*FRAUDS* As a customer of this post office, I have ALWAYS experienced a consistent lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic manners from the staff, however, I have always ignored them. But today.... this unprofessional behaviour was especially evident when I attempted to purchase an envelope for my passport. Upon arriving at the post office, I was pointed to the back of store and when it came to purchasing, I was told to make a purchase at the store brought till which BTW right next to each other. Although confused by this, I continued to ask for assistance and was eventually informed that the envelope would cost 99p, but the minimum payment required was £3. At this point, I asked if it was possible to pay with postage as I intended to post the envelope. The staff member agreed, and I proceeded to WATCH ME write the address on the envelope. Once done, I attempted to post the envelope, I was informed by the post office till where the youngish guy which I assume is the son of the old one, he told me 'yOu StIlL nEeD tO pAy fOR tHIs' and pointed to the till right NEXT to him. At this point I said this is stupid and I expressed my confusion and dissatisfaction with the staff member, this staff member was rude and disrespectful, indicating a lack of care for customer service. Despite being forced to purchase additional items to meet the minimum payment requirement, I was not able to post my letter as, when requested I was ignored and refused to be served. Be aware they are frauds and try to take advantage of students because they know students don't carry cash!!!!! AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.

We’re do I start. Rude rude and rude. I searched up the nearest post office to my address and woodsley road post office was the first one that came up, I looked at the opening hours for something I urgently needed to do. As I was looking at the opening hours I noticed on the reviews how badly they was rated and the reviews are all right there so rude. I went in anyway as it was the closest hoping to be helped with what I needed and ignored the reviews and said hello can you help me please with what I need and he didn’t say hello back he just looked at me and put his head back down in his newspaper and to what I asked help for said he didn’t know when the machine would be fixed and that was it continued to read his paper. He wasn’t very helpful. How are you running a business and can’t tell me when something that many customers need to use on a daily basis for there bills etc will be fixed or just some sort of reassurance or an apology. Not even Thankyou goodbye. I didn’t know when the machine was going to be fixed so I had to travel to another post office and they asked me why I didn’t go to my local one on Woodsley road to which I replied I did but he wasn’t very helpful and was abit rude. They gave me the look to say they knew and smiled. They was so helpful the one down on kirkstall road and said I’m welcome anytime. Don’t think woodsley road post office care about the reviews or service they provide as long as there making money. So it’s probably a waste of time worsting this but maybe they should take notice. Needs to be closed down if they don’t know how to provide a proper service.

I never thought I'd leave a review about a post office in my life but this is absolutely necessary. This is my second time going to this particular branch. The first time I went the person at the counter was rude but I didn't react. Today I went in to post a package which I was unable to seal at home. I politely requested that they help me seal this package which other post office I have been to happily do. The man I met said they do not have Sellotape and that I could buy one in his shop. I did buy one from his wife who was on the other counter in the SAME shop. The attitude and lack of customer service is abysmal. He also refused to provide me with scissors to cut the tap. As someone that suffers with dexterity problems I worry about being able to carry out some task like writing the address of a package. Luckily enough this time I had gotten help to do it because I am pretty sure they wouldn't have helped me. Rant over don't go there!!!

I've had items delivered to this post office twice and never will again. The first time, I didn't have time to collect the parcel until the day after it was delivered. When I did go to collect it, a very unhelpful man informed me that all parcels from previous days had been locked away in the back room because there was no space in the front. If I wanted to collect it, I would have to come back the next day since he was the only one working and couldn't leave the counter to collect it for me. Fine, fair enough. Skip to the second time I had a parcel delivered there - I went to collect it after work on the SAME DAY it was delivered, and the (same) man informed me that unfortunately all the parcels had been locked away in the back and I'd have to come back the next day and blah blah blah. If they don't have sufficient space to keep a day's worth of parcel deliveries in the shop, then they just shouldn't accept deliveries there.

DO NOT USE PLEASE CHECK THE REVIEWS MOSTLY 1 STAR AND ARE 100% CORRECT . IS THIS A POST OFFICE OR A SHOWROOM ? NO PARKING FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY PARKING FOR THERE OWN CARS YOU COME TO WORK JUST BRING A SMALL CAR INSTEAD THEY BRING WHAT YOU SEE PARKED OUTSIDE . I HAVE BEEN MANY TIMES THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND TOTALLY NEGATIVE NEVER HAPPY AS YOU CAN SEE MONEY DOES NOT BUY HAPPINESS . THIS POST OFFICE CLOSES WHENEVER THEY LIKE AND OPENS WHENEVER THEY WANT NO TIMING AT ALL NOT PROFESSIONAL A TOTAL SHAMBLE. WHATS THE POINT IN OPENING A BUSINESS IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY BUT HERE THESE GUYS HAVE SAD TO SAY . TOTALLY DO NOT GIVE A F ABOUT CUSTOMERS . PLEASE USE ANOTHER POST OFFICE WHICH WILL RESPECT YOU AND APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOM . HERE IS 1 STAR FEEDBACK IT IS STILL HIGHER THAN THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE FOR YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY .

