It is always a pleasure going here. I can see where I need to go as soon as I walk in the door. They have tall shelves at the sides of the stores and short clothes racks in the middle to make your view easier. Staff are friendly and depending on how many customers are in the store they are always there to help. I'm a quick shopper because I'm not a fan of large crowds, so I love the option of self serve and click & collect, and they always have a staff member to help anyone who don't know how to use them. It's not a huge store but that's the beauty of click & collect, because they deliver it there from other stores. I definitely recommend going here not only for the pleasant experience but also for the cleanliness.

Store layout is abysmal, electronic's and appliances are on complete opposite sides of the spread out store. And the sign for Appliances is not visible from entry. You have to ask the barely visible staff where anything is. And they just say over there, versus helping you at all. And items are labelled in a difficult to find price way, and the price checks don't work. And then, check-out unmanned all the Horrible self service. And then it takes Three staff to find and confirm a Price on an item, when they leave you twiddling your thumbs listening to the Bedamned machine requesting assistance, for 15 minutes, whilst staff members stand less then 10 metres away chatting. Don't waste your time or money at Target.

Of all the click and collect places, this would have to be close to the worst. Waiting for over 40 minutes, items not packed, literally 15 people are standing around all waiting, and waiting, and waiting. I've only bought a few tshirts and a pair of pants, you'd think that someone in this store would have an IQ above 80 that could perhaps organise a system to save time and pack these orders. Seem like we'll all be waiting long into the afternoon before anything gets done. Luckily KMart isn't too far away, I'll be sure to take my business there in future. Included is a subtle picture of all the people who've been here for the past 40+ minutes who are sick of waiting.

What can I say? Disinterested service delivered by undertrained, clearly bored teenagers with expressions more suited to some peckish diner who's meal has been delivered with a cockroach in the veges and someone's body-hair under the fillet. A 'shopping experience' which I can only label 'traumatic' or perhaps 'shockingly exhausting' for its for its sheer lack of human interaction - leaving was like finding a hidden bolt-hole out of Vlad's castle only with flourescent lighting which I'm sure disturbs the wee penguins - IN THE AUCKLAND ZOO..!

I have been here several times over the years and will continue to return. When ever I have visited I've either; easily found what I'm looking for, or had a friendly staff member direct me exactly where to go. I quite like the layout of the new store as I can see the whole store from any point rather than the view being blocked by isles. The only thing I'm not to convinced on are the checkouts in the middle of the store. Overall, very friendly staff and we'll set out store.

Hmmmm a good example of why retail stores are closing due to online shopping!! TARGET advertisers items that are not In Store, only available online. Less than helpful staff who seem pre occupied with socialising with other staff and infact suggest your better off shopping online. Might be a good idea to ring first to see if they have what your after Before you waste precious time and fuel going there!!

What is Fortnite? Fortnite is a game that has been in development since 2011 but has seen a boom in popularity since September 2017, when the game’s developers released its most popular mode, Fortnite Battle Royale. This mode is free-to-play and sees gamers from around the world taking each other on in last-man-standing ‘battles’ involving up to one hundred players.

Bought the wrong pillowslips - then covid went through the household - went to return them but was just days outside of 6 months - never opened, stock perfect but the staff member haughtily told me I could not have a full refund and I lost nearly $20. Way to lose customers! Will never buy from Target again on principle. Nothing they sell can't be bought elsewhere.

In store is fine. But over the phone service is appalling, I was on hold for at least 5 minutes when they hung up. I do not like the new system with over the phone (press whatever number for whatever department) I clicked the correct number for the toy department and was sent somewhere else where I was on hold for AT LEAST 5 minutes. Very disappointed.

They don't offer optional self serve. You have to use self serve. There's only one register and it is not operated by a staff member. We were stuck at self serve trying to use a gift card for much longer than we would of liked. I told the girl that it would of been much quicker if we used the register but she insisted on us using self serve.

Hi this store is clean & tidy & staff are helpful when you can find a staff member. Head Office needs to realise that more staff means more business, more profit for shareholders & more jobs for people too. Additionally there is no Security @ door likely Kmart which is owned by the same parent company this isn't safe for staff & customers.

