TERRIBLE! First, it was pouring rain out and when you come into the building there are no mats near the entrance.. however I did see some really gross, ripped and mashed up cardboard thrown down near another entrance. There was no one to help with ordering tickets from the kiosk. The line to purchase tickets from an agent was so long and there was very confusing signage that stated the line was for premier customers only. Once we got our tickets and went upstairs to get snacks, the entire lobby area was completely filthy. Trash and popcorn all over the floor. 2 employees standing around joking with each other and not cleaning. There were 3 very slow moving employees operating the snack bar with absolutely no sense of urgency. There was only 1 person in front of us and we waited over 10 minutes to be served. The counter itself was messy and dirty, napkins scattered on the counter, not even a box. The popcorn had no cover and was exposed to the open air. Popcorn everywhere. The hotdogs were also exposed to the open air, no covering whatsoever. I purchased popcorn and a soda.. we wanted other items but I am not exaggerating when I say we feared that there was unsanitary handling of the food. When we went to get our drinks the floor was sticky and wet, the ice machine portion didn’t work and the slushie counter was filthy... NO ONE WAS CLEANING ANYTHING! Butter counter for popcorn was also really filthy and covered in trash. We purchased our tickets shortly before the movie started so we unfortunately had to sit in the front row but it was so close and below the screen it was extremely difficult to see even with leaning your chair all the way back. I don’t understand why any seat should be that close to a movie screen. After the movie, I tried to go to the bathroom but it was closed so I had to go to the other side of the theater.. the bathroom smelled like pure waste and again, was completely filthy. Upon leaving, we were in shock of how long the snack line had gotten and noticed that the same amount of people from earlier were working. 3 people ringing up and making snacks for like 50 people waiting in line. I’ve been to your other theaters such as ones in Manhattan and had to let you know. It was really disappointing especially since not only did we want to really enjoy the movie but with 2 tickets and 1 order of popcorn and soda and we spent $45 + tax! I’m really disappointed. Hopefully you guys can improve this location, though I definitely will never been going back.
We took an Uber and got there at 12:30pm to see the 12:45 showing of the movie you see in the pics. We chose this place because of the reclining seats. The line was long, so we used 1 of the 3 ticket kiosk in the lobby to get our tickets. The show was almost sold out. There were a few seats in the very front row only. The kiosk was fairly easy to use. We got upstairs and there was one customer in the reg line, two in the premier line for the concession counter and only one cashier. More and more people showed up in both lines which warranted another cashier. Three premiere customers were called before another cashier showed up and she calls a premiere customer too. They finally get to the regular line, to the young lady in front us and then to us. Turns out I had a premiere account and was in the wrong line. We walk into the theater as the trailers were running on the screen. Someone was in one of our seats. We sat, reclined and enjoyed the movie. My recliner wasn't working properly but it was okay. FYI: The food and drinks are overpriced at the theater. Next time I will head to Burger King around the corner and get me a full meal for $6. I am frugal for the most part. The flatbread pizza, large drink was 15.99 but Cass enjoyed it. You can get a whole pie and a two liter for that price. I got me a $5 popcorn and soda combo. They didn't have the size bag for my order so they downsized my popcorn instead of giving me an upgrade.
Previously left bad review after my last time here. But this weekend the crew supervisor Chris was extremely helpful and professional. We were having a few issues during our visit to see John wick 4. First we couldn’t get any sauce or napkins because the station was empty and he was nice enough to offer to bring all the sauces and napkins to our seat. Then we get into the theater and there were teenagers sitting in our seats. When Chris arrived to deliver the sauces and napkins we informed him of the teens sitting in our seats and he was able to remove them from the theater because they didn’t have tickets for that movie! And then the seats weren’t reclining. He lifted up the seat and fixed it in less than a minute and did it all in the dark! Despite these issues, in the end my wife and I were extremely happy with the service we received. Everything was handled extremely fast and he even told us a few jokes that made us laugh. He helped change my perspective about this location after I had lost all faith in it. Thank you!
