If only i could give no stars. I used to always go here to fill up my petrol to support a local store. But there is no chance i am going back here EVER after my experience with getting my car seats steam cleaned. I get back and they detailed the whole inside of my car which i did not want i only wanted the seats steam cleaned, which was pretty clear, because i said multiple times before they started i only want my seats done, nothing else. So i had to pay more than expected with no choice ($110). Then i noticed on my radio dash a whole lot of dark spots, they had clearly sprayed something and didnt wipe it off. I wanted a refund because they couldnt remove the spots and had wrecked my car, they wouldn't give me a refund, when i am completely entitled to one, the owner/ manager handled the situation horribly and now the inside of my car is ruined. He even threatened to me to go to court if i want a refund.

For some reason this store does not have hand sanitizer available. Most other stores have hand sanitiser available as you walk in and throughout the stores. When I asked the attendant why they had no sanitizer available, the attendance held up sanitiser that is positioned behind the registers with the intendent. I explained that most stores have sanitiser throughout their stores for the use of the customers. The attendant explain it was a management decision. Not very impressed considering the store sells pieface food so good hygiene and clean practices are even more important.

Do love this servo over many others. Nice and central in Eltham. Easy access in and out. Plenty of choices of fuel. Lots of things inside to buy - newspapers, magazines, food, refreshments, pies and more. Staff are great. Located nice and central to the Eltham shops, not far from COles, Aldi Dan Murphy's, Woollies and more. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly.

For some reason, the pump is regularly closed for 30 minutes at evening between 7 pm and 8 pm. It is extremely annoying as this is repeat behaviour. The staff locked themselves in and wouldn’t respond to queries on why the pump was closed during business hours.

Usually fairly good price fuel, the shop is always clean and tidy, and every time in 10 years I've needed to put air in my tyres, the air hose has been working. (with most other petrol stations in the area you have a 50% chance at best of the air pump working)

The worst customer service ever. I went to buy ice bags at 9.00 pm because no electricity tomorrow in Eltham and the worker said that the ice is running out . He was busy with his phone or he didn't want to check if I locked the ice fridge.

Literally served my fiancee an off custard, it smelled like rancid milk! Absolutely disgusting! They did refund her but they shouldn't be serving off food in the first place! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! The food was called brochette bun!

Pathetic staff don't speak a work of English and make up there own operating hours when there website and Google results all say its 24hours. I watch him close at 9:30pm everyday looks like I'll be converting away from unoteds E85

I couldn't believe what I saw. I was so shocked.. the serviette I was handed with my spinach roll had snot, boogers and what I'm assuming we're nose hairs on it!!! I have a photo as evidence. I was beyond disgusted!!

Often decent price for E10 petrol. Good selection of cold drinks (which are actually cold). Pumps are often temperamental and can go frustratingly slow.

Put premium 98 in, minutes later the car broke down. I pulled my fuel pump and filter out, filled with WATER They’re taking 0 responsibility for it

Rude staff! Stopped mid-order to serve someone else! The pies were edible but the donuts were stale! Obviously no customer or quality care here!!!

Was in there tonight at around 8.30 and staff member serving people was not wearing any form of mask. When questioned he shrugged his shoulders...

We had to ask the cashier twice to heat up the pies we brought and they were still frozen in the middle
