Marie and Liz are very unprofessional I was standing in line with 7 packages 3 people were ahead of me and I waited patiently. When it was my turn Marie and Liz both refused to attend me and started helping others behind me. Their excuse was “you have too many packages and want to help others that don’t have many first” I responded with “I’m in line, and waited patiently I don’t think it’s fair if I get skipped” they ignored me and than began to say “ you can go somewhere else, theirs another post office down the street if you don’t like us” “these youngsters” I may look young but I’m not, and if I was young or not that’s not a way to treat a customer. After she was done with everyone else she than helped me. after she was done scanning the packages I handed to her she said “if you don’t like it here, you can take your packages and go somewhere else. During your lunch hour go to your nearest post office so you won’t have to deal with us” why did she have to say that after we were already done with the transaction of me leaving my packages and getting a receipt? Very very unprofessional and rude. I than asked for their names and told them to have a good day and God bless. She laughed and said God bless you. After I turned around and started to walk out the door she than began to laugh with her coworker and other customers that had just walked in after me, she said something as well on my way out but couldn’t hear her because she was talking under her breath. Again very unprofessional Is this how USPS train their employees to treat their customers? I come to this post office because it’s the closet to my house. Why would I go across town? When I have one 8 mins away from my house. If anything these people should not be working at usps if they don’t want to attend their customers in a respectful manner. I will be reporting this to corporate. We don’t need people like that running a government post office.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The last 2 times I’ve had packages shipped via this postage office I NEVER received them. So this time when I accidentally did not cancel a monthly subscription of mine which gets shipped via here I had text notifications on. Well when I happened to get the delivered text my parents were at our mail box and the person putting the mail in told them they had to wait to get the package until he left. So we did, and when we went to get my package IT WAS NOT THERE. Now I’m having to sit on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak with someone. Why does every package I get shipped via you guys get stolen? It seems to me your workers must be stealing them! Because when using other services if they get sent to the wrong home I ALWAYS get them back. This is absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM GETTING THINGS SHIPPED VIA HERE!!!!

This is the worse post office I have ever encountered on the face of the earth. And that's saying a lot, considering I have lived extensively overseas. My packages are constantly lost unless the are heavily insured, and if they are delivered, half the time I am not given the key to the parcel locker to get it out until I call the next day and ask for it. This has been going on for the entire nearly 6 years I've lived in this house, and we've been through 3 Post Masters. I am now fighting them again today, and will be contacting the Post Master General to file a formal complaint. It's a shame that we are given little recourse as to who handles our mail. I bought this house, and don't plan to sell it, so something has to give.

Worst customer service experience! The guy in the front was super mean and incompetent. I came to pick up a package for my 15 year old daughter and he was not able to help but first had asked me a thon of questions and documentation as if he was going to help! I just moved in the area and my Driver license address didn't match my current address. He asked for my daughters school ID but then said that wouldn't help either because she's under 18. So why ask for it in the first place! Mind you he already knew my daughter is 15 years old. Then I mentioned to him that I have a NOTARIZED copy of my lease with my name and current address he said that wouldn't help either! This is so frustrating!!! I see why they only have 2 stars!

I moved to Texas. I went to the post office to get the keys and location of my mail box. The postman told me that he was changing the lock on the box and I should be able to get my mail by Tuesday. I went to the mailbox and the keys did NOT work. I called Saturday and she said That he changed the wrong box and she would call me back, NO CALLS. I finally called Tuesday morning and it rang a lot then hung up I did that about 5 times. So I left work early and went to the post office. I talked to the manager she gave me where the location of my mail box. The other post man told me #8 and when she told me it was #12. Big difference in numbers. Terrible service. Extremely horrible phone service!!! NEEDS EXTREME IMPROVEMENT...

I showed up to the Post Office first thing in the morning hoping to pick up my package and the lady at the front refused to help. I explained to her that I would be at work when they delivered the package and because of the rain, my package may get ruined. The lady at the front office just shrugged her shoulders letting me know she did not care and did nothing to try to help me retrieve my package. It seemed as she did not want do anything, just stand there and be at work because she had to. I thanked her (for the help she did not provide) and walked out. Now, I am hoping they are nice enough to bag my package so it does not get ruined with the rain.