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE FOR DELIVERIES. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS, HAVE THEM DELIVERED TO THE KIRKSTALL HILL FOOD AND WINE COLLECTION POINT OR AN AMAZON LOCKER. I ordered 5 things with this post office as my Amazon collection point. They all showed as having arrived but I was literally only given one of them. I phoned other local post offices and nothing. Called Royal Mail and they told me they were delivered here. Going by the other reviews this is a pattern with this post office. I was lucky it was Amazon and I'll get a refund but if you have anything important to receive DO NOT HAVE IT SENT HERE. IT WILL MOST LIKELY "NOT ARRIVE" DESPITE IT SHOWING AS DELIEVERED BY ROYAL MAIL.

After reading all the negative reviews about this post office I was sceptical that I would have problems, but compared to other places in Leeds I’ve used to send parcels etc I have had the least issues here. Therefore, I thought I’d leave a review for anyone else unsure whether to come here. This branch has never lost any of my items (an issue I’ve faced elsewhere, forcing me to find another post office) and the staff have always been quick and helpful. There has only been a queue once or twice when I’ve been - usually I am seen to super quickly and can carry on with the rest of my day.

I want to give it minus 100 star.. terrible terrible service. Very very rude staff from father to son and grandfather . They lost very important documents a passport and BRP of my daughter in law which I am sure they have sold it to some of their relative or friend. With a photo change. It was send to DVLA BY signed for delivery but never got there. I am sure they sold it I would never ever use this post office

The staff are really rude, another customer and I arrived 5 minutes before the Post Office part is open, baring in mind the shop it's in opens a full hour beforehand, we were told that it wasn't open yet and that we had to wait outside until it was. Then he came out two minutes later (still before 9) and told us we were allowed to come in now and collect our packages. Won't be getting anything delivered here again.

Non professional and terrible customer service. It is stated they have post office but when you arrive there, there is always a problem and they can't take your parcel because the post office is closed, which is not true. And if it is, they should change it in Google opening hours. The service is poor and they were quite rude.

The owners are very rude and inconsiderate. They lack basic manners and customer service. I will never go back to this place and certainly would not recommend it to anyone. In particular, do not attempt to redeliver to this post office as they turn down deliveries with no particular given reason and with no notification.

Absolutely non professional attitude by the staff. Went three times and each time was told that post office is closed while the website timings stated it was open. Then they changed the statement and said there is some system upgrade being done etc etc. Nobody is recommended to use their services at all.

What a useless post office. So rude and nasty. Won't ever use it again, every time I do they complain about something. The young one was horrible to me today. My weights were wrong on my parcels but my printer has broke and I can't print them again. He didn't care and was really rude. 0 stars!

I use this post office around 3/4 times per week and have never had any issues with service or postage. One of the quickest and most efficient post offices i’ve used. Sometimes there can be a queue due to size restrictions within the shop but usually quiet in the morning.

Terrible customer service!! They're so snappy and angry for no reason. I've never met staff that are ruder than them. They lose parcels!! I would AVOID at all costs, I would recommend you all go Brudenell post office because they are far nicer!!!

The most unhelpful and unhappy staff in Leeds. Customer service don't exist in this shop. I don't know how they manage to stay open. From today i am determined not to visit that shop ever again. I don't think they deserve one star.

Would give it negative 5 if I could. Sells expired stuff , Has VERY rude staff & they sold me pre-used individual white board markers. The markers lasted for 15 characters . They wont accept any returns. Use them at your own peril.

Contrary to all previous reviews, I’ve always experienced great customer service from both the post office staff and shop staff. Would 100% recommend, always polite and helpful and have never seen out of date food.

A delivery to Manchester have spent above ten days without any message, while they told me at first It just need two days. the delivery must have been lost and they did not give any explaination to me.

Awful rude attitude. I brought my EDF voucher there & they said they couldn't redeem it. I rang EDF & they said ANY Post Office (even inside a shop can redeem) Basically they could not be bothered.

The worst Post office I have ever been in. Rude, so unfriendly and will think and use any excuse not to serve you for postal services. Words can't explain how bad it is. Avoid it at all cost.

Apparently the post office part doesn’t open till 9 when the shop is open, i.e. i had to wait half an hour outside as he couldn’t be bothered to sell me a stamp

They are the worst post office uncooperative with customers and unhappy and I don't know how this post office open until now, They don't deserve one star.

Googled it and it said the post office part closed at 9pm, came all the way over to he told noooo, it closed at 8pm, come on get your details correct

Went here the other day. There’s usually a bit of a que but the staff were lovely and smiley and they sorted out what I needed straight away.

The rudest shop keeper I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. The only saving grace is I didn't have to give them my money.