Movies love them! The workers love them! The quality of the movie screens love them! It’s super spacious, and the wait time is on point. They move very quickly which I appreciate about this AMC theater . They have the most comfortable seating, and you can even put in a reservation for your seat . Now the Food is awfully terrible. I hate to say it and hate to break it. But I would never want to ever order food here again. The mozzarella sticks were so hard honestly they tasted like pieces of hard tools. The mozzarella sticks were so hard and burnt I couldn’t taste anything or the cheese. The breaded part tasted like capt’n crunch or if in better comparison burnt toast. I was so hungry that night because I skipped a meal to go the movies and I luckily thought I ordered on the side some nuggets but no the nuggets were as hard. the food at this movie theater is not worth it. Movie theater food is too expensive and you don’t want to pay double by having a stomach ache afterwards.
I have been going to this AMC Bay plaza Cinema 13 movie theater for so many years and they have improved they usually always have great selection of movie's The workers are usually sometimes friendly but there are times they act very rude The manager of this AMC movie theater needs to fix that another problem I have is the recliner seats the top of the back seat doesn't have your head positioned straight It will eventually discomfort when your head is slanted slightly forward while the rest of your body is sitting straight which has happened to me a few times watching two or three hour movies It can cause neck pain other than that I like how movie watchers in this movie theater are usually very respectful and quiet They don't make unnecessary noise I will definitely come back here again and watch transformers rise of the beast there is one thing I wish they had was 3D movies That is a must So if the manager is reading this you must add 3D IMAX That's all I can say for now.
Went to see a movie with my family. I tried to purchase a paw patrol bucket set with a toy for my son. Before handing in the money, I kindly asked if I can change the pink toy for the blue toy. I did not even touch the items on the counter. Vanessa asked a dark skin lady with a wrap on her head if they have more boy toys. She said “you get what you get” & shrugged her shoulders & walked away. I asked to speak to the manager. A light skin curly orange hair woman spoke to me & said she was right. I asked her, “are you telling me I can not purchase what I want” ? & I see them on the counter already set up. The lady after me received a boy toy.I am a paying customer. Why would I want to pay $20 for a girl toy & I have a son. Vanessa made the moment right switching out the toy after I asked like five times. I asked for everyone’s names . The managers are friends with the employees & it shows. This is not a way to handle a paying customer. Very unprofessional.
So first and foremost , don't go here on T mobile $5 Tuesdays. My first time and last. Definitely not doing that again. Crowd just gets up way too much and talking like they in their living room. If you want to commentate then stay home please. The recliners don't go up like the Regal Theatres , its like a calf lifter at the least. My chair wasn't working so I figured I would touch it out being that the theatre was full. I go to see the Manager Kayla and she told me that they don't compensate for that situation that I should have gone and told them to see if it needed to be plugged in. Really??? I don't know when and where she was trained because being in the Hospitality industry myself, its all about satisfying your Customers experience. Her attitude was very dismissive and was not a good experience. Employees like this are what make people never want to go back. She should be retrained asap.
I really would like to know how this place has 4 stars . What is the purpose of buying my tickets on line if they can't be scanned . (That's right I went to the bay plaza website and ordered my tickets on the site but since fandango was on its considered a third party vendor ) why have a third party site if the tickets can't be scanned i missed the previews and 5 mins of the start of the movie . Whyyyy because I had to wait on line and that took 10 mins next I had to wait on the popcorn line and that took 15 mins . That is crazy . Next but not least my seats did not fully recline and it was the worse feeling in the world . I should have went to whiteplains . Atleast I wouldn't have to worry about having to stay on line its clean and service is excellent . My bad for going to the bronx as always disappointment . The only person who gave good service was the cleaning guy smfh!!!!!
I payed almost 19 bucks for a ticket, also a monthly AMC stubs subscription just to enjoy the percs bc I feel it's worth it, only to be met with people throwing food and running around like animals, I walk up to the security guard to express to him how potentially dangerous this behavior can be, not only did he not even want to hear me and started to walk away but also asked me "what do I want me to do" buddy you are the one wearing the security guard outfit with a radio I suppose if anyone there is supposed to maintain some type of order is you and while people are coming in and out with out movie tickets he's there sleeping on the job. Wow I am shocked man, I'm definitely upgrading this complaint to the board and corporate!
