I gave them a 1 because I couldn't give them a minus. This is the worst carpark in Australia, even the world. Whoever constructed this debacle should hang their head in shame. Tight turns to go down to the parking spots, and the most tightest car spots, that a motorbike couldn't even fit. Don't even talk about how you cannot leave your spot or car park without praying to God, so you don't scratch your car, crash into another car or losing control down the steep slopes. If you think being in a car is the worst, there's no entry to the car park without holding a tag, which they do not mention. So you need to walk down the steep slopes along with the cars. This. Is. The. Car. Park. In. The. World.

The absolute worst car park I have ever parked in in my entire life. I am so lucky to have had my work colleague with me to help me get out otherwise I would’ve been so scared as the corners are so tight, steep and narrow. They need to restructure or do something as it is so unsafe.

Reviews here do not exaggerate how terrible it is. The last corner to the exit is extra tight on a steep incline so you need to be very careful. There is no access to the car park after hours unless you are lucky enough for some tonne leaving it accessing the building. Good luck

Wish I read the reviews before booking. Absolute joke this carpark. You need to be Fred Flinstone to get out of there. Most ridicously narrow entry and exit steep ramps. Not sure how this place is compliant with anything. Just missed scratching my car.

Disgrace. Got charged my booking fee and the hourly fee. So over 2 days off parking instead of being charged 41 dollars I was charged more than 100 dollars and iam expected to jump though hoops fo get my own money back. What a joke. Don't risk it.