  • Matthew Aitken

Had a great click and collect experience this weekend, ordered a product late Saturday night and it was ready early Sunday morning to collect. Friendly door greeter when entering the store, nice clean open layout when wandering the floor. Plenty of staff on the service desk and collecting was as simple as scanning the barcode.

  • Brandon Pratchett

Generally always decent service. Staff generally friendly, and helpful. I've had some fantastic staff to help around the store. Place is presentable, and you an easily see what you need by all the massive signs, I don't like to shop long, and these signs allow me a quick 2 minute trip to continue my shopping day with ease.

  • Martin Bankier

Went there the other day to try and get a nice Christmas t-shirt, very poor selection for mens Christmas t-shirts and the ones I did find weren't very colourful for Christmas, only black and grey. Also too it is always expensive for clothes. Pick up your game target and make a better selection in clothes and cheaper

  • N Shannon

Love the layout and appearance of the store but always feel a bit sad when I think back to what Target used to be in its heyday. It's no longer a department store as they've severely reduced their product lines to mainly (unfashionable) clothing. The store is always empty, and I often walk out empty handed.

  • Paul Pavlinovich

I found what I needed at this target but they didn't have enough of them, the things I wanted were on sale though which was cool. The shop is really well organised and it's easy to find what you want. The only weirdness is that the clothes aren't near the fitting rooms. Three checkouts are all self serve.

  • Letitia Gordon

A great shopping experience very pleasant staff member to assist at the front of the store. As l returned twice in the one day to make a purchase. Lady in charge of change area just ignored me it looked like she did not want to be there. Some items of clothing not available as advertised on website.

  • Stephanie Whitworth

Loved the range they have here, everytime I seem to go there is a bunch of items I haven't found in other Targets that are lovely and often on sale. I think this would because of it's size, pretty large store. Staff have been very helpful the times I've been there and willing to go the extra mile.

  • D Peterson

I just went to collect my clothing that I ordered from Target I found the staff to be very unhelpful, staff members look to be unwell and not wearing masks correctly at all if you’re gonna provide a service for click and collect it needs to be better than that. Unsafe Target very unprofessional

  • Anthony

Be good if we could have got some help, just watche d 3 staff talk and laughing for 10 minutes , we had asked one of them for help and they said I'll be back in a minute , we walked past and said dont bother , left our trolly full of goods at least $350 worth , not happy

  • Joodles Brockhus

There is not as much here compared to other targets. I do find they have more kids clothes here then other targets though. Staff are friendly 90% of the time but I'm not a fan of the new self serve check outs so I don't come here as often any more. Always clean.

  • Megan Richards

Very difficult to find click and collect location, no details provided in email and I had to call the store three times to find out which carpark and where to wait. No signage in carpark. Park in Green 90min bays on ground level coles carpark and call store.

  • Vikki Adams

Ordered a click and collect from target on the 30th August, was told it was estimated to be collected on September 6th, today it's September 11th still no order ready, very disapointed with target, will NOT order from them again, their service sucks big time

  • Richard Denton

It's Target. Reasonable quality products at a very good price. Got my fur baby an inflatable swimming pool which he loves and it was on 29 bucks so no complaints. That had a good range of hampers for Christmas, and have a good range of clothing.

  • Jenny P

Got a click and collect from this store to the Bendigo store and it was shoved in the packaging and it also took a week to be shipped which then meant it took another 6 days to get here (not blaming this store it could've been something else)

  • Guia Howard

Target in Frankston is absolutely brilliant,,Everything you need and want, you'll find them in Target Frankston, I went in there to buy a birthday present for my grandson who is one year old today. And I went straight to children's toys and

This store is really spaced out and not as crowded as some others. The Clearance racks in the Women's section was a disaster zone. If they want any hope of selling these items, it needs to be separated into Womens, Girls, Babies etc.

