I had a horrible experience today. There was a middle aged Karen type lady working at the self service aisle who had a very smug and miserable look on her face whilst she was working. I believe her name was Michelle, working at around 5:30PM Thursday December 8th. I went to buy a bottle of water and she was very rude when she demanded I pay for it. I never planned on stealing nor did I even intend on not paying for it. She was very rude about it. Then later she was rude to another customer who asked her for help at the self service check out and I spoke to the other customer about how rude she was. Not a very happy face on her during her shift, it's Christmas time, where's the jolly Christmas spirit? Not very appealing to look at during this time of year. Then later I went to look again after I had purchased some shoes. I had both receipts on my person and did not end up buying anything during my second trip. As I was exiting she again demanded I show her the receipts and said "UM EXCUSE ME YOU WERE HERE BEFORE I NEED TO SEE YOUR RECEIPTS". She seemed to be under the impression I wasn't paying for items when I clearly had the receipts on me. Not only did she check the receipts but insisted on making sure the shoes were also correctly matched to the ones on the receipt. I understand checking receipts but this was the behaviour of a worker who was power tripping and being way too pedantic. Her comment saying "you were here before" suggested that she was under the impression I was stealing, I was extremely offended and put off ever coming to the store again. Not only this, but I saw her with another customer who had several bags from (clearly) other stores. Michelle (the worker in question) demanded this customer show her all the receipts. Completely unnecessary and the poor customer seemed uncomfortable to have to show her all of the receipts. Really bad experience today, did not feel welcomed or helped out. If Michelle is going to continue getting shifts, then she needs to fix her attitude, demeanour and learn to not take her job at a level of seriousness that is unwarranted. Don't make customers feel uncomfortable.

Bought number of items, ladies clothing. Queued for register. One item chosen, a dress originally $39.99 advertised as sale item $19. Could hardly see amount as items added as the register was partially hidden from view. Dress was charged at full price. Alerted staff member of this. Waited for price check and was offered the dress at $20. Wasn't going to quibble over $1. Girl said she would check price adjusted and looked at receipt and said that it had been. Decided to check receipt for self just outside shop entrance only to find the $39.99 original charge and $20 added! Spoke to lady at entrance of shop - very rude employee. Another staff member joined her.......became embarrassing, very public. Implication I was trying some sort of scam. Bottom line, the item was a dress but came up as pants, the number on the dress was different to the number on the receipt. They asked I feel. I still wanted the item, and as I had already paid for it twice I thought that was a ridiculous question. I was refunded the $39.99 so did eventually pay the correct amount as advertised in the shop, well near enough any way. Thank goodness I checked when I did as I doubt they would have believed me if I had discovered their error later as the receipt did not reflect the correct item. Where these mystery pants came from is still a mystery - I was ignored when I asked how that could have happened. Rude staff unable to handle what was their error. What happened to Customer Relations? Hope no one else was cheated financially. Love my Target staff where I normally shop - won't be back to this store.

went here for the first time today, don’t think i’ll be coming back tbh. i walked in with a frog squishmallow my cousin and i purchased at the kmart at the shopping center here when i was walking out i went over to the lady who was at the door so she could check my small bag i had and to see if she wanted to check my cousins bags since she went a little crazy on a shopping spree here. the lady wasn’t interested in my cousins bag and was only interested in snatching the frog squishmallow i had not only walked in to the store with (she saw me walk in too, i gave her a smile when i walked in the store) she snatched my squishmallow out of my hands without saying anything at first and then was like “i need to see a receipt for this” i told her i have the receipt in my bag so i was grabbing it out for her. and so i did. she was very grumpy to see that i’m not a thief lmafo and made sure she studied the hell out of the receipt from kmart. train your workers to A. treat customers fairly and B. do not touch their things they obviously have purchased. as a retail worker myself snatching things and accusing people of theft is not how you handle those situations and i hope your worker educates herself on this because that isn’t okay. i will not be coming back here again. Be kind.

I find it hard shopping at Target as the Target song never stops . Please Target, for the sake of customers and your staff add some music more often ...please remember people walked into your store so I strongly believe they know the name "Target" when they enter it is also written on the walls and tags... That was my only complaint and I really hope you employ more staff just like Jamie...

