This is a very large shopping area by comparison with other Target in stores. The toy section covered a huge area. It has a full range of B. Toys which are value for money. It also well stocked other brands including Fisher-Price, and Vtech. When it is on sale, they will be sold out very quickly . The staff are outstanding and courteous. They made an effort to go to the back of the store to look for items that are sold out on the shelves. Due to big size of the item, the staff kindly offered to get me a shopping trolley and took it to the checkout area despite he was supposed to finish working at that time. Staff takes a extra mile to make customers very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend for amazing shopping experience.

i am OUTRAGED. i recently in store shopping for some clothes, when i heard a woman screaming . i went to investigate and the woman was an employee screaming at a customer, they customer keep trying to walk away from the situation and the employee followed her around the store screaming at her about talking to another employee , this is downright unacceptable, to witness this is horrible, after the all deal i went up to the customer and asked the situation and if she was ok because she was in tears, she then told me that the employee by the name of Christen, had come up to her to tell her off for talking to a staff and “distracting” her

We bought the last air fryer in the store as for the sales person, Somehow cashier scanned same item twice and Changed for two. Luckily discovered when we went home. So we had to carry the item and make another trip to the store with the paid cardholder. When I inquired the counter lady she was rude, rather an apology she asked why didn't you check the bill before leaving the store. Some how store manager agreed to refund only the extra money changed without any discounts for the inconvenience.

Went out of my way to Eastland because this Target stocks goods not available at Forest Hill. I was given the run around by two young staff (immediately after they all took part in a very long team meeting) about the whereabouts of a clearance item (found hidden in far corner, no wonder they still hold stock). Bought heaps of things not available elsewhere but held off buying more, rather spend in Forest Hill in future where the staff realise that customers are not just for their entertainment.

The girl on the door on a Saturday was very rude, heard her talking about quite personal matters involving other staff which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Obviously her training was not up to expert standard as I find it extremely offensive to walk in hearing names and gossip about other staff. It really puts a bad feeling in the store and that particular staff member should be reviewed if mangers are wanting customers to flock into the store.

Most foreigners, specially ones who have been to the USA or from USa may think this is branch of the target stores in US. Although it has the exact same colour, logo and brand turns out its a different company in Aussie. Didn't like the selection of items available here that much. The quality of items didn't seem that good. But was able to find one pair of shoes that I liked. Service and staff were ok.

The clothing sizes keep getting bigger and bigger. A normal healthy sized person can't buy clothes here. I came shopping with a friend and normally takes size 10 - 12 swimwear and couldn't find anything that nearly fitted. I had the same problem finding menswear to fit. Everything here looks like a circus tent! Unless you are obese you'll have to go somewhere else to find your clothing.

Target Eastland is a good shop. It has all the usual Target stuff. The shop is pretty well set out in sections for ease of browsing. The staff are helpful. After opening in their new prwmises they had a T-shirt printing desk qhere you could get customised prints done. Sadly it shut down. Now i have to go to Zing to get T-shirts. Oh well.

Great store, lots of variety and very affordable. 2 pairs of Chino's $40 what a bargain. Apart from that we purchased a mix of items and we're pleasantly surprised by the quality and price. Great friendly cheerful staff ready to greet us at the entrance. Keep up the good work target love it..

I was in store tonight (15/07/2022) and was helped out by the loveliest young lady named Claudia. She helped me pack my bags and use the self serve checkouts, and made me feel extremely welcomed in Target Eastland. I will be returning in store just because of you Claudia, great job!

My partner had called the store to see if we could maybe have our click and collect order pushed forward as we were told same day delivery but got given a one week wait. Very problematic as the order was for more work pants that were needed

On Saturday 6th May 2017 I got a refund on the 3SIXT Virtual Reality Headset I purchased on Thursday 4th May 2017 because it hurt my eyes and it also gave me a headache. The staff were kind to me and the service was excellent.

I don't like the new store lay-out. The Easter eggs were tucked away up in the far back corner, so silly with Easter almost upon us. I have trouble finding things here now. Also not a fan of the do it yourself check out.

target is now realy fiting in weł to big melbourne , so the biger melbourne gets then the biger target gets , and a big target means les presure on afordable thus upgradable marketing to clothing and etcetera ,

Tried so many times to buy online and it's always slow to download (all other places download really quickly) and then, a short time into using it, it comes up with Access Denied. Very frustrating.

Shopping experience @ Target Eastland is something I always look forward to, from the fashion /products selection to the spacious aisles. You can never go wrong with any purchases made @Target.

Always a 'go to' shop to go to when looking for everyday clothes for the family. Good value & better quality than some other high street stores. The staff are always friendly and eager to help

I have been in few Target stores in VIC and Target Eastland has the best customer service. The staff are lovely, friendly and really helpful. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Got to front door at close, had a juicer put aside for a family member, They went out of there way to bring from rear of store to front counter where they were kind enough,

Very helpful staff and good variety. Only a small issue is at this location in Eastland WiFi doesn't work properly in the store which can cause some problems some times....

Great place to see people in Nike Air Max BWs. In the outside bus stops, there is a fair chance you can see 14 year old's drinking cheap pre mixed bourbon too!

It use to be very good and now it is not there anymore. Since we have a bigger one within the Eastland shopping centre. This place is closed now.

Good quality garments with a wide selection and good pricing, neat layout so things can be found without jumping over things.

When they first open in Eastland they have a cafe inside store but only few people aware that. Coffe is actually very good.