I always had a decent experience when I come to this theatre. The other day, I went with my 12 year old daughter to see Little Mermaid a 7:00pm showing. We arrived at 6:55pm and ordered our food… (popcorn, tenders, pretzel bites and a soda). It took over an hour to receive our food and we about a hour of the movie. We received our food at 8:34pm. We weren’t the only ones waiting on our food and missed out. Never saw so many frustrated people and upset kids in a movie theatre/hall. Moreover, when I left the theater, I realized they charged me for two adult tickets after I ask for a child ticket and an adult ticket. Word of advice…Please check your tickets/ receipts and get there an hour before the movie starts!
There should be better discounts for seniors throughout the week especially on Tuesdays. Taking $ 1.00 off is nothing and most seniors do not have an abundance of money and we are barely making it , especailly since the plandemic. I understand that all costs went up , but there is a large difference between charging $ 5.00 on Tuesday to $ 10.00 or $ 11.00 , which doesn't make any sense at all. It would have been more reasonable had it been $7, at the absolute most $$8.00 . Please forward this to corporate because we are quite aware that this AMC location propbably can't make a big difference. Sincerely, A very concerned senior citizen BW Sampson
I went to AMC Theater at Bay Plaza to go see a 9:30pm movie. I was shocked how dirty and disgusting the inside of the theater looked. I’m assuming they don’t have a janitor that has the night shift because the place was filthy. Even worse there was no toilet paper in the restroom. I usually go to this theater during the afternoon and I must say the guy that cleans the theater during the early shift does an awesome job at maintaining the theater. I usually enjoy going to this movie theater. Im disappointed in whoever is supervising. They need to do a better job. Besides how filthy the theater looked. The staff is nice and friendly.
On Thursday May 4th I attended the 8pm showing of Guardians of the Galaxy at AMC Bay Plaza. It was a great experience until the fire alarm went off just as the movie was reaching its conclusion. We were instructed to leave the premises and that we would be issued a refund or comp tickets. Since then I've made several attempts to contact the theater to enquire about these refund/comp tickets. No one picks up and there are no means to leave a message. I would go in person but I was visiting from out of town and don't have the time to return. Fandango doesn't refund tickets after the movie is shown. How do I rectify this ordeal?
It is a great experience during the weekday: Monday - Thursday. Starting the weekend Friday night- Sunday, if it is a popular movie, the clientele changes. It has an elevator. Food choices are good, such as Mac n' cheese bites, curly fries, mozzarella sticks & warm caramel popcorn. On Tuesday's is $5, if you are a member. As a member I get benefits, discounts that add up & are worth it & a faster line for purchasing. Located by Hutchinson River Pkwy. I used to book a theatre room for school trips, before Covid. Plenty of parking & security patrols. Co-op City has their own police dept.
I went to see Sounds of freedom with my girlfriend. The movie was great and eye opening. The couple next to us brought their kids. One kid was about 1year old in a child carrier which was placed on the floor blocking the walkway the other kid was 2 also sitting on the floor playing with toys. There was a lady in the back of the theater with a shopping Cart. Where are the rules? Security standing around with long bored faces. The only people working were the concession staff and the cleaners. With this type of disorganization something wrong is bound to happen soon.
Terrible experience first time I visited. NEVER AGAIN! The lobby was filthy, unorganized and understaffed. A hot mess. The two lobby attendants were obviously miserable and not friendly at all. The snack line was a blithering maze of confusion. I walked out of the show and was threatened with violence by a drunk guy who became unhinged because my knee accidently brushed his leg as I exited the aisle for a soda refill. The manager refunded my ticket after hearing eye witness reports from security and the NYPD. Not a safe area of town. Projects surrounded the theatre.
I went to see the Transformers movie I arrived extremely early waited on a long line to buy a popcorn & drink. I took my seat as it was early but I thought it was no biggie to take my seat. After twenty minutes of sitting in the dark, staff came in to clean without making any announcements that anyone sitting inside would need to leave BUT instead they of addressing me as a paying customer I was told you totally leave! Is that how you address the public? This theater is the worse the only reason I came here is because it’s close to home. Poor customer service!!