Yes, I have to review this shop regardless of its renovations that are set to be continuing until November. I'd have to say since this shop has relocated from years ago from Old Geelong Road, this target seems to have declined in quality. Sure they may have made themselves more modern looking than at Old Geelong Road according to my memory, but the store is so much smaller and crucial stock is either light or non-existent. At least their website is transparent about the stock availability (more than Kmart and Big W). Go to Point Cook instead if you want a good Target.

I would just like to start by saying Natalie the store manager at Werribee Plaza is one amazing lady! After not being able to get my hands on an item I was after she tried her hardest to run about the large store to get me a raincheck on a sold out Christmas tree. Even though she was at her limit with rainchecks she gave me perfect advice and took my details down to phone me when what I was after would come in. Never have I ever experienced such a nice interaction and amazing customer service.

Please move your service desk to where the internet is available. I came to the store with a toddler and newborn . That's to pick up a parcel and do a refund from a different online purchase, so i ended up going few times back and forth to the front entrence to load my page due to bad reception (email -refund bar code for the refund then again to load the bar code for the parcel) so frustrating. I spent nearly 30mins for 5mins job. Felt like i did a full walk in the whole shopping center.

To whome it may concern. I was with my wife today shopping for sleepwear around 4:50pm today in Pacific Werribee target and lady (Rayane) who was here helped to find the stock we are after and she could easily say we are out of stock but she went above and beyond, checked with back office team when they receive next stock and call to point Cook store and book stock for us. She even was on phone for long time sorting us out. Just want to thank her and team for the effort.

Create your own tee-shirt is simply amazing a great new feature to the store! Shannon, the lovely lady who served me went above and beyond for me! I showed her pictures of what I wanted...I went and saw a movie and came back and they were identical to the pictures I provided. I wish she hadn't finished her shift so I could thank her in person! Great customer service in the busy christmas period! Retail stores need more people like Shannon!

I bought (Click and Collect) a car seat for my son and upon collecting it from the counter I received in a plastic bag. I asked the lady and she said that’s how we get them. But I doubt it, it should be in a box with a seal on it like all the normal things we buy. What guarantee does target take or how would I believe it’s not used before or it’s not off the shelf? Where is the bar-code if I had to scan it during checkout?

Target has got great products. The prices aren't low, they're medium. They have good quality products. Some shelves are empty and messy in the beauty area, I don't like seeing stock not replenished, it makes it look like the staff there don't give a toss. Also I don't like it at all that they have no staffed cash registers, you are forced to go to a machine and because of that I choose not to shop at Target anymore.

So twice a year on average, I need to replace my work pants. I usually start at BIG W, then K Mart, but ultimately, I wind up at Target. Just to check their range, and I was impressed! They may not have a huge selection but the quality and fit was pretty good. So if like me you don't follow fashion trends at premium prices, and simply want comfortable well made work clothes, Target is a pretty good choice.

Absolute shocking experience trying to get through via telephone to check if a product is currently in-stock. Nobody answers the phone & when you do FINALLY get through after numerous attempts or after waiting for god knows how long, your hung up on midway during the enquiry. Your website says "limited stock" so ofcourse calling the store would be the next appropriate thing. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Fairly organised Target with most things, although if you need really organised and has everything I recommend Point Cook town centre over this one. This Target has majority self-serve check outs and only one to actually serve with a person. This Target store is always running hot and I feel like the ventilation is not great. Parking is available as it's a part of Pacific Werribee shopping centre.

The service today was disgusting first the item on hold got taken back to the shelf then as exiting the register thought I wait to go back and see if the items are on the shelf I get asked to bag check I opened my bag showed the receipt then I was asked to empty the bag, I said are you kidding me. Needless to say left the store telling the lady so much for customer service I will never be back.

Absolute shebeast at the layby/pick up counter was so unnecessarily rude and continued to keep talking at me and my partner when we moved over to the second counter to be served by another employee. Manager was unhelpful and staff were wrong about our order not being ready (which was also two days late). Wildly unprofessional. They did succeed in losing me as a customer, however.

Employees go above and beyond for customers. I visted the store today and asked a guy called Jake (I think) about something I was looking for so he offered to go look out the back through all the boxes for what I needed even though they were busy because it was VIP weekend in the shopping centre. I also always get greeted when I enter the store by ladies at the door.

I placed an online order yesterday via the website. It took more than 7 goes as it kept timing out. I receive a email this morning about being charged and also more that 70% of my order is not able to be filled due to insufficient stock. I would understand 1 or 2 items but.....18? Is this a joke? Must be. Their online chat system is a joke too, don't bother with it.

