Really rude staff! My partner requested for extra sauce while buying pies & the girl was rude for no reason. How hard is it to answer your customer if it’s spicy or could get extra sauce?? Felt like she was serving free food though we’re paying for everything thing including sauces. That ruined our rest of the afternoon thinking about it.. Wouldn’t go there again! Worst customer service ever..

Stop by to fill my car up after I gassed up decided to clean the windscreen hop in the car to drive closer to pay. I saw the cashier speeding out I knew exactly what he was thinking he went back inside when he realized I was coming in to pay. I don't blame him but he was bloody rude when I went in and ask Do you really think I would drove off without paying #judgyprick

Sunday 1/05 evening, women serving argued rudely with me about what I had asked for, acted like she was doing me a favour fixing her mistake in that end and then questioned why I wouldn’t get something else when she didn’t have what I’d came in for. Have yet to receive decent customer service or any manners from here, gross.

will never go here again. Advertised as 24 hours. petrol lights were still on as was all the lights in the shop. I stood at the door at 10:55. Clerk purposely avoided eye contact with me before switching everything off. Really bad business. 2 years later same story. Closed before advertised time

Bloke behind the counter can take a long walk of a short pier. Couldn’t even let me put in $5 more of fuel to get home and back. Wouldn’t give me a name and started to become angry towards me because I mentioned I’m complaining about his customer service skills.

My partner was just accused of stealing petrol and was shown a photo of the person and car. Was not him and would not let him get petrol until he paid for the stolen petrol. We will not be going back. Just lost customers. 05/07/23 about 5pm

Very poor service, went in to buy a charger for my phone, guy at the counter told me it was a fast charger, walked over to the car, foind out it wasn't a fast charger and he refused to give me my money back

I found the staff to be very polite and the shop to be very clean and well kept. The pie face selection was very tasty and it was just in general a very lovely place. Will definitely be coming here again

Just a warning that the ULP+ethanol isn't always E10. We had a major mechanic bill after a fill that was E85. The pump and signage does NOT say E10.