When I went to the movies, it was only one person behind the counter, and he had a line of people as he’s done with one typical customer, equal floor assistant, that I can, but he really wasn’t no help Chaos at this location to help get the customers through so they can get to the movie and enjoy themselves and then the concession stand. They rushing you to get your order within that completing your order. I had ordered some nachos and they didn’t even have no cheese is just messed up how to take your money but service is not all that well.
They suck at serving food to your seats, do not, I repeat do not buy food in advance! They will charge you a fee for delivering the food to your seats in the theater, but they never do this. The only other option is to just buy food from the counter and make the long lines. I bought food ahead of time and they first forgot and never delivered...I then went to ask them about my order and they said they'll deliver asap... then they forgot my drink! They were quick to charge but suck at delivering what you pay for!
The employees are respectful and helpful. But I wish they had more staff to deal with rowdy guests. People still staying behind, taking people’s seats in movies, and kids running up and down some movies. But, I still give the theater 5 stars. No business is perfect, but there’s a great selection of films, employees hear your concerns, and I have a good time each time I visit. If the crowds were more respectful and cleaned up after themselves, everyone would have a much more enjoyable time.
I have been coming here for like 20 years and it just keeps getting worse. Depending on what day you come, it can be a hit and miss experience. Some days they are on point and others they failed miserable. For example: came to see a movie and the lights never went off. I went to tell someone and nothing got done, so I just gave up. The cashiers are so disorganized and the bathroom didn't even have soap. This is totally a management issue. They need new management in this place.
I was surprised that they had Fast X with Spanish subtitles, which to my family was awesome to understand the movie. All theaters should offer Spanish subtitles since NYC has a huge comunidad of Spanish speaking people. The service was great, especially Vanessa, and assisted us with our snacks and beverages. The ambiance was good and clean. I have to go back in the afternoon since I opened the place at 10 am on Sunday. But overall, my family and I had a blast.
I've been coming here since I was a child (I'm 34), and they quality of service and environment is horrible. Theater is always dirty and in disarray. Not enough staff to service the amount of patrons they have. Unorganized and chaotic. I've been to many other locations in and out of New York and this is one of the worst ones. Just because it's the Bronx doesn't mean it shouldn't be kept in good condition. To management do better.
Being that this is the only Cinemax that is still left aside from the one in 161st street in The Bronx. It's decent. I usually buy the tickets online and go right in. Snacks are a little pricey, and they need a better selection. However, the seats are reclining and comfortable. They also have an option with some seats to snuggle. I personally find it an enjoyable experience to attend the movies, the old fashioned way.
We saw sonic 2 the movie theater was clean not so crowded on Tuesday evening we ordered our tickets online it was easy and fast to enter, but the food is really pricey even the popcorn and drinks we are a family of 7 people I would have spent over $60.00 so we didn't gave in to buy anything inside instead after the movie we went to Applebee's and ate a real dinner beside that we enjoyed the movie at theater.
First off let me say this young lady is amazing. My mom & I came here to see the color purple but decided to reschedule for another day . Ciara was very patient with us. She has a great attitude & was very attentive to our needs. She needs to be promoted! Great job Ciara . I even asked her to take a picture so I could give her a great review & she smiled . Thank you Ciara .
The concession stand was understaffed people waited on line for more than an hour just to get popcorn ! They say to make money you must spend money. AMC You need to Hire more staff !!! Update Saturday Dec.30,23 Good work AMC since my last visit you have Improved your theater service very much the theater was well staffed and very clean. Thank you I can't wait to come back .
Went to watch lil mermaid today and we had 4disturbing teenagers through out the movie. The manager Donavan was informed some to them left them in theater and it continued. Phones on ,non stop talking and then i was dismissed 2nd time towards end of movie. Very non professional, and refused to refund us. Terrible service terrible experience for a thirsty afternoon
The worst movie theater I have ever went to.The food took too long to get, and when the food that I purchased half of my order was not in stock so they had to give me a refund. That was after I missed the beginning of the movie. It is sad that we as black people spend money in a place that is so bad. I will give this theater a half a star and that is being nice.
