Truly truly lost for words at what I experienced at this theater … I went with my bf to see the Barbie movie that was showing at 10:50pm on 8/27/2023. We were so excited because it was the $4 movie day and the theater is close to home. If I’d known what I was walking into I would’ve went anywhere else in the world to see this movie. Upon walking in to the theater there was popcorn and garbage all over the floors … immediate red flag! I then went to use the restroom and literally every toilet was clogged there was urine on the floors and piled up tissues thrown all over each bathroom stall. As we are walking through the theater we are noticing there’s more garbage all over the floors! The popcorn butter machine area was so filthy we hesitated putting butter on our popcorn … upon walking into the theater (12) we went to our seats and there was left over cups and garbage all over the floors … seats had holes in them and we were terrified at what we were seeing before our eyes … we tried clearing the area ourselves and finally sat down. About 10 children were in the theater screaming, cursing and literally running laps around the theater and nobody stopped them. We began feeling itchy in our seats and were extremely uncomfortable … our popcorn was extremely stale the entire experience was very unsettling. We were literally forced to leave the movie theater less than half way through the movie due to these terrible conditions. The next day my stomach was in so much pain and I am almost certain it was due to the stale popcorn. I cannot express the extreme disappointment this movie theater has caused me. I can confidently say this movie theater will never see us again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am new to the neighborhood and I wish I’d known about the conditions of this movie theater beforehand. Hope this review is helpful to some.

Located downtown Jamaica in the infamous neighborhood many Queens natives grew up in and many outsiders visited for several reasons. Right now this area is transforming with a much much need upgrading. This movie theater was built and has been a blessing to the neighborhood. Parking may be the hardest part but there is a parking lot below, the entrance is around the corner. Its not free, but at least you don't have to worry about your vehicle being towed, and it's cheaper than a ticket. Take your receipt upstairs and have it validated after your movie and save some money on your parking garage costs. There's an elevator in the garage to bring you up to the theater. E, J, F, and LIRR are accessible trains to theater as well as a host of MTA buses. Theater has a lot of showings, and theaters are also available for private showings, which Industry Unlocked did just recently for their movie "Divided We Fall", Prey Before You Eat, III. There's video games to enjoy, and there are several concession stands. Like all theaters, the food is overpriced sadly. One day they'll figure out that's why so many people stay home and watch movies online. You have to remember there's still a lot of people in this world who have to make a decision to take their family of 4 to a movie and cough up nearly $200 to view 1 movie and eat snacks, vs staying home and cooking a meal and having dessert and snacks. It's very costly. Overall this theater is nice enough to enjoy a show. Staff is nice.

Cons: Ridiculously expensive. Seats are too small and don't recline. Not too much space between rows of seats (of course, because seats do not recline). Purchased an order of nachos and were inedible from all the salt they had, the Lemonade drink is awful, the hotdog that came with the combo was a joke, more like half of a hotdog sold as a whole one , no Mayo for the hotdog, only ketchup and mustard Pros: They provide the ease of ordering your tickets and food online ahead of time, with no "processing fee" charge, some combos come with "free" candy, the theater is clean, as well as the bathrooms, gaming area to spend your money while you wait for your movie , good location (ease of transportation wise), perhaps the reason why it's so expensive. 3 stars overall, 4 stars, because of the personnel.

First the good thing. Theater isn't crawdad, can always find seats in every movies showing here. The bad, services isn't as good as any theaters I been to in the whole state of NY. The young man at the ticket window not very willing to help. Facility is huge, I am not sure how they can operate profitably. Seats are the least comfortable. Been to a few auditoriums and all had hard stiff seat that doesn't reclaim nor have foot rest compare to others in Queens. The audio system are not working properly, not balanced, not tuned. High pitch throughout one of the movie, another left and right not balanced. Just not pleasant at all. Corporate doesn't respond to customer either, can't get a manager. I buy hundreds of tickets a years four our movie group this is the worse.

I normally come here with family to enjoy movies and concessions. They share a variety of concessions, such as Nathan's Hotdogs nachos with chesse and salsa, popcorn, including a premium size. With a variety of candy including sour patch and cookie dough bites. You will have a pleasant time as the theater is a great environment and the guests are always happy and wishing to have a great time. Good for couples as well :)

The security guard was on his phone in the elevator he did not see who's coming into elevator and who's coming out also the check in person didn't even smile just checked the pass and told her where to go. Need serious improvement with customer service also the theater should provide free parking for customers it makes them want to come back!! Think about it!

To start off the movie theatre was dirty, floors was sticky and the seats were dirty. We sat in the theater for over 45 minutes with the lights on and had to go ask somebody to turn the lights off. Requested a refund and was giving two tickets to return when we stated we wanted a refund and didn't want to come back here.

This Theatre is fine I alavés went here as a child and they had cool games after the movie was finally done.But I don’t like how the seats of the movie theater are dirty but I respect that there are low staff working there.But overall I love this place keep it up Multiplex Cinemas. If they could just get that entrance cleared. The loitering is just too much sometimes. Outside of that, some decent selections, clean environment, pleasant staff, tasty range of snacks. And if you're subscribed to their loyalty programs, you're always up for some discount or another.

Updating my review: Okayish experience,Went couple of weeks back and the staff are cleaning the trash when the movie almost started. We need to get out of our seats and give space for them to get the seating area cleaned. Good for Everything: Prabhas movies are always watched here.

Went to watch tiger 3 Hindi movie. Auditorium 14. The entire time theater screen was dark and blury. The sound was so bad. The songs was playing only music but voice. I complained in the middle but nothing changed.

Bought tickets to watch a movie at 9:30 pm on Friday night. This movie theater was closed. No refund allowed. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this location at all costs. Also - you’ll never find parking here.

Great place to enjoy with friends and family. But on the gate you will smell weed all the time. The screen is good nice sound. Expensive food as usual like any other movie theater. Tuesday is less pricey. :)

Worst movie theater I ever seen. Very dirty . Inside theater and in bathroom smelling frm outside . You go in there you will. Throw. I feel so yak . Not bad. It’s very bad experience in Jamieca theater.

Nice lobby, good sound and picture, no stadium seating. The seats were a disappointment. The movie was The Marvels, funny, though a little too much reality meanness.

Yo ...we saw AQUAMAN ... great experience felt like 5DX acurally was swimming with aquaman and aqua family it got deep .... our popcorn got wet

I have been here a few times, the facility can do with alittle brightening up. Nevertheless, still a great please to watch the latest movies.

so far so good but the seats needs to be cleaned because it was stinky otherwise it was a good experience.
