TLDR: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS Pretty sure I was a victim of theft at this petrol station. On 12/10/15 I topped up my car as usual at the station. I took a passing glance at the amount displayed on the fuel dispense, noting it as $70 something. When I went inside the store to pay, the clerk asked me for $78. I was surprised as this is more than usual for a full tank. I asked whether he was sure it wasn't $70. He said something along the lines of "it's easy to mistake an 8 for a 0." So I paid via EFTPOS and went on my way. On the way out, I noticed that the fuel dispenser display had gone blank (not showing the top up amount). I wasn't sure if this was normal or not, as I usually don't pay attention to these things. Today (28/10/15) I returned to top up. When I got back to my car after paying, the fuel dispenser clearly showed the amount topped up. My Bank Statement shows that both the 12/10/15 and 28/10/15 transactions recorded as "cash out." I did not take cash out. It is my belief that the staff at this station are in the habit of stealing from their customers. And I will not be returning.
Frequently, I visit this Pie Face outlet for my daily coffee. However, today's experience was disappointing as the coffee I received was lukewarm instead of hot. I promptly returned to inform the staff who processed my payment. Surprisingly, the individual, who identified himself as the manager responsible for the coffee machine, began to dispute my complaint. He maintained that the machine's settings had remained unchanged for a year and that the coffee temperature was standard. Despite my suggestion to touch the glass and verify, he persisted in his argument and reiterated his stance. I conveyed my regular patronage of the outlet and expressed my dissatisfaction with this deviation from the usual coffee temperature. Regrettably, his dismissive attitude led me to leave the premises. It prompts me to wonder, do machines never experience malfunctions or deviate from their expected performance? Is this the appropriate way to address a customer's concerns?
Staff don't use common sense. I obviously could not carry all my shopping as I had to take to trips to the counter. After staff had scanned my shopping they just looked at it - had to ask them if they can place it in a plastic bag. 2 x 3lt bottles 1 x 1.5 water 2 x potatoe chips 1 x biscuits Obviously I need a bag... There is no customer service skills. I can recall a lot of times when the cashier has only knodded his head and never spoke a single word while serving me. Sometimes the cashiers would have their phones on loud speaker having a conversation to their phones while serving you. You are not even acknowledged as a customer here.
Disappointed in this car wash. I thought I would give it a try after filling up petrol and seeing two other cars use it. For the other car, the dryer activated and dried the car, but when I used it, it didn’t, and left the car soaking wet.. which is pointless! And really frustrating. It would have been no different to just spraying water on it myself for a few dollars.
Car wash open takes money but not operable. Staff rude and refuses to listen acknowledges wash not operable but refuses refund. Petrol might be lower cost but based on the lack of attention to quality assurance and customer care it is clear you will get less than what you pay for and should think hard before putting it in your car. Keep away
Disgusting behaviour by staff to my 85 year old dad. He placed $27 petrol went to pay and was rudely told he had to pay $44. The attendant obviously made a mistake and the $44 customer came in and paid. No apology and still wouldn't give his change until he threatened to call police. Very disappointing
U98is great however Win your own aussie adventure is scam . For a week I been trying to redeem prize but always has an error either loading a page at start or once you spend time filling all out. Also asks for your receipt number which is not on receipt. Coincidence? Stop taking people for joyride.
Worst customer service ever in Australia. Console operators can't even say Hi. Always on the mobile phone. Looking at the mobile phone while serving thr customer. Charged me for fuel, every though I didn't pump fuel. Will never go again.
Drove in there today to get petrol as I had heard their prices are reasonable but I could not find Unleaded 95 at all their pumps. This was a surprise and I ended up driving elsewhere for petrol. 2 stars for the nice clean forecourt.
Car wash is in terrible condition. When you tell them a part of it isn't working they want you to fill out a form (that will then be investigated) to see if you will get your $2 back and you drive away with a half clean car.
Terrible car wash. Always dirty and never maintained. Always something isn't working and a waste of money because you can't complete a normal wash. Makes me think what kind of fuel they are selling?
Staff do not wear uniforms. This is not my choice of a service station. Supply room door left open and stock visible to customers. Staff do not wear name tags. Enter at your own risk!
Staff here a bit pushy when it comes to paying for fuel, they would want you to buy their pies or sandwiches, even though you ate something 5 minutes before you came in.
Will the Ryko Mono Premier car wash system used at the car wash of United Petroleum Bentleigh East would still be operating & around by March & April next year?
Avoid. Sneaky servo does not reset the fuel gauge back to zero before filling. Try to scam a few cents and dollars when they think you won't notice. Avoid.
It’s a big petrol station without any toilet . The stuff i met was inhuman and rude to me. They just want you to give money. Not even a thanks in reply.
Auto carwash doesn't do the job. I was told to leave my details for the manager to discuss further but never received any call.
Expensive and always dirty... just bought a chocolate milk that was expired and rancid
Use auto wash for my car. After the car wash, I found that a nail embedded in my tyre.
Cheap fuel in the area. A very big servo with no toilets. Wide range of pies available
Very rude customer service. Will not recommend to frequent this place.
Best petrol price in area but staff very dull and not very friendly
Most of the time, it offers the cheapest price. Very good. Thanks.
Ridiculous staff. Can't even understand what they say sometimes
Posted online at $1.70 ULP a litre but actually $2.15
Worst customer service I haven’t seen in Melbourne
