Now called EG Petrol Station terrible changeover and servicè.Prices now higher, staff unfriendly and mostly foreign workers.They never smile or say hi or thankyou.They also never ask for your Woolworths discount Card and if you forget they wont redo transaction. Recommend you seek alternative, no customer service here, you deserve better than this.

Received worst service from this servo today, staff name FASAIL. He is so rude does not know abc of customer service. He needs proper training. Without mask he was serving customers. I was regular customer of this servo but No more because of this staff FASAIL.

Really bad service...didn't acknowledge me, didn't want to take my money, didn't smile. I felt like I was inconveniencing her when I had to ask if I could pay!!!

Air pump is malfunctioning most of the time. Today too faced the same. Gas pump also was out of order for more than a week

Always cheaper prices, 4c discount as well as Woolworths rewards points. How can you go wrong!

Friendly service, reasonable fuel prices, good in-store discounts, and pumps are easy to use.

Woolworths Caltex is quite often the cheapest when you use your Rewards card.
