I always loved Regal Kaufman Astoria. It was conveniently located for me and had everything was needed. Unfortunately, things changed post pandemic. Even though the movie was great the experience that surrounds your movie selection wasn't as great as it used to be. Tickets at the office weren't an option because no one was working there, what isn't the end of the world cause you can use the kiosk or an app, but I saw people looking for service there, specially older customers. Arcade machines for kids and not-so- younger-always-a-kid where available but all card reloading machines where out of service. Don't mention prices seemed a little high for games. Popcorn and soda were expensive. Maybe I forgot during the pandemic that they were expensive before, but card only option for payment was annoying. No place to sit while you wait was another layer of discomfort. So it was the lack of A.C. while watching the 'main presentation '. The old custom of waiting for the room to be cleaned wasn't anymore, we had to clean up popcorn out of the seats ourselves and by that I mean kicking it to the floor... All in all lack or shortness of staff. I hope it changes because I love the place and I wish that movie theaters survive. Everyone please keep supporting them, but maybe your experience won't be what you were used to.

I've been going to this theater for YEARS - I'm talking 90s-kid-growing-up-in-Astoria years; and it may just be the audience evolving (or de-volving, based on this review), but I swear they now need better protocols in place for bad movie guests. I'm surprised they even have a 4.4 star rating as of my review! The past few times I've visited this theater, there have been absolutely horrible teens, kids - and even adults - who have been ruining my watch experiences. It's now brought me to the point of needing to plug my internet-voice review in order to tell others to beware! It might just be bad movie luck on my end, but it's happened a littttle too often for my taste. And for $17+ for a ticket? PLUS, the overpriced concessions? There needs to be more structure in line to ensure THE best experience possible. I'm sure the workers are doing their best for their pay-grade, but YOU, Regal, need to step it up. Make the movies a fun and non-anxiety inducing experience again!

They are not organized. There's a lot of chaos going on at the same time, the people there are so rude. The people who actually buy tickets there and are seated do not know how to be quiet or eat quietly. It's very uncomfortable for others who want to watch the movie. Also, before the movie even starts there's like about a 1/2 an hour to 40 minutes of commercials, so the movie doesn't start for at least 45 minutes later than it's suppose to. I was very disappointed, which made me walk out only 15 minutes into the movie!! That's how loud the people that were sitting in the theater were. Staff didn't say anything to anybody. Nobody walking around reprimanding them at all. This place needs to be run under new management. I will not return until things are run more organized. I wouldn't recommend Ķauffman movie theater to anyone!!

We went here the other day and there was some kind of stain on one of our seats. We moved seats but then had to move again to the other side of the theater because some kids were being loud and obnoxious a few rows behind us and their parents didn't seem to care much. After we moved, we could still hear them on the other side of the theater and someone sitting closer to them finally told them that they should leave if they can't be quiet (which they did after 3/4 of the movie). There was also a couple of people in the back row that were talking throughout the movie after we switched seats to the other side. Pretty terrible movie theater experience and stuff like this seems to happen regularly at this theater. We'll either go somewhere else or just watch at home from now on

Great big theater with lots of well located concession stands. The theaters are clean along with the bathrooms. They have a parking lot attached to the theater and wheel chair accesabilty. Besides I got my ticket for only $8.50 because I had a meal at the Applebees down the block. Movie and dinner for $20.50 in NYC .... You can't beat it with a stick. However, to be completely honest you can smell the carpet when you enter the theatre. It needs to be cleaned throughout or replaced. Also, in the Regal Union Square they have seating Why Hasn't This Regal Replaced the pre-covid Seating?? I am handicapped and walk for what feels like miles. I'm going to have to stop coming here if the seating isn't put back. A clean carpet would b nice too.

I have Regal Unlimited and have been seeing movies here at least once a week for the past 4 months. As of November 2023, this Regal location has BED BUGS. I left the movies this week feeling itchy, and the next day I had several bites on my back and arms. My friend who also lives in Astoria had a similar experience, and left with several bites. There’s an entire reddit thread about this location having bed bugs as of this month if you’re doubtful. I spoke to a manager and let him know that I think they have beg bugs. I asked what the protocol is for something like this and if he can escalate the problem. He said he doesn’t know. They need to fix this ASAP. Until then, don’t go to this location!

