I went here to get petrol yesterday afternoon and was unable to pay for my petrol using ghe Google Pay app on my phone. I tried numerous times but their machine could not process the transaction. I then had to go to my car to get my physical card which the machine was able to recognise for the google pay transfer to go through. Throughout this the heavier set staff member was extremely rude and condesending, rather then apologise for the machine not working as it should he treated me like I had no money in my account and was deliberately trying to leave without paying for my petrol. When I suggested to him to get the machine fixed so as not to waste my time he responded that I should get my phone fixed despite me being able to use my Google Pay app at every other location in Melbourne. For someone employed in a customer service role he displayed very poor customer service skills and did not offer an apology for a piece of machinery not functioning as it should through no fault of my own. I would suggest management review the incident and the staff member in question so this does not occur again.

I went to wash the car and I was verbally assaulted in an absurd way by a man, I think he is the owner and he yell me I should not have entered to wash the car saying that he had put cones. there were cones on either side of the driveway that did not indicate that the wash was closed, in fact, there were no signs. this man came out and came towards me in a dangerous way, insulting me and sending me to f ... off, I replied that he was rude and that the signs were not there but he became very aggressive that I was afraid. This person is dangerous to the community approaching the petrol station. I have decided to report this man for violence and verbal abuse.

I’ve never had an issue with the car wash or anything else at this BP. But took a detour to get my car washed this morning. Arrived and multiple cones were up blocking the entrance to the car wash. ☹️ I gave 4 stars because, you would think that in the year 2022 BP would have some technological way to communicate and notify its customers of the unavailability of the service they advertise for at this particular BP station. Especially when petrol is so $$$. Some sort of notification or communication would have saved me the detour and wasted fuel. #nothappy

I am so angry with this service station! Apparently, my local 24 hour petrol had decided to close and refuse to serve any customers between 11 and 2am. As they are 'polishing' there floors. Funny, as all i could see was a man mopping the floot with dirty water. THAT IS NOT POLISHING. nor is it a reason to be closed for 3 hours

Terrible car wash!! Over priced, I paid for the $15 basic wash which said it included shampoo which it didn’t. It was just water sprayed on my car and the rubber things brushing it off - rip off! Shame it’s the only drive through car wash in the area ☹️ don’t go here lol

this place should be heritage listed.. a single lukewarm pie was festering. i needed it though because no one feeds me. tastes about 9 years old. i can feel the food poisoning in my eyes already.. true salmonella enthusiasts hotspot. i love dying.

Car wash is only on maybe 1 out of every 8 times I have gone with the same lame excuse “not working today”, seems the staff are too lazy to have it on or if it is actually broken this often then some much needed major repairs need to be done.

The manager Bobby is very helpful. It is one of the best fuel stations that I have been to. The customer service is great and I it’s is just amazing how nicely they treat everyone who enters. Great experience

Car wash never works. They refuse to honour a ticket even though it was impossible for me to wash the car because their drive through car wash was broken. Bobby the manager was not helpful at all

Despite being listed as one of the available petrol stations to pay toll invoices, it seems this is not available here. They were neither helpful nor apologetic.

Bad customer service From last 6 months toilet of this place is out of order. Dont know how much more time they gonna take to fix this.

Could make less effort to serve people. Hopefully I can give one star next time when I have no other motor spirit purveyor options

Fraud, and nothing but stupid reasons to sell expensive car wash to make more money and always the most expensive fuel price .

Great service station, all what you need while on the road from petrol to shopping. They've got it all. Good staff too.
