Today 13th November about 2pm. 3 Indian staff all rude. Don't pay at the express counter if you want to buy a pie, you're apparently meant to let the staff know that you bought a pie even though it states express. The Indian bloke said "what are we meant to do, you need to come and see us, we need to know you ordered, you can't pay for pie here it's only for petrol" he was arguing over the fact that you can't order pies there even though it has the button. Other customers got theirs and didn't need to tell them about ordering a pie. The staff were all talking in their own language then when I pulled them up on their unprofessional behaviour of talking in front of customers I got "we weren't about you" I then asked for a refund for how long they were taking and also how rude they were and they said "we can't issue refund" I then said you have no choice I clapped my hands and they jumped they issued a refund. They said "what are we meant to do with the food?" Not my problem, you can deal with it now. Only come here for fuel, just terrible service all to get a pie.

Why does your google say open 24 hours when you are not!! Yesterday I made a stop at around 12:50am your sign with the prices were still glowing, and your big "OPEN" sign was still on and glowing. But when I pulled in and got out of my car to fill up petrol I was very rudely waved off through the glass and being told to go that you guys are closed. I walked up closer to the door and tried asking what time you guys shut and the attendant opend the door and told me "cant you see we are closed" I explained to him the signs were still on and the open sign was still on too as well as your google saying you are open 24 hours. He then just proceeded to say we are closed and shut the door in my face and walked off This was very very poor service and false advertising of hours! either you need to change the hours or tell your staff that it is a 24hour servo. Luckily the Liberty Petrol station down the road were open as stated on there google and the staff there certainly aren't rude

The store attendant (Hadeed) made a mistake where he charged a guy before me for $0.60 less. By the time it's my turn to pay, it appears that he allocated this amount to my bill. I ended up tapping my credit card for $66.81 where it was meant to be $66.21 (I've got a copy of the tax invoice as proof). Only realised this when I got home after comparing the invoice with my credit card transaction list online. I don't care about the money. However it's just wrong for someone else to take the bullet to cover his mistake. It's horrific and dishonest. If you are the management and reading this, you better provide feedback to him. If he can do this when the customer is right in front of him, I don't know what he is capable behind close door. This occurred on 30 Sep at 16:43 hours. If you're customers, please be aware and check the amount before you tapping your card to pay.

Absolute discrimination!!!! Not a happy customer at all!!! I fuel up here 3 times a week, I go in with my hubby today at 11:15am he gets out to fuel up and they say over the PA to pre pay. Never... have we been asked to prepay before 10 pm. Anyway hubby goes in to see guy and says we want to fuel up tank and he says he can't see number plates as we were parked behind anothe car. So hubby said here is my wallet and put it on counter and was told that he would not be returning for it. Hubby got really angey as he had just been accused of stealing fuel. We have 4 cars in our family and this was the only station we fuel at as service has always been great. We will no longer be coming back since this is the way you treat customers. Disgraceful!!

Went to use their car wash only to find it spitting water with a on/off almost like a sprinkler, I thought seen as how I needed to use the washer as it was an emergency and I needed to wash power steering fluid off my exhaust before the car started to smoke I would use the time allocated to the best of my ability. I went inside to alert the staff member working only to be told "nah its ok" I then said please come out and see for yourself to then only be told it's ok its just vibrating but still ok to use...... I'm sorry but thats not working correctly.... I also get told the other features only the dial don't work either..... DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH ITS RUBBISH!!!

Honestly one of the worst service stations I've been to. Prices for shop items are extremely high, most staff (but admittedly not all) are extremely rude and don't get me started on the lousy Subway inside either (If you try it, I GUARANTEE your bread will be stale, dry and crusty - you've been warned!). If you need a servo, keep driving <1km for the Shell Service Station. If you want food as well, keep driving down Western Port Hwy until you get to the BP Service Station at the Thompsons Rd intersection (around 2km further down). Avoid this place and it's poor management at all costs.

The staff is so unprofessional here, i have been using this pump occasionally because of proximity and cheap fuel but today, Served by Nick who paused the pump at AUD 49 because they have decided not to serve more than 50 bucks of petrol. No signs, no explanation no announcement what so ever, when i walked in Nick was explaining the reason for his slack behavior. That sticky signs actually stick :) haha isnt that the purpose. How on earth would someone know you are not serving fuel over 50 bucks? Telepathy may be in Nicks world....god help such people. Wont go back to this pump.