Bought tickets in advance to see Ultraman. It was a two day limited release, this being the second day. We were excited to see this movie. It was a nice to surprise it even got an American release. The auditorium chosen for this movie featured a damaged screen, causing a third of the screen to show a blurry picture. For $20 each, there was no way we were going to sit through that. Management gave me a refund (duh) but offered nothing else, despite ruining our only opportunity to see this movie on a proper cinema screen, as it was far too late to find a different theater. The film only had two showings over two days. What a colossal embarrassment. You're a movie theater. You had ONE job.

The theater is a leisurely 6 min walk from the nearest train stop, and if you're driving, I noticed a convenient parking garage attached to the building. A little deceptive from the outside, after getting my tickets and walking into the lobby, I was met with a great spacious lobby. Lit well, and signs clearly spaced, the wide lobby had a path where I trekked my way to my theater. I passed up the popcorn because it looked like it had been sitting awhile, but the drinks were what I expected. The quality of my movie was great. Amazing sound and no glitches in the projection. If you want to avoid and Manhattan craziness, consider this an opportunity for a night out at the movies.

I really was impressed with this theater when I walked through the entrance of the theater. Very nice clean and spacious inside, lots of staff and lines moved right along. Huge concession stand and lots of gaming areas for children to play. The only downside to this theater was the size of the screen inside the theater rooms. Very. VEry very disappointed, I felt like I was home with how small those screens were, and we had to reserve seats to top it off. Oh hell no just Didnt sent make any sense to me. Over all we enjoyed our movie and probably won't be back just because of the screen size. Lol Xoxo Happy Screening.

  • Valeriia Makushkina

If I could to put -1 star I would do that. The security guy who was checking our bags today was thinking his a god. He was screaming on my friend, he asked me to go and took my trash from the female restroom garbage. We took beer with us, and they asked me to throw it in the garbage, after I did it he asked us proof that thing. When we asked to talk with manager, he said “How you want to talk with someone if you don’t want listen me” (We was muted) And after he said “Get out my face” This is terrible experience, I just was crying because man who don’t know me just tried to mock me.

  • Hilton Webb

As usual another fun visit. Saw three movies back to back to back and enjoyed them all. I'm grateful that the staff here is so dilgent about sanitizing the theatre and common areas.

Great to keep in the neighborhood. Especially love half off tickets on Tuesday as well as their points/reward system. Everything is easily redeemable in the app. The bad is that they have gotten rid of ticket takers so if you walk in with a reduced priced ticket and you need to upgrade it... you can't. We purchase through the app beforehand but many will be put off having to purchase tickets through the kiosk. The concession foods are limited and have been. Even with the complaints I love the location with ease of parking. Not looking forward to the new development.

Regal UA Kaufman Astoria is a fantastic theater! It's clear that they prioritize cleanliness, creating a pleasant environment for moviegoers. The staff members are friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience. The theater's dedication to maintaining a clean and inviting space enhances the enjoyment of watching films. If you're looking for a great movie-watching experience with friendly staff and a clean setting, this is the place to go. I've had wonderful visits there, and I highly recommend it to others!

  • Rifat

Seats were very uncomfortable, said it had recliner seats but really wasn’t. Felt itchy during the whole movie only to find out that there were bumps on my arm from either dust mites or bedbugs… Literally saw a homeless man somehow get a ticket and go into a theatre. No wonder it smelled so bad in the theatre. Stench would not come out of my clothes. Staff was very nice however. Wish they’d either throw a smoke bomb to get off any bugs. Watch your movie elsewhere. Not this location tho.

  • T Hamilton

Very pleasantly surprised. Visiting friends in LIC on a rainy day so we went to the movies. This place is quite large and am told it can get very busy on weekends and evenings. We went late afternoon, which is why pics show light traffic. Same Regal fare for food /drinks. Has a cute waiting area, complete with a few gaming sections for kids (of all ages). Very friendly staff. Our theater didn't have recliners but we're very comfortable, clean and new-ish. Would definitely recommend.

  • Linda Figliola

First time there. Was surprised at how huge the place was. Relatively clean, although the seats could use a shampoo. Also, no one was around by the theaters to monitor or help you. Maybe I'm living in the past but at today's prices, I would have expected some guidance by staff, at least a quick look to see if all was ok. Felt vulnerable in the dark theater. Theaters should try harder these days what with movies going streaming quickly. I'll wait for that before going out again.

