I work at one of the stores at The Glen. One of the retail assistants from here try to return an item from us. She has no receipt, no bank statement, no proof of purchase whatsoever. The tag was also removed. She claimed she washed it once and the thread came loose. The item was faded, indicating that she has washed it multiple times. Like many stores, we have a policy that once an item is washed, there is no return nor exchange. We lay down this policy to her in which she adamantly talked us down. Not only has this worker breached our policy, she was extremely rude to us. As a retail assistant like us, she should know better to going to other stores and abusing store policies. With her work lanyard on, she could at least have some courtesy to act decent. But congratulations, this TK Maxx staff played herself. By knowing what kind of workers TK Maxx, we advise you to steer away from this store. You as customers deserve better.

I was excited to visit this store for the first time since the pandemic began. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed by what I saw and experienced. I got a bad vibe when I walked into the store - there was a greeter who was roaming around the entrance but not greeting anyone - he wasn't social distancing at all. A female staff member was loudly putting together a display near the front, which was very disruptive. In general, all of the staff members I saw looked very worn out and unfriendly. I also noticed that all of the staff members were Caucasian, which I felt was strange considering the cultural diversity of Glen Waverley. The product range was also extremely limited compared to other stores like Dandenong, Moorabbin and Forest Hill.

Not the best branch of TK Maxx, there are not so many products, messy, and there is not enough staff for the cashier. I was waiting in line because of the lady in front of me who got late for some reason, and then many people came behind me, and there was only one girl at the cashier. However, one of the staff beside the cashier girl was busy sanitise bottles, doing something silly, and she saw the line but did not even bother to work in the cashier instead of playing in this bottle for nothing and going and back without doing anything useful; the customers are more priority

Multiple visit to this store. Part of bigger company TJ Maxx from USA, providing not only clothings from various local and oversea brands but also kitchen stuffs, sport and active wears and equipment, as well as house decorations as well as bathroom items. Their price is exceptionally cheap if compared to original price but the issue is low in stock. Once they gone, they are gone. Also each store has different stocks. It's like easter eggs hunt everyday. Definitely recommended.

Having been through the overseas versions of this store, the Australian ones just do not hit the same benchmark. I went searching for bargain brand items. I know brands, and there were not many to choose from here. Most unknown, small bulk producing brands low quality. The occasional Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt. Pricing was also strange in some items, standard glass house candle $39.99, same price as DJ’s…I really wished this was of similar calibre to overseas versions.

Came here in a Friday evening and it was far from chockers. Overall, the Glen Waverley store was not bad but not great just your bog standard TK Maxx fare with the odd bargains here and there. Bonus points for being one of the more organised and cleaner TK Maxx's that we've been to, I'm looking at you DFO Moorabbin and Knox!

Fantastic service! Went in today and purchased a set of pink towels among other items. The boy on the registers was so helpful and kind, he was able to find the price for the set in no time and was kind enough to help me pack my items into my bag. The receipt says served by Alex, Great work! Will definitely be returning

Terrible staff. Extremely rude! I will not go back. Target is much better. If they are under staff or stress (reading from other comments) they still shouldn't take it onto three customer (me and my 9yo daughter)..... made our day worst than ever. I will take this up to head quarters as a formal complaint.

Customer service was absolutely disgusting! 2 of the workers were extremely rude, assaulting us. I will be taking this matter further to head office. Apparently she was a manager too, what a joke. Worst experience ever. Never coming back there, will be putting it all over Facebook to let the locals know.

Went in to the store to browse for a shirt. The first thing I noted was old used clothes smell you get in salvation army second hand shop. Since the smell was not plesent ,l felt the quality of clothes questionable and left the store and went to Kmart and bought a definitely new shirt way more cheaper .

Visited this store today and manage to find a few good bargains. Store is clean and ample of space plus the prices are pretty good. Stock are well placed and a good range of size however limited which was a bummer. No doubt be popping in here once in a while as it's not a bad shopping experience at all.

Fantastic store in the Glen Shopping Centre. Such a variety of products, mens, womens, kids wear, home wares and so much more. If you like something, buy it as when it's gone, it's gone and no likely to be available again. Use the High Street Road car park entrance for easy parking.

Out of the 4 different TK Maxx stores I’ve visited, this is my least favourite and I won’t bother visiting this one again. Compared to other stores, they have far less merchandise, it’s just not a good place to shop.

If I could give this store minus 100 I would. The store manager there was absolutely appalling, rude and a bully. Not a friendly face. Scary really. The lady on the counter very disappointing too.

Bargain galore. From bedsheets, clothes, beauty products, bags and home decors - mostly branded stuff. Can’t complain if you’re paying a fraction of the cost of the rrp for most items.

The best TK max among all. So much better than fountain gate and Knox TK max. Always have good varieties, good prices, neat and tidy. Very easy to locate things. My favourite store.

This is one of my two favourite shops. The other one is TK Maxx Knox City! They both have great bits and pieces for the house. They also sell the most comfortable jeans for work.

I shopped here a few times in the last 12 months. So far so good. Most recent visit involves return items purchased from other shop and the refund process was easy and quick.

The more I go here the more I'm liking it. A selection of clothes, handbags and kitchen goods are fantastic. Oh and the prices well bring you back again and again.

What a huge store with very wide isles. It is impossible to have a shopping trolley collision.
