I had a terrible experience dealing the collection centre officer at BP Melton for the DHL. I had to go through such a frustrating and stressful experience while collecting the parcel from this officer at BP. As per DHL website, I went to collect the parcel with an authority letter from reciever and my driver's licence (with same address as receiver) , but the lady officer blatantly refused to handover the parcel to me citing that BP policies are different than DHL and that I have to produce the photo ID of the receiver in order to pickup the parcel. After specially taking the time to bring the authority letter and driving 15 minutes to the BP Melton collection centre , this is what I was rudely told And when I reiterated again and again and showed her the DHL policy from the official website, she wouldn't budge. The situation got so intense that as a customer I didn't receive a single ounce of respect for my time and no consideration was given to the DHL official policy. Such confrontation was deeply stressing and made me panicky. Her whole point was not official policy and her stand was extremely awful. I want to report this incident so that DHL could communicate this incident to BP administration and management. And so that staff is educated further in terms of following DHL parcel collection policy. All in all, it was an extremely tiring and frustrating experience.

Absolutely shocking with petrol prices BP Melton!! Very excessive! I’m a local and everyday I drive-by and your petrol prices are always the most expensive. Anywhere between 15c to 50c MORE than all the surrounding suburbs! And this is EVERYDAY folks! I always avoid going here because of this reason. Instead I drive to Sunbury or Bacchus Marsh or other suburbs to fuel up. And I know others do the same. What a shame and rip-off yous are

The female staff are always extremely friendly! Unfortunately tonight I was served by a male who gave me a death glare as I walked in. When someone asks you how your nights been the polite thing to do is at least say it back. As I walked out I told him to have a great night! Not a word from him. Idk how hard it is to be polite but apparently very difficult for this dude.

This servo has friendly, prompt attendants who are kind, courteous, and attentive. Every time I go in, staff have bright welcoming smiles, pleasant voices, and ask how I am. When I need to locate a receipt for work expense, the manager found it on their system when it was a month old. And not a bad cuppa as well!

rented a trailer. it was poorly maintained, had to use it as i had booked and paid well in advanced, and there was no other one available. i have sent a complaint directly to trailer company to have it fixed and roadworthy, as it is not currently serviceable. Trailer was good to tow but so many issues

Highly recommend this bp they go above and beyond to help a customer. I highly recommend you get your petrol here you will not get better customer service at another Melton service station. Thankyou bp who helped me out and gave excellent customer service. You deserve more than 5 stars.

The night shift man who was on tonight was lovely and very understanding after disgusting treatment at a different bp. He we my out of his way to be kind and helpful even though it could have backfired on him had I been unhonest.

Staff are great and the store is never busy...that could be because the petrol prices are always so hight that no one goes there. There is sometimes some good in store deals on snacks and drinks.

Nice BP station at cnr of high Street and station road in Melton. Usually come here to collect or send parcels from merchants like eBay. Recently refurbished and great look. Friendly staff.

Rented a trailer and the lady was very helpful in explaining everything I had to do and provided a longer plug for the trailer lights with no fuss. Very efficient and friendly process.