  • Christina Alevreas

Personally, I am not a fan of this theater. The staff here are great, they are not the problem. Its the design of the theater. The seats are so unbelievably uncomfortable and small. They are made of cloth and do not recline. They are very closely put together so there is no arm space between you and the person beside you. The prices for the popcorn, food and beverages are somewhat outrageous. They also do not sell any combos so if you come here, be prepared to spend a buck.

  • Ertuğrul SESİGÜZEL

I went there yesterday. I’m not suggesting to anyone. Unprofessional workers, dirty place and low quality arcade. Also snacks prices expensive than all great cinemas. Even more than manhattan. I’m not suggesting to anyone. Also i buy game card for 20$ and it is not working because they have problem on their arcade machine. I told to employees and they sending to manager. She saying we can not do anything about it. She didn’t help us at all. So I’m feeling i got robbed.

My brother and I have been going to this theater for a few years and it's our favorite. A month ago we became "Regal Unlimited" members and are enjoying the perks of seeing any movie, anytime. The last 2 we upgraded to the RPX showings of Indy and Mission Impossible for only a $5 fee ! The stadium seats are comfortable and the free popcorn and soda using my regal points are a nice plus. We plan on seeing many more films for the summer and months to come.

  • Manny

Update 10/2023 - just saw Exorcist 50th Anniversary on auditorium 14 screen and the screen is a bit dirty. The left side has this large stripe of stain/dirt that really needs cleaning. At various times during screening it is noticeable and it definitely was NOT the film. Great movie theater with multiple screens, top notch sound quality and comfortable seats. Clean theater and free parking on the roof.

  • Zakia Smith

I normally love this theater but today really bothered me. I spent more than $25 on a single ticket and 90% of the film was out of sync. They either played the wrong file or the wrong audio. Disappointing. I won't go to an RPX movie again here. I haven't seen that issue with the regular theater, but when it's a boom/smash/blast kind of blockbuster kind of movie you want to see it in RPX or IMAX.

  • HL Lai

I recently watched John Wick 4 at Regal Cinema and it was a great movie experience! The theater was comfortable and well-maintained, and the sound and picture quality were top-notch. One thing I appreciated was the free parking, which made the trip hassle-free. Overall, I had a great time at Regal Cinema and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality movie-going experience.

  • Edwin Cadiz

This is my last time at regal theater any theater they overcharge.. we bought our tickets online to pay the $10 fee and we'll get to regal they charges another $1.50 for our seat ticket so what's the what's going on here I don't buy no popcorn no soda no nothing I'm boycotting regal and the rest of my tickets I want to sell them or just rip them up no more regals boycott regal.

  • Kevin Skinner

Pretty much the only movie theater I go to now. Mondays are quiet and perfect for a peaceful time, but I'm sure weekends are busy if you want that experience, too. I wish theater 3 was still a normal theater and not a premium priced one, that was my favorite screen, but oh well. The arcade games are a lot of fun if you get there too early, and the corndog nuggets are delicioso!

  • Max G. (Max)

They've definitely turned things around so far this year... it's a solid moviegoing experience with large auditoriums, great sound, and an above-average amount of open caption showtimes. Staff could be more engaged with audiences, but the managers are extremely helpful. I don't usually hold loyalty to a brand, but when it comes to movies, my money's going to Regal.

  • Yeabin Lim

The movie quality was good, but the theater felt damp and warm for a 10:50pm showing. The air was stuffy and the entire place smelled like socks. I wish the theaters had better air circulation or had the AC on. For future reference, I was in the RPX theater 2. Edit: People who walked into this theater described it as a "locker room" that needed "carpet cleaner".

  • EDDIE VAZ

I love this movie theater. It’s very clean and never had an issue at this location. There is plenty of parking on the roof. There are not large crowds and no fights breaking out during the times I’ve been there. The seats are also super comfortable as well. I recommend this theater to anyone who wants to really enjoy a movie without the inner city disturbance.

  • Mickey Dunne

Saturday night, a busy movie night and no windows open to sell tickets, a sign telling you to use kiosks. Not so easy to do for a disabled person who could use the help of a human being to buy a ticket. The company is saving money by not hiring a human being for the job, no matter how many people it inconveniences. I won’t be going to this theater anymore.

