On Saturday while paying for petrol on my motorbike, I somehow misplaced my phone / wallet. It contained a Samsung 8 plus, three bank cards and my drivers license. I rode back to speak with the attendant who politely told me to come back Monday and speak with the manager. I did do that and the manager wouldn’t come and speak to me. He asked his attendant to take my details as he is to busy and he would call me back. He didn’t even look at me nor does he know the vechile I fueled up. Very poor service considering what I lost, I expected more. I drive past daily and this poor attitude to local community has lost my custom.

This BP service station is the only one on a country road between Tullamarine and Sunbury. After filling up on a cold late night, buying food and a hot drink, I asked to use the toilet and was flabbergasted when the attended informed me "toilets were for staff only" There are no toilets available for paying customers. Conclusion: If it's late and you have a full bladder and a empty tank and you happen to drive by the BP service station in Bulla and you notice the shared Hungary Jack's burger store closed. Keep driving with your full bladder.

Bought $125 worth of petrol, milk, newspaper & bag of lollies. Then asked the attendant if they had a public toilet for my toddler and wife who’s 35 weeks pregnant. The response was “no”. My advice is to give the place a miss if you possibly can.

Fuel is generally cheaper than most and staff are always nice but rang to find the current price of diesel and was told you have to Google it because they aren’t allowed to tell you over the phone ??? !!! …

Just filled at up this station and and I cannot believe the rudeness of the the women working there (Rhonda) plan rude f***k that has no idea About customer service.

They run out of diesel to often im sick of having to go out of my way to get fuel i have stopped getting fuel there

It's a petrol station. Prices for fuel are cheaper than most others. Staff friendly.

Inconvenience at night time, cannot access store pay only through window counter.