  • Michael McBride

Great menswear and women's as well. Quality apparel at very reasonable prices, some or all are on special from time to time. Worth a look so many different styles to choose from. Something for the whole family …

  • Suzanna Coach

A decent collection of clothes and items. But I hate the new checkouts. Self service rubbish. What happened to customer service and people? If I have to do the work of scanning and packing, I expect a discount.

  • Jen Abreu

Very efficient. Ordered 11pm then items ready for click & collect by 9.30am the next day! Didn't have to wait too long for staff to find my order either. A good service during ongoing lockdown life …

  • Stephanie Jupp

Do not lay-by here. There is no warning and they remove everything to do with you and your money if you go over by a day. I had paid to lay-by Christmas items two months prior to Christmas and after

  • Petra O

Chelsea went above and beyond to help me, I truly appreciate all she did to make my life easier. The entire Frankston store have always been super friendly and helpful, they are a great team.

  • Symone Hall

Finally found some great, really comfortable bras that do everything you need for bigger busted women and not an underwire in sight. Absolute heaven. Thank you TARGET for stocking these.

  • Linda Ward

Typical Target store. Low quality goods, not like it was before they decided to compete with Kmart. Staff visible though and always helpful. Lower prices don't make it more appealing.

  • Erin Douglas

Returned an item my son got twice for his birthday. I didn't have a receipt, but they gave me store credit which I am more than happy to have. Lovely service and can't wait to return

  • Jan

Love the click and collect at target! So easy to do and saves a lot of time. Target even allows for flybuys points to be redeemed online which is fantastic. Thanks target!

  • Edric Henty

Target Frankston at Bayside shopping mall was a Fantastic ! Great helpful friendly staff and a Relaxing environment for shopping in and trying on Licenced teenager Clothes

  • Anja

I dislike the self serve registers with a passion. I prefer being attended to by a person behind a register. This will change my shopping habits and go to another store.

  • Helen Wolfe

I've always been a fan of Target but was a little surprised today to find that all the check outs are now self service. Just hope no employees have lost their jobs.

  • Jessica Bickerton

Returned product with no problems at all, Clean and we'll layed out store, easy to find what your looking for. Although sometimes seems like a bit of a ghost town

  • Shaun Bajgar

In Frankston shopping center target k-mark lot's shoes clothes everyone food Safeway Coles Ades tasmen meats friut veg's shopping ️ and more …

  • Rebecca Fulford

One of the tidier Targets I've been to. They provide seating near the shoes - thank you! Unlike KMART where we had to go to the change rooms to try them on.

  • Alicia Eggington

The lighting is horrible. The way the store is laid out is hard to navigate around. Racks are packed close together. Not the usually target experience.

  • FIONA THOMSON

A little expensiveunless theres specials. Good quality and nice items Better than big w and walks over Myer, leaves Myer for dead. A nice family shop

  • Bridget Adamopoulos

There is plenty of variety but the fashion doesn't suit older women. (Most of the fashion in any clothes shops is dreadful with awful material)

  • Lynda Walls

Really gorgeous women's clothes for spring/summer. And loads of pretty things for home too. Really impressed! Full of sale items at the moment

  • Lynette Mitchell

Loved Target as I can get larger clothing in my size & love most styles that are available, but I tend to wait for on special or on sale.

  • Nicole M

So sad they have no one working the registers anymore. It's all self serve. It's nice to have a friendly face serving you when you go in.

  • Alan Cohen

  • Linda Ward

Target is Target. Nothing new. Nice store and everything you need. Service very good. I feel the lighting needs to be improved.

  • Ebony Toth

No manned checkouts, impossible for people in wheelchairs to access the self serve machines as they are all to high. Terrible.

  • Sarah Tregoning

Large and spread out. Well labelled. Only self serve was available. The staff member supervising them was very helpful.

  • Hailz993

  • Carolyn Joy De Groot

Be better if they keep size 14 real womens sizes and they still had customer service retailers are going to the wall

  • Holly M

It's very clean and "pretty" since the renovations, not sure I prefer it. Staff are nice, and fair amount of stock.

  • Allan Bevan

Target is Dead stock is rubbish we don't need to go there anymore as we can get better quality products elsewhere.
