I was in a hurry, got to the cashier to pay and been waiting and waiting, called out "Hello"... Nothing... Few minutes later the girl comes in, very relaxed, not a slightest sense of urgency. No apologies, nothing. I mentioned that I've been waiting for a few minutes to which, instead of sorry, I get "No you weren't". Asked for a manager (of course he's just left ). Asked her to look at their cameras and see how long I've been standing there waiting. The questioning and not apologising was absolutely disgusting. Don't expect much from a petrol station but a basic decent treatment of your client would be nice.

Petrol pump starts charging before any petrol starts coming out. Holding the nozzle down until a good $3-4 starts the petrol flow. Complained to worker who said he can't do anything about it and maybe it's just bad luck and I need to come in at the right time to speak with a manager. Did not want to help escalate the problem despite prompting to check the pump or speak with management, just kept urging me to pay. Ended up paying $6-7 more for my petrol for no good reason.

i am the regular customer of this bp. i am noticing that my car tank capacity 50 litre bit patrol filled 57 litre. something wrong with this pump. its happened 3rd to me. how come its possible that tank capacity is 50 litre and car taking nearly 57 litre in tank. BP must look into this thing. it happened to my friends as well. pump looks dodgy. i made complaint to staff and there was another customer who made same comolaint like me. i paid $8 extra.

Poor service and unfriend attitude. Number 10 pump was not working properly and Marcus who is the person work there keep smile and says working, should have pump or load slowly bla bla but it doesn't. Change the other number and the pump was worked perfectly as used to be. I would never come back after this attitude and behave and he charged for 1$ didn't apologise as well. Shame.

Good service station with snacks, quick eats and all the usual things you might require... Newspapers, magazines, gas bottle swap and ice bags. They obviously sell fuel as well. A recent addition is the RETURN-IT service where you can recycle your bottles and cans for a 10c refund.

BP petrol, which as usual, is on par with Shell and superior to Caltex and/or United fuel. This particular petrol station is easy to enter due to the herringbone style pump arrangement but can be hard to leave as the traffic on Williams Rd and Malvern Rd can be heavy.

Competitive prices for the area, however pump 8 is not accurate. For 12 years when I fill (always the same way) I only take 55lts (56max!) But this pump was 58ltrs. What I save on the 4cpl I have to pay the $2.07 on the 3 extra litres!