Horrible the staff was so slow it took them 15 minutes to clean the auditorium floor and seats and than afterwards the trailers/ads lasted around 25 minutes so, my movie started at 12:45 and I basically had to wait for 40 minutes just for it to start all because of their slow and unprofessional management. I will never be going back to AMC theaters ever again.
Place is diiiiirrrrrrrty, and I have not seen like like they had for the concession stand in a long time. Reminded me of the DMV in the 90s. Now I know why it has a 4 star rating. Looks like poor management to me but I don’t know why the employees were moving so slow with such a long line. 30 minute wait to get popcorn, that’s impressive! In a bad way.
This is my local theater I enjoy going here because it's close by. Like any theater they offer a variety of items at concession, prices are high. I would eat before I go and order one snack. The renovation that was done made a difference. I am an AMC member, so I enjoy the perks. They do need to keep up with the maintenance and clean more often.
I’m not sure what the criteria/qualifications are to work in this establishment but they must be extremely low. The job announcement must not mention that actual work is required because this theater ALWAYS looks a hot mess. I need y’all to do better. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere (preferably the Alamo and/or iPic theaters).
The comfortable seats are the best. But the cashiers to the food bar were very unorganized and it seem like they didn't want to serve costumers they were very lazy and being slightly rude. I think professional workers are needed. Also there was popcorn everywhere But the movies theaters overrall is a good place for family friends and dates.
I been going to bayplaza movies for a very long time and they should have stepped it up by now.the seats was very uncomfortable. Place was filthy and dirty.i like my popcorn butter in layers, they just give a big bucket of popcorn and you have to butter up yourself so the but it's only on top.not enough workers.wont be going back there.
I just want to add what a great experience i had. The manager Wendy was very helpful and extremely professional. Words cannot express the professionalism that the staff had. I will recommend all my friends to come to this theater. Thank you AMC Theater at Bay Plaza for the wonderful experience. Thank you Wendy for your great service.
Today was my sons birthday, I brought him to the movie theater. The customer service was horrible the women giving the tickets were very rude for absolutely no reason so I had to ask to speak with a manager . The concession stand was dirty, and the entire place smells like vomit.I don’t recommend anyone come to this establishment.
I was a bit disappointed... the bathroom was so sticky walking in there, and at 10 am, their soda machine broken. The gentleman getting the tickets was warm and cheerful. Same after 6 months... bathroom floor sticky. The problems that place have is definitely poor management or lack of training for their staff.
Went last night to watch Mission Impossible at 6:15pm showing and the recliner wouldn't work. Theater 13 seat C5. I don't think I would visit this location again. Guest service tried to help but ended up telling me to sit in C6 but that was someone else's seat. Might cancel my A-Stub subscription after this.
This is my first time ever in this movie theater, and it was ok,nothing spectacular. I'll come here again, but during the day and not on the weekend. I hear it gets a little crazy on Friday nights and the weekends which is expected I guess. All in all, it was fine. You can go, I give you permission …
I took my class a movie. The theater was packed. We waited less than five minutes to get in. There could've been more people at the register to buy condiments ( popcorn etc). Eventually, more staff joined . They were friendly and patient. They accommodated my class. Overall, it was a good experience.
I went to see the Barbie movie for my birthday and I had a great time. The theater was clean the staff was nice except for the chicks at the concession stands. They just have an attitude for no damn reason. But other than that I enjoyed my self. The pizza and Mac n cheese bites are delicious.
This is the worst movie theaters I have been to. It's very small inside and they argue over sitting arrangements. Staff is very rude not enough staff members there as well. I don't suggest anybody comes to this theater at all …
I've been coming since it opened in 1989. They redid it to current standards. The recliner seat experience. Its unfortunate they never did get a full menu of actually junk food, like burgers and things. Not the nacho, pretzels junk food. Hey it's close. I still enjoy the experience.
I have been going to this movie theater since I was a child. Probably one of the best theaters in the Bronx. When it isn't packed as any theater, it is clean and the people who work there are are respectful. I've never had any issues but in usually a daytime movie goer.
