The pharmacy staff are pretty nice, but sometimes processing is slow. At least Lincoln Square is an interesting area to wander around for half an hour, assuming you aren't too ill. This place works best when your doctor orders your prescription electronically and the Walgreens computer calls you when it's ready.
I've been several times to fill prescriptions and everytime the staff have been cordial and helpful. It does get very busy from time to time. The staff can't help that. From what I see, they do everything they can to keep up. And a special shout out to the short haired woman who works the register.
Most unreliable pharmacy ever. They will call and say prescription is ready, yet when you go in they have to wait 15-30 minutes anyway. Many things out of stock consistently and always some sort of construction going on inside. CVS just north on Damen is WAY more reliable.
It’s a chore to pick up medication from this Walgreens every month. The line is always insanely long and there is constant miscommunication between pharmacy/doctor and customer/pharmacy. If they tell you that your script will be ready in 2
I asked about how much narcan doses were (a very normal question to ask during the opioid epidemic) and they met it with a lot of suspicion and odd questions when I just asked for a price. Too judgmental for a pharmacy, honestly. (Note-
Always understaffed and making mistakes. My doctor spent 30 minutes on hold to call in a prescription and they claimed they never received the order. Another time they didn’t have an prescription filled two days after it was ordered.
Can’t count the number of times that I’ve had to jump through hoops myself for them to simply fill a script. Depends on who is working, but the staff is below average.
The perssonal is slow to attend the costumers on chasier and they no have good attittude for the ppl. Every time i get ready to pay i cant fand the cashier personal.
Huge lines. What previously took 5-10 minutes to pick up meds now had ballooned to closer to an hour.
I have been on the phone waiting for the pharmacist for over an hour and still nobody pick up
Pharmacist doesn’t pick up the phone often. Feels like active walkout against corporate.
Very great customer service. Michael, Armando and Edward were super helpful.
The worst pharmacy ive ever dealt with
Wonderful staff, very helpful.
Incredibly rude staff.