Good range if items and some variety. A little hard to find staff to get assistance though. However, staff are quite nice and helpful to help find items or locate in other stores. Store is clean and presentable, well spaced to move around, the checkout counter is great due to self serving registers which are user friendly or a staff is there to assist.

I was in Target, Werribee Plaza about 5 minutes ago and there was the rudest customer service ever. Couldn't even ask the lady for assistance she was so loud and seemed so angry. It wouldn't hurt to be nice. I literally wanted to talk to the manager, she can't even control her anger, why is she even there -_-. This was my worst exprience in target.

Absolute bizzare experience on call.. they dont receive the call, followed by receiving and then putting on hold same moment. Not only that, they kept me on hold while I was speaking to them.. At the time of ordering, website shows all items will be available next day, but then click and collect is just not available for next few days !!

Dropped in early yesterday afternoon and the woman at the entrance was greeted my daughter and I with a warm welcome. We explained we were looking for bathers for a baby boy. She promptly called the staff member in that department to ask if they had any in stock. Great customer service from both staff members. Thanks.

The worst Target store in town. The worst possible customer service. You never get the orders ready for click and collect the same day. Rude staff and unfriendly place. They definitely do not stick to their words and failed to deliver click and collect orders the same day twice. Pathetic store.

Had to get a refund for clothes for my son the other day, and the gentleman at layby (I think his name was Anthony), was really helpful. You need more people like him, an absolute superstar! Also want to add that the store was very clean and organised, so had a great experience here over all!

I had checked out a number of shops when looking for new cushions for my couch. My last option was to check out Target and l was very pleasantly surprised with their range and price. Cushions were on a 20% off promotion which made my purchase even more of a bargin a bargin. Happy customer.

Our go-to place for every day clothing. Staff is quite friendly and helpful but I guess considering foot traffic there is always a chaos and hard to find right sizes. At times I see items in store but have to click and collect as I can't find the right size.

Nice store. Part of the Werribee Plaza, Pacific Werribee. A bit annoyed the jumper I bought had a hole in it. When I took it back the staff member put through the refund quickly, which was good. Lots of homeware I’d really like to look next time I visit.

Puzzles me why K Mart outperforms Target. I find increasingly I leave K Mart and find what I'm looking for in Target. Lingerie section is huge. My mothers first point of call. Toy and books section has a good range. Easy access from roof parking.

I went in today to pick up a click and collect. this older lady served me.she was extremely rude to me. Then continued to tell me it will be a week till it’s in Then 3 hours later after I’ve gone back to work they send me a text saying it’s here

Good store for shopping. I always find everything their what i look for gift, kids stuff, clothes,homeware. Only thing dnt like when ask the staff to find what i look even they dnt know where it is. Customer service staff always very very nice.

Door person looked away so she didn't have to say hi, she was doing it to everyone. So no checking of checking in. Bad selection of swim wear and seems to only have a plus sized ladies section, other then the 5 racks for people of other sizes

Might as well close this one down as they're as good as closed. You order click and collect and they'll take 3 hours to get to you. There's like 2 staff in the whole store. One scans the code and other goes out for smoko and goes home.

I found a cheap shirt I liked for a graduation I needed to go to. I did not find a good graduation gift for an eighteen year old interested in art. It's the wrong time of year. All art gifts are Christmas focussed for youger children.

With my friend who is in her 70's today and she tried some clothes on & to our dismay no bench/seat to sit down & try her pants on in the female change rooms, lucky i went in with her to help her, as she nearly fell over. the

A very over priced store with absolutely no store assistance.. lacking in store quality it felt more like the back of an old warehouse.. No overhead area signage so I just walked from 1 end to the other looking for things..

Lots of shops, lots to see and do for everyone. Sometimes the crowds can be OTT and Parking can be a nightmare too starting on the road before you even get into the car park - specifically late nights and weekends.

Signs upon entry displaying entry/exit in accordance with COVID and hand sanitizer. Store was clean and well organised. My experience would have been better if l didn't have to use self checkout .

Nice new store. Recently closed the change room which is closest to menswear which means walking to the opposite end of the store. Also compared to other Target stores the menswear dept is small.

Self service checkouts are crazy busy with only 1 person to help everyone. No registers open to serve people. Good selection of stock and the staff are helpful but stretched thin

Who doesn't love a bargain...and when those bargains are in multiple coloured linen short shirts, long shirts and shorts or casual pants that are short on cost...grab a trolley.