So bad experience last night. Me and one more customer we both waiting outside the store for the guy working name Ayman or similar to it i don't remember exactly was busy in his own work for a while and asked us to keep waiting instead of opening door. When we knocked the door, he became so hyper and abusive to both of us. Check cameras for 1:50-2:10am 25th of june. Staff's priority is to serve customers not doing their own stuff and being vulgar to customers. Teach that old guy how to behave and respect people.

To have two bad experiences in a row and it just isn't good enough, this place has lots of one stars, go to the liberty down the road. Two rude workers in two weeks, one after I asked did they accept my united card and he just rudely refused the second worker on this evening straight up lied to me, refused my discount card. Said it had already been used today. I hadn't used it at all. Lying and being rude to a customer is poor and then he tried to get me to pay someone elses fuel. Go else where.

Friendly and courteous customer service. Easy access and exits from the Service Station that also offers the opportunity of a do it yourself Car Wash onsite. Hot and cold food and drinks . Inside is like a Mini Mart. Quick and efficient service with a smile, ample newly installed fuel bowsers ⛽️. Easy access and parking also available for casual shopping There is a self service Coffee ☕️ machine and Barista Coffee service available by staff.

The customer service is absolutely disgusting, the place smells like it has not been cleaned since pre Covid. Saw the attendant abuse a 80 + year old lady for forgetting her wallet in the car. Filthy people and filthy facilities. Also it took over 3minuts to fill just $5 off petrol. Most Iikey they slowed it down after stepping in for the lady. Don’t come here when legitimately less than 100m away were is 2 other petrol stations with better prices

Very bad Customer service , went to put petrol in my car pump ⛽ needed to reset or something after I waiting for more than 5mins near pump I went inside to find out whats going On ! The guy at the cashier talking and laughing on his mobile , I said mate can you turn on the pump cuz my kids gonna be late for school and his answer was I'm busy now come back later or go library petrol station around the corner . .

Went to go fill up .pump wasn’t working. Made strange noises so pulled it out alittle to check . Nothing was coming out, meter was still going up . Went to tell the cashier think there’s an issue. Was forced to pay $13 for no petrol.. not that it’s much but I would have liked to have someone to check the pump for me . Left with less km remaining than what I originally had

The water in the watering cans and bucks is rusty dirty so I told the guy behind the counter He said to me other people make it dirty and they don't have time to change it. It's called good service but obviously they can't do it It's only some water and soap I'm the bucket they are being tight when they are making heaps of money I told him BP and Shell have clean water all the time

Normally they're good with prices and everything else. Their downfall is night service as I've been there many times at night (I do night work) and I think the attendant is sleeping out the back as the pump gets ignored, so I just go the little bit further down the freeway and the attendant is always there. I don't like wasting my time standing at a pump that won't get activated.

Had the worst customer service today by lady named Dia. She accused my partner in front of 6 people that she was trying to avoid the surcharge on a credit card payment?? She then preceded to cause arguments with every other customer. Terrible and not good enough. Certainly won't go back with her working there!!

Very bad customer service, I used one of the vacuum bays only to find out that there was no suction after I put my money in. Went in to let him know he wasn’t happy, rudely told me if it wasn’t working why did you put the money in, only if you had put a sign up so people know not to use it. idiot. …

I went to pay for my fuel around 10pm my credit card on my phone was loading to come up on my phone screen and the guy behind the counter was telling me to hurry up which took me 5 second to pay for my fuel. Very bad customer service not happy with this guy to work during this time.

Terrible customer service was overcharged by $60. Didn’t realise till I got home and checked. I called numerous times to no avail. Went there once they said would contact me. Spoke to manager said would get back to me. Nobody did. Very dodgy stay away

My partner and I fill up here regularly, just pulled in to fill up our ute with 98 and pump was turned off on us at $25, I can understand this happening late at night but not at 4pm on a Sunday arvo. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Went in for cash out was told I had to spend $10 or use the atm. After my brother went in got fuel for $40 and he refused I give cashout. Guy was rude and looked liked he needed a good snag to cheer him up. Where is the 0 star button?

Open 24hrs and CHEAPEST fuel around by 11 cents. Hi-flow diesel and LPG pumps. Car wash & vacuum bays. NO Night service window, which is a real added bonus too so u can browse the shop and get what u want.

Went in to get a drink was then questioned 3 times if I had gotten fuel. Was served by a man who barely said a word to me then looked up and he had headphones in then he tried to short change me of $10
