"Our fave carpark"
"Good location & price when pre-booking for inner city parking"
"Absolutely poor customer service"
"Great location and fairly easy to find a park, some spots however are quite tight/next to poles or concrete & the entry/exit gates are forever playing up (just press the buzzer for a while & check the billing situation once you've been let out)"
"A great spot, and the early bird pricing is good - my issue is that in the last 6 weeks I've had about a 50% failure rate in getting out of the car park without having to speak to the remote attendant - having my ticket swallowed, having it "
Our fave carpark. Handy for Sydney CBD and right next to Anzac bridge easy in and out city access. Perfect for Darling Harbour, China Town, QVB, Cocke Bay and Barangaroo. For a day out idea we parked here and did a loop walk starting at QVB, Botanical Gardens, Circular Quay, Barangaroo, Cockle Bay and Darling Harbour.
Good location & price when pre-booking for inner city parking. On entry the booking card wasn’t recognised, no assistance available & ended up having to pay twice. Friends used the same card as booking & were also billed twice. Changing vehicles on the booking was also difficult & wasn’t easily transferable.
Absolutely poor customer service. Pre-Booked a spot my car broke down and couldn’t change the booking and was billed twice!!! Asked for a refund and was told I needed to give notice…. Sorry I’d don’t know my car would break down!!! So unhelpful and will never pre book again.

Purchased tickets online thinking it would be easier. It wasn’t easy at all. I tapped my card to drive in, the boom gate stayed open for a small amount of time that I didn’t get through before it closed. So I pushed the button, spoke to 3
Not a secure place to park your car. We left our car in this car park overnight on a Friday night and the next morning found that belongings had been stolen from our boot. Whilst the online booking process and finding our way through the
Super easy to get in and out of, and great customer service. After driving past 383 Kent Street to find the carpark closed (despite having a booking), I drove in to Citipark and used the intercom to ask if I may park here instead. To my
This car park is very conveniently located near QVB and Sydney Westfield, and the prepay/prebooking ability on the Wilson website means you know how much you are going to pay ahead of time. However Wilson allows for overbooking parking
It's a Pretty brightly lit car park placed centrally in the city and with good size wide lanes for going up and down levels. There aren't any blind corners or scrape dangers. We had an SUV and I think even larger cars will be able to
Great parking for both morning and evening use. They have both a precook option as well as decent rates. Best thing is that the car park location is nice and central to everything in the city. Use this car park all the time.
Great location in city but but! such a bad design. I found the one spot then parked, suddenly my car bumped something. There is a gap at the back of slot and my reverse camera couldn’t get this upper gap.
Convenient location being close to Darling Harbour. Place is clean and tidy. Pre-booking online is recommended. It is always quite easy to spot available car spaces in the car park. Love going there. …
Poor design of parking spots. No stopper on lots. Shattered my rear window because sensor can't pick up fence (top only) and parking poorly lid even in daytime. Those driving wagons, avoid!
$59 for 1.5 hours what a joke!! Imagine if they took into consideration the amount of time it takes to get into a parking spot without hitting a pole or the car next to you! Such a rip off.
Staff were very helpful & weekend parking was quite affordable when booked online.
Large parking space busy on the weekend had to travel many levels to get a park
Plenty of parking more than 10 floors Wide space for turning big SUV’s
Good location, easy parking, but price has gone up and up
Pre-booked, good rate and easily located.
