I was absolutely disgusted tonight. I was a regular at this station for years and never had a problem. The price was cheaper then the surrounding stations and I have been stopping by for months after my shifts to fill up typically between midnight and 2am. I know how their systems work at this time when it comes to filling up. So when I had to wait for someone to finish at the only unlocked pump that was fine. UNTIL 10 min went by and the person at the counter was still talking to the 2 attendants. I waved to get their attention so that the person could move their car so I could use pump 15as always and pay once I had filled my tank and not pre pay as I had done every few days for months. After another 5mins go by before someone gets on the speaker and says just go to another pump and Pre pay why don't you. I left after this disgusted and filled up in melton instead paying a higher price. Taking up a total of 1/2 and hour after midnight because people would rather talk then do their job properly. The Keilor park drive and melton BPs are both out of my way as I have to loop and go through several extra sets of lights and filling up after shifts is the only time I can because I have my twins with me at all other times who are only just walking. Due to child safety laws I can't leave them in the car unattended even to pay for petrol.

I have been using this store for almost 2 years now. I never had to face a situation like yesterday where the staff member named 'KAT' refused to use my BP rewards for the fuel I purchased. While I told her I have been using this BP rewards card almost every week with their store for the fuel purchase. She was confronting with rude behavior and Moreover she accepted for my colleague just after few minutes and when asked about it she denied providing me a explanation. I even asked if I can speak to the manager as I am using that store for More than 2years and she denied helping me on that to. Please avoid this girl 'KAT' who has bad attitude and customer service.

I would like to express my appreciation. A very big thank you to Wendy who served me this morning... I had my bosses van and had to fill up diesel and adblue. I had his credit card but not the pin. She split my transaction into two and i was able to tap with the card. She saved my life as my boss was on a plane to Sydney for work and i couldnt get in touch with him. She definitely made my day. Thank you Wendy, we need more of you in this world.

Very rude customer service. Came in to change the coin for car wash, gave me 10 tokens, i have said sorry i dont want to take the token because I have bad experience with tokens before as the machine eat the token and didnot put time. The guy gave me another 5 x $1coin and 5x token again. I said “sorry but i dont want to take the tokens” then he tried to argue for 5mins.

They always make you prepay even if you’re a regular. They don’t have 95 octane fuel for some strange reason, plus I went there the other night and had to pay $1.93 per litre for 98 octane because there was no 95!! The one at Gladstone Park shopping centre is a million times better and the staff are all great there.

One of the most dirtiest car washes around the area. Your car gets dirtier when using these car wash bays. Had to wait for guy to wash his car with his own bucket and sponge. Mud everywhere, and the on-site attendant should be prioritising what is important instead of looking busy whilst doing nothing…

Over charging on the magnum ice-cream, plus other items.... When in uniform, no need to prepay... When in casual wear... So vigorous on the microphone Indian boy payyyyy first... Then the Arab boss said go away don't need your business... Very nice from him... Peasant

Great friendly staff and a carwash 'located there AS Well. Hungry back to but wouldn't recommend hungry Jack's as if had to deal with there management and they are terrible. But BP is A1

The car wash won't take credit card and the note machine does not work. The brushes look like they have not been replaced in years and the who place is filthy and full of holes.
