Everytime I go, it doesn't matter what time it is there's no variety at all. Were lucky if we get some dinner rolls.. Hi I'm sorry if this review upset you, it was certainly not my intention, I was looking at my reviews and had given you 5 stars a few years ago, as we love your products. It's just annoying that everytime we come, the shelves are empty. So that's why I changed my review. Not to mention the rude worker at the front counter who's always telling the other workers off. Her attitude is so bad it has turned us off coming to the bakery. . I remember when Tina was there she was lovely. Your obviously busy which is good, but cannot keep up with the demand, I wish you all the best and Happy New Year

Excellent Bhan-mi recepies and a wide variety of sweet bakery products including range of breads to choose from. Excellent and quick customer service that you can't complain. I guess the place offers coffee and other types of beverages but no space for dine in. This place is inside the highlands shopping centre so you could visit it during your shopping sessions to buy your other groceries. Price is very reasonable and I guess the cheapest Bhan mi I've bought in Melbourne if not close. Wish this place had dine in facilities.

Very wary of this shop due to several negative encounters, the fresh bread and vietnamese rolls are great. However the staff can be intensely rude when under pressure, also have ridiculously high level on whats permitted on eftpos and not afraid to demand you buy more to meet this. I actually prefer to drive past highlands to Bakers Delight than deal with these temperamental people.

Overpriced. Nutella donut did not taste fresh and had barely any Nutella. $3.50 for something that would be about 50 cents to make is ridiculous. It was also not actual Nutella but the cheap stuff. No prices on anything either so unless you ask, you’re bound to get ripped off.

If I could give this a bakery a 0 star I would. Totally unprofessional and rude attitude towards their customers. Would not recommend this to anyone. Ps: Don't bother leaving a bad review on their FB page as they will just delete it and just keep the good ones. Dodgy as!!

Very poor customer service, a thin Asian lady served me today, she was extremely rude, and was frequently checking her phone at counter whilst customers were waiting. I won't be returning to this bakery. EDIT: This is not a fake review as per their response lol

Gave my uber the wrong order which is ok, the manager is soo rude and doesn't respect anyone the way she speaks very unprofessional and disrespectful, yells and doesn't listen you and argues. Keep it up you will be closed in a short time

If i could give this place 0 stars i would $45 for a cake that tasted like a 3 year old made it. The cake started falling apart couldn't even cut it. Staff are rude and act like they a doing you a favor would not recommend to anyone

The only thing that saved the Banh Mi was the carrots and even then it wasn’t chopped properly. The pork was so dry and chewy, hardly any sauce and was just so bland. Don’t recommend if you want an authentic banh mi

A good bakery, but when you sell the pies make sure there at a reasonable temperature before you sell them, mine was at room temperature. Tell the customers they have just been put in the pie warmer. Be careful.

Maybe get staff who can understand and speak English when i ask for a soft roll with no chilli that's what I expect to get not a hard roll with extra chilli im allergic to chilli so thanks for ruining my day

The Flying Loaf Bakery has just become my favourite bakery in Craigieburn. I finally have somewhere to buy Pork Rolls without having to drive to Glenroy and they also have an amazing selection of cakes!! ❤

Yeah it good, I prefer to buy my bread from a Bakery really as its too quality. Some of the other food can leave a little to be desired however, if your getting then you should be fine :) …

Love the bread and rolls. We have noticed lately the bread is a lot smaller and when we go there at 9 the bread is still hot and it makes the bread wet even when we've open the bag.

3 stars because their one of a few places left that offer a real egg and bacon roll, but they are always out of stock of most items by lunch time.
