Disgusting customer service, I had the Indian lady that is the oldest in there (with glasses) working with the other young Indian girls, looked at me when I orederd my coffee and she said "3 sugars, you defiantly don't need that." I said "why is that " she looked me up and down and said "look how skinny you are" which made no sense i than said i have thrroid problems and she rolled her eyes and laughed. Also she is rude every time I walk in to that store to me. My coffee was ready for 15 minutes sitting next to the other coffee cups, she kept looking over at me and laughing with the other staff member talking in their own language, but didn't tell me it was my coffee. One of the young girls had to come over and tell me 15minutes later!!!!! This women needs her qualifications checked as she is rude and knows nothing about customer service. Stands behind the counter drinking and eating like she owns the joint. As a regular at this business, every time I have an interaction with her it always end up feeling unprofessional and straight out RUDE! Pathetic!

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I am 13 weeks pregnant and I politely asked if I could please just the toilet which is normally open. It was 10pm and I had nowhere else to go. She refused to let me use the bathroom. She also rolled her eyes and then I assume felt bad then said I could use it. I walked out without buying what I needed as well. They lost a customer today. Reviews are telling that their customer service needs improving. Work it out BP.

Horrible customer service. I work night shift and visited this Bp quiet often during the night, the lady at the front counter during nights is extremely rude and has disgusting service. Makes me and my co workers feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Always says the coffee machine and the toilets are not working but can see they are and are in use so obviously she just can't be bothered, sighs when asked a question and has no regard. ill definitely never be back here.

One of the BP that I would go to, so many foods and great coffee! They have hot foods too and all foods are fresh! Love this petrol station. They used to have nitro coffee, but no longer doing them, hope they will bring it back again :( Overall, it is always good experience coming to this station.

I visit this bp frequently during my night shift for a quick bite, and it's always well-stocked The employees are warm and helpful. Special mention to Tathya who makes me the perfect cappuccino every time ☕ …

Fuel price here is probably the highest in the area. Inside, they’ve also got good coffee and snacks including warm food and muffins. Very clean and organised; and everything looks brand new. Staff were alright

Specifically asked for extra shot Still coffee feels like hot milk and 0 taste of coffee. This like 3rd time happening. Give your staff training as even 2 people couldn’t do 1 thing properly,

Till assistant just decided she didn't like the look of me and made a point of getting the customers behind me in the queue to come forward to be served first

AND… they shut it down FOR SAFETY REASONS AFTER 10pm. (Few weeks ago they started shutting the toilets down for ykw? Safety reasons) …
