Convenient location in Surry Hills, walking distance to Surry Hills light rail station, Central light rail station and Central train station. I did not book online, I just drove in and paid upon exiting the carpark. They have a fair price for nightly rate and weekend rate. I would highly consider parking here again if I need a car spot around Surry Hills in the future.

I was concerned after reading other reviews but was pleasantly surprised to find a spot right at the entrance. It was 2pm on a Friday and I saw at least two other spots in the same area. The half hour grace period either side of my hour booking was very handy as I paid for an hour ($26) but was there for 1.5 hours without paying any extra. A good experience.

Awful. What is the point of booking online in advance and getting a confirmation for there to no be any spaces available. Clearly have a shocking overbooking system as vehicles were parked on ramps. Such a hassle to not be able to rely on a service that you’ve paid for. Calling the intercom is useless. They just refer you to a different location.

Like another user has said this carpark will charge you to book your parking ahead of time and then not reserve any spots for you. Me and multiple coworkers booked ahead of time only to find 0 spots and people illegally parking on ramps within the station.

They advertised hourly rate up to max $85 for a day on their entry board, which we assumed was 24 hours. When we checked out the next day, about 16 hours later they gouged us for 2 days parking $170. Beware, deceitful misleading rates listed. Ripped off.

Pre book online to save money on your park, download the app to remember your booking, get to the parking and tap your credit/debit card that you used to pay, go down a few places to find a park - easy car park close to crown street in surry hills

Pre-booked parking a few days ago and arrived to find it let me in but there were no car spaces available. Several other cars of people going to a World Cup game stuck in the same position. Would never use again.

Outrageous fees. They advertise a 89$ daily maximum. What they don’t say is that it resets at midnight and hence you can be charged 2x $89 for a <24 hour stay. I paid $178 for a 12 hour stay. Absolute criminals

Finding the location was easy and parking was easy. Exiting the car park with a local motel’s QRcode was difficult. This is the second time I’ve been stuck in Wilson Parking

It's was so dark and smelled of urine and vomit. 100% ridiculous charges, $49 for 35 minutes for a disabled pensioner 1 star, only because they had a lift. Never again.

Booked and paid for a carpark space. When we arrived on time, the carpark was full. Bit of a fundamental flaw somewhere. They've probably got an ideas man !!!!!

Wilson regularly overbook spaces and have no parking spaces available when you arrive - they should be reported to the ACCC

Parking here is extremely expensive ($75 for 4 hours) and sometimes there is no parking spots left.

This location is the best kept secret, Surry Hills is my favourite place to be in Sydney.

Lift can't bring you back to the car park.
