or maybe something that's marked down, clearance whatever . I have no doubt we'll be back.

A good retail shop for a few bits and pieces. It's almost like a bigw and a cheap shop mixed into one. I do really like it and it seems as though the quality is good for the price you pay. Thanks, will return.

Interesting store, I had never been here until I seen it in the parking lot. Store is a good size but my only issue was the staff. Hearing conversations that use swear words is not why i want my 5yo to hear.

If you quick and lucky enough to find branded clothing such as THG, Armani, Adidas... etc with affordable price. The brand products and other stuff are good quality and not export rejected. …

Pretty poor selection of clothes for guys. Expected to see name brands but most weren't. Anything branded felt like it was made in 2009 style wise. I.e. daggy af. Just go to dfo.

Great store. Love the variety of clothes, some really great brands at affordable prices. Staff are always keeping it neat after customers have rifled through clothing racks.

I love tk maxx. It's a great place to find different items to what is available in Australia. I wish they would do online ordering.

Just like every other t.k Max. Although I find it a little smaller than some l have been to, and this one doesn't have many toys.

Clothing is a bit disorganised so it's hard to find anything you're looking for. Not super cheap but not bad for some things.

Not a bad destination for a treasure hunt. Compared to some other TK Maxx outlets there are not many items on display .
