I started coming to this pharmacy about 2 years ago, primarily because it was conveniently located in the same building as my GP. What I didn’t expect is to actually WANT to drive from the West End where I am now living to continue to use this amazing pharmacy. The exceptional customer service and always friendly, ALWAYS smiling and wonderfully knowledgeable staff are what bring me back! Especially Mohamed! He must make a special effort to remember all of his customers, because I am always greeted by name when I come wandering in. He is always available to answer any questions, offer advice on products and always ensures you have the knowledge you need when taking new medications! This is a far cry from the mediocre customer service provided at most big box chains, and I am eternally grateful for it. It’s nice to be seen as a PERSON rather than just a walking dollar sign. Thank YOU!

STAY AWAY. Rude unprofessional Liars. They have unqualified people working here. Got hepatitis B vaccine from them they handed it to me and never told me to store it in a refrigerated place. Good thing I called my doctor before taking the injection and he explained that it’s supposed to be stored in a place 2 to 7 degree of temperature. When I came back to get a refund they were extremely rude straight up lied to my face and told me they said to keep it refrigerated. The product itself should say on it to keep refrigerated WHICH IT DID NOT. Never go here again

I went for booster of Pfizer, although they were busy, everything was kept in professional manner. They check my Alberta Medical card, and asked me to fill a form yes or no questions. And then a pharmacist called me into a private room and sanitized my arm and put out a small white rounded little thing on my arm and then gave me the shot. I believe the white rounded little thing is to stop bleeding after shot. And the pharmacist was very professional with stable hands and gently pushed the syringe. It was a great experience!

I didn't know I could enjoy.time at a pharmacy. Owners are so nice, professional and helpful. Service is incredibly fast and attentive. I always pickup my prescriptions here because I find the pharmacy reliable and friendly. I feel at home while I wait for my ride. I.wouldbt hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for fast and friendly service.

Mohammed is wonderful and cares about his clients. He remembers me and my husband. He remembers our health condition and meds we take without checking the computer. He always makes sure that we know how to take our meds correctly and asks how's another one doing which is super nice! Since they opened, they became "our" pharmacy. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Staff and pharmacists are very compassionate and seem to love what they do. The pharmacist went out of his way to give us our prescription medicine. The place was very busy and after waiting for some time, we left because we were pressed with time, but the pharmacist went out to the parking lot and gave the medicine. Amazing service! Thank you!

I have dealt with many pharmacies over the years and I have to say this is the best so far! Their customer service is wonderful. The staff are always pleasant, very efficient, and professional. Especially the pharmacist himself. He always has a smile on his face and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I will go nowhere else.

Have been here twice with regards to travel vaccines and honestly the staff are great. They actually help you and go the distance unlike some clinics where the couldn’t be bothered. I requested a female nurse for my injection and there was no issues in getting my request met. They are awesome and I’d be back anytime for a walk in concern

Have been going here for 5+ years. Service and staff are wonderful and go over and above when needed! Highly recommend. I now live an extra 20 minutes away and will continue to make the extra drive to this location. Mohamed (the owner) really makes you feel welcome, taken care of, and heard - Kindest man around!

Full of cheats...accepted my appointment for Pfizer, however once at their location the guy wanted to jab me with Moderna. Didn't have the courtesy to even call and let people know that they are out of Pfizer. I understand delays or mis shipments can happen but do follow principles of Customer Service.

i couldn't agree more with all the other 5 star reviews....I have yet to learn the names of the staff and especially the pharmacist but they are the best I have ever come across!!! I had a few interactions with them and finally decided to transfer my file over to them - am so pleased I did that..!!!

We love the fast and personalized service we receive from Mohammed. We switched from Shoppers and we get much, much better treatment at Windermere Pharmacy. Small town service. Mohammed is very kind and compassionate and really seems to care about his customers. I highly recommended this pharmacy.

I have never had a pharmacist that is so genuine in his concern for his patients. Mohammed makes a point to remember his patients names and ask about their families with sincere interest. He is the kind of character that puts a smile on your face regardless of what mood you walked in with.

Fantastic locally owned pharmacy! It's not that I've ever disliked the pharmacy at Shoppers, but the experience with Windermere Pharmacy is much more personal. Mo and the staff are always so kind and helpful, and my kids are always happy to see him. 10/10, would highly reccomend.

The customer service goes above and beyond in this pharmacy. The owner is so polite and extra friendly. Will ask about your health issue and always try to share the feelings with you to make you feel better while you are not well. Doesn’t forget to entertain the children as well.

This is one of the fastest pharmacies I have ever been to - prescriptions are usually ready within 10 minutes, if not sooner. The pharmacists are all friendly and take the time to explain things to you, whether it is in person or if you call in afterwards with a question.

This pharmacy is the 1st place we go to for our medication needs. Not only my family, but my parents and siblings all go here as well. The service is amazing and Mohammed actually cares and remembers. He goes out of his way and doesn't make it seem like a business.

Mohamed is the best! Always has a smile on his face and is wonderful too talk with, he remembers every one of his clients and greets them with a smile. I have a pharmacy in walking distance to my house but I’d rather the 20 minute drive for the service.

I actually can’t quite describe how far superior this pharmacy is to any other I’ve been to. It’s an entire experience to work with the owner and his team - they’re SO helpful, patient, kind and funny. More than your basic pharmacy - that’s for sure.

Mohammed is honestly the nicest pharmacist I’ve ever had. He is friendly, caring and personable. I don’t even live near the pharmacy, but his customer service is worth the 15 minute drive. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Best pharmacy I've ever been to. Mo and team is really nice. Mo helped me and my wife throughout her pregnancy. He even delivered the medication to my house once. I don't have words to explain how good this pharmacy is.