Always a nice visit going to this movie theater. They have lots of theaters with lots of movies and you can always find a seat as long as you book the day before. It’s right by a bunch of restaurants and stores so there’s always something to do after you watch a movie.
I've been coming here for years. It has clean theaters and some not so clean bathrooms but they try to keep up with the customers. Customer service is good. But once in awhile you'll get some annoying customers while watching your movie. Not the theaters fault.
I don’t know why they have arranged the theater numbers the way they did, but I guess it would be too hard to change them now. The picture quality of the movies was ok, but the projection in one of the auditoriums seemed to really have an issue with flickering.
Stopped in for a 1:30pm showing of The Equalizer 3. Purchased tickets through the self service kiosk. Despite an R-rating, several children were present as well as a baby who cried many times throughout the film. I won't be returning to this location.
Nicely refurbished a couple years ago. Free parking in it's parking lot is nice and necessary. Usually crowded especially holidays and weekends. Nice big screens in most of the theaters. Always easier to get tickets on the app. A little less crowded.
Awesome place to watch movies yet the staff complained when it was time to do there job!! Saying why we don't watch our kids!!! They need to hire mannerism young adults!!! Or give them all a homecation!!! Stay in school to get a better job!!!
It was the first time I went there to see " that tike i got reincarnated as a slime". Although the theatre itself is small comapred to other amcs, the screens are srill as big, the seats recline back and they have couple seatings. :) They
It's nice. Movies are awesome and so is the food. The only problem is that the food prices are bit expensive, you can buy a kids combo that has popcorn fruit snacks and water/juice for 7.09, but I recommend to bring 20 dollars for snacks.
It's been a while since I've been to an AMC, but I was pleasantly surprised that the theaters have been updated to have reclining seats which has a swivel armrest that converts two seats into a love seat. 10/10 for seating and the sound
Easy process to use the app, the theater was about 7 rows and not over packed. Clean and seats functioned as expected. The quality of the movie was Lazer and audio and video we're great. First time back in a while and we enjoyed it.
Security here are so rude they harassed us while watching a movie ask my son to put the phone away because he was looking at the screen without disturbing anyone manager Ernie then kicked us out while we were not causing a scene
Terrible movie dirty, floor nasty no workers know anything. No one at Guest Services to answer any questions. Not enough workers the concession line was 45 minutes wait would not be coming back here they. need to shut down
Nice, clean & great recliners! ...but call to ensure the elevator working if you have mobility issues. ...& you go late eat before hand, they didn't seem to plan for selling hot dogs or pretzels for shows after 8pm …
The place needs serious updates. Not too clean, garbage bins were flowing over , it was still early so it shouldn't have been that way. Bathrooms are dirty too. Dim lighting..such a shame... Maybe it's seen better days.
I had a wonderful experience watching John Wick 4. Wendy the manager was very helpful and the staff was friendly and kind too. The Theater and bathroom were clean. I suggest this theater if you are in the Bronx. Peace.
Fun and clean place up watch a movie. Seats are pretty small and tight compared to what I'm used to in Long island. One issue I had was with the elevator and escalator not working. Hopefully that was a one time thing.
I like it, but the sound was not hitting right. The surround sound was not loud enough, especially for a scary movie. Next time, make sure the sound check is right. We want to feel like we are in the movie. Thank you.
It’s not terrible but it’s not great. The bathrooms are disgusting. The theater itself is uncomfortable. The area where you get your snacks and drinks isn’t always up to part and the employees sometimes can be rude.
Nice Thearte, very clean. The staff was helpful and the Chairs were comfortable recliners with plenty of leg room. Oh and that sound system was no joke. I saw Godzilla and it was very good. Yes there are subtitles.
Been going here since I was a kid. Though it has changed, it's definitely still a great place for the family and friends to enjoy a movie and hang out. Might get a little over crowded on weekends especially nights
This is a nice place to watch a movie. There are good seats that lean back, and the snacks are good, but the butter station does not have to be a disaster but still will have a great place to watch a movie.
