"I have been going to werribee cemetery for many years now to visit my late partner who is in one of the courtyard crypt's, Every time I have been to visit him I have found the grounds to be lacking in any kind of maintenance, there is always cobwebs all over the crypts and there are weeds popping up everywhere, It is very disappointing and totally disrespectful of those who have passed to not even be resting in peace in a well-maintained cemetery, does no-one ever come to this place and clean up ?! also the cemetery will not allow me to place a small memorial plaque on my late partner's crypt for myself and my daughter because his parents paid for his crypt and organised everything therefore legally they owned it, At the time that my partner passed away his own family had his birth date wrong but the cemetery refused to change the date on the plaque on his crypt unless his family agreed, which they did not, even though I had proof of my partner's Birthday by way of his birth certificate, I would recommend this place if you want to be placed in a crypt but if you want somewhere that respects those that have passed this is not it !"

Lawn care and garden maintenance is lacking. Really looks untidy at times. More care needs to be given to making the resting place of our loved ones looked cared for and maintained.