Had a missing Christmas package sent through this office since 12/16 when it was supposed to be delivered. The post master has failed to provide me with the forms to file a claim and it keeps kicking the complaint back to my state’s (FL)postmaster bc they close the complaint as resolved. This is NOT RESOLVED AND UNACCEPTABLE! How many times do I have to call and send emails? Today I will file a complaint with the Attorney General’s office in TX because this is just a disgusting display of disrespect and dereliction of duty! Shame on Del Valle Tx post master Elizabeth Owens

I've been using this small town post office for over 20 years. It's not such a small town office because it's on the west bound side of the highway across from Austin Bergstrom Int'l Airport. It does need to be renovated. There are no Parcel Boxes for after hours over sized pickups. Hopefully the higher traffic of the 183 toll road and major developments already planned for FM 973 and Highway 290 East. will put demand on the USPS to finally give it a new look and amenities. Currently they open at 7:30 am, 1 hour earlier than the Burleson Rd. Post Office.

This is an very outdated dusty dirty post office, there is no option to buy stamps or mail small packages when the inside office is closed. I drove there on a Sat afternoon around 3pm.. with tons of letters to mail, was so disappointed to not find a stamp machine. When I used the inside services.. I noticed the office is very dusty and dirty looks like it has not been cleaned in years.. .literally! There is only a very small selection of package sizes to buy.

I read the reviews prior to coming here, so set my expectations because of the convenience. However, I have to report that I thought this was the kindest post office I've been to in awhile. There is always a line, but I think it goes fast. I have witnessed the ladies go above and beyond the 4 times I've been there. Yes, I would like self service options, and I don't have a post office box. However, this place is the best in the 15mi range i do business in.

Every time no fail Biju has the worst customer service!!! He is short, rude and very impatient. Even with the elderly. So sad to see the impatience and shortness with customers. Seriously show some respect especially when they have served our country. I guess he is entitled to pick and choose who he wants to provide good customer service too. If you really dislike you job that much then do everybody a favor and don’t take it out the customers!

So I had a $80 package coming in supposed to be delivered July 24 and I got a pink paper in the mail saying to wait 10 days so I wait, still not delivered. Yet they scanned my package as delivered. So I called, they created a case for me and the post office resolved it as delivered! So I had to reopen a case and haven’t heard ANYTHING back. I’ve been on the phone with representatives 10+ times over this. Not okay whatsoever.

Still the worst post office, ever...with the laziest employees. I watched them not deliver a package and then put orange delivery attempted notices DATED INTO THE FUTURE to let me know they were never going to deliver my packages. THIS IS FRAUD. I have been waiting for Amazon packages for over ten days. These folks are pretty useless, and probably stealing your packages too.

Best little Post Office in Texas. Friendly staff that has been there for a long time. Always helpful and ready to solve any problems. As an eBay Powerseller I go there every single day. Rarely any wait time and no hassle to drop off packages and get a receipt. It's unfair to rate them poorly if a package gets lost during transit somewhere on the way. Not their fault.

PO customer for half a year, been broken into 4 times. No response besides, "oh we'll change the lock" doesn't help when they break the locks to get inside. No cameras, owners don't care, homeless people loitering inside and outside even overnight access has homeless people. I forgot my keys one day and didn't have to use them because the lock was broken, so hey.

update: they stopped delivering mail to my address since early april 2023, and I'm forced to drive to the post office to pick it up in person. older review: I added a big sticker on my screen door hoping that they stop blocking it, but this would only work if the mailman could read. USPS, I suggest adding literacy to job requirements.

I am tired of this one employees attitude. TIRED. She is so rude unlike the other employees. To my suspicion, she might be racist. I don’t know her name but she is a white female with short hair. This job is intended for people that are PATIENT and HELPFUL. She is neither. She is the only reason why I give this post office one star.

The Indian gentleman (I wish I would have written down his name) working the service counter was extremely helpful, courteous, and patient with the line of people who were frantically scrambling to get their packages shipped right before closing. Great experience overall.

I was nervous to drop off my package here because of the reviews, but I received such great service. The lady who was working greeted me as I entered and helped me as soon as she was done with the customer in front of me. Super friendly and had a smile the entire time.

I see a lot of poor reviews on this place. Went in to mail a large package. Two people in front of me. In and out with no problems. Will update the review if anything changes but this is the closest one to me and they are open Saturdays which is fantastic.

I'm getting the run around with this place, no one knows nothing about my package. I've been waiting 4 days for my delivery. Everyone is worried about there day off and just keep passing me off to the next person. This place needs retraining.