Very limited staff in the front now so buy your tickets before you arrive, snack line is always longer than life but moves pretty quickly. Manager is great and able to resolve any issues should they arise.
I have been here a few times with my kids… comfortable… nice comfortable seating…. didn’t have to wait too long to get in….and ticket prices are not too expensive either… all-in -all, a nice experience…
The best part of this movie theater are the reclining seats. The soda meachine doesn’t mix seltzer & syrup well, the staff is rude & the food is typical movie theater food, overpriced & low quality.
Love this movie theater... Always a pleasure coming here. Reclining seats, customer service is great. Popcorn always popping lol, clean, and no wait time if you are part of the A List like me lol..
I have visited this movie theater twice. It's not the fanciest, but it plays all of the new movies and is usually not too crowded. I'll be visiting again this weekend to see Black Panther.
Listen... If you know, you know. This place has comfortable seats and they actually clean after the movies. Don't come here on weekends or after school hours and expect peace and quiet.
Enjoy this movie theater because it doesn't get too crowded. Plus, it is next door to activities for kids and restaurants. Not to mention, this movie theater has their own arcade.
I liked the theater. It has recliners sitting chairs. I bought my tickets online and I just had to show the bar code at the entrance. The atmosphere was quite what I liked.
The theater is very clean. If can go to the early shows. The reason I said go to early show, discount on the ticket and the late you go the more crowded it will become.
I really like the way the theaters are set up. The customer service in the food court were really nice. The seats are very comfortable and easily controlled by you.
I can't sit for long without having to walk a bit, but sitting in the recliner seats, I didn't even remember that I was sitting because they were so comfortable.
This AMC is a classic in co-op city / bay plaza. Seats are decent, nothing over the top but a great addition to the community. Would love to see new renovations!
Like going to the movies there. They have very comfortable seats. Concession stand food is quite expensive. Large soda and large popcorn cost almost 18 dollars
We ordered our tickets online, so going in was quick and easy. Theater was very busy on Friday night. Seats were large, and comfortable, and Plenty of parking
I love that movie theater is so comfortable and the air conditioning is very good, food is a little spensive but now a day everything is! …
I like early movies cause they are empty tell me why my movie start at 11 am movie but I wasn’t let into the theater till 11:45 since they weren’t open
Surprisingly large space and easily navigable theater. Smaller auditoriums are nice, all clean, staff is friendly. Good variety of film selections.
I always have a good time when I come here. Bathrooms needed some cleaning this time. They were kinda disgusting. Probably cuz it was late night.
My go to place when I want to see a movie. You've got to love the reclining chairs and free popcorn upgrades with the premiere membership.
Very comfortable, clean and staff very very helpful I felt like in Lincon Center Cinema . Kuddos to management keep up with the good work
AMC Cinema 13 is small, but cozy. Even when it's sold out, you can sit next to someone without discomfort because the chairs are large .
The theater seats were extremely dirty and we had someone in our seats initially. However, it is conveniently located in co-op city.
I went there for the Flash and loved it! Ordered a different meal then before. The soda I've picked was Cherry Vanilla Diet Coke.
Clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Just wish you didn't hear the theater next door or people outside the doors talking
Loved it. Comfortable reclining seats, spacious with ample leg room. Service is slow at the concession stand. 15-20 minute wait
Love the reclining seats E-Z parking but I missed the first few minutes of the movie because the concession line was ridiculous
We went to the amc in Manhattan and never again so small, I love this AMC the seats are comfortable so much space love it.
I love this Theaters but one thing that I don’t like is how sometimes it tricked me into thinking the movie starting
Place is ok....I like that it has recliner seats, but the place always seems to be a mess, especially the bathrooms.
Theater wasn’t very clean but my show was in the evening so I’m sure that was the customers before our show
I took my son here for his birthday. It was nice experience only problem I had was the bathroom was nasty.
The average theater, recliners are very comfortable, but they don't always clean properly after a movie.
Bathrooms need to be cleaned better. But at least the workers are helpful with the New Kiosk machines.
Horrible customer service. The food court was hectic, confusing and the "food" was horrible