  • Robert Grant

Very nice old fashion theater. Ive seen a couple of movies here, theres always seats, never had an issue. Lines move quick and bathrooms are pretty clean. Only problem I have is I seem to be getting bit by something every time im in the theater. I don’t think its bed bugs but im not sure. Just be weary of that, maybe bring some bug spray or something.

  • Santosh Yuvi

Hall itself is nice and spacious! We went to watch Avatar and it was 3 hour long movie! Seats are not that comfortable - on top people with kids made it unbearable. Couple next to us was talking for nonstop 3 hours. They were in their own pandora. So if you are looking for something nice and relaxing environment to watch movie. This is not the place.

  • Tim Chu

Saw Avatar 2 today, theater 11. Screen was small during previews, then got even smaller for the movie to fit its wide aspect ratio. Sound was uneven, and generally too quiet at times... this is just a guess, but possibly on purpose to boost RPX screening attendance. Seat was a little tilted to the side which made me really uncomfortable over time.

  • Marsha Stanley

The movie was great, my kids really enjoyed it. Upon entrance of the building was another story. It was open and bland from the outside. The concession area was bright, had lots of employees and clean areas, and the popcorn was ok. The seats in the theatre are older seats. In general, it seemed outdated and has a lot of room for improvements.

  • Jonathan G

it was bit more pricey than I expected, in fact it's the priciest Regal theater I've been too throughout New York. They are no recliner chairs in this one unless it was a different auditorium that has them. They had no combos on top of the price being a little more on the expensive side. Had arcade games there but none were working or on.

  • J R

Definitely understaffed, chairs are uncomfortable. You guys need to update the facility and hire more people. Specifically for Sundays because there is way too much people. I couldn't even use the bathrooms because they were not being maintained.way too much trash everywhere. It's probably better on other days of the week.

  • Tisha Cabrera

Been going to this theater since I was a kid! Now at 33 I still go! I love this place for its fast service and clean theater rooms. Only wish they had a bigger arcade, and reclining seats! It gets packed in the weekend but the crowd is decent. Upstairs is a huge parking lot which makes this place all the more convenient.

  • Jacob Postma

Great theatre with friendly staff, comfortable seats with moveable armrests, a good snack selection, and most importantly, clean floors. The staff here are always on top of it and I’ve never encountered a mess of abandoned snacks or a sticky soda spill. Would definitely recommend this theatre, there’s always good seats!

  • Ham burglar

The worst garbage theater i have been too. What a disaster in terms of policies and policy enforcement. We were given wrong tickets 2 x times and had to walk all the way to front and ask to fix...twice. also girl gave our seats to us ans another guest...almost resulting in a fist fight. Terrible terrivle theater. Skip!

  • Andrew Ley

I really like this theater. Staff always kind and friendly great with kids. Place is clean and huge. Seats are old style not super comfortable but clean and screens and sound are really good. I've seen a few movies here and I like that is has parking in the roof, it fills up quick though so plan ahead. Family friendly

  • K L

Any movie theatre without reclining seats cannot get a high score. The theatre is enormous. I had to move to the third row because the screen was tiny for the depth of the theatre. The employees were friendly and the bathrooms were clean. They need reclining seats and larger screens. Overall, its a nice theatre though

  • Isaac D.

No control whatsover over minors coming into the theater. The people who work here are very kind and understanding, but the manager does nothing about kids being loud in theaters. A whole bunch of middle schooled kids entered the theater from the emergency exits and kept interrupting people from watching the movie.

  • Kahlynn Lee

worst movie theater ever. Made me and my sister very uncomfortable and where rude on top of that. An old blonde lady was very rude and disrespectful. They didn’t offer me a refund until I got my mother to walk in and speak with staff and the manager. Trust me this place is disgusting. The bathrooms are nasty to.

  • Jank Hank

I'm so used to reclining/more comfortable seats in all the rooms like in other Regals, but this one does seem to carry more limited engagement flicks compared to my local theater. That's much appreciated. There are plenty of self ticketing kiosks. Audio and visual holds up in the rooms. Plus, can't deny parking!

  • Danny Maldonado

First time at UA Kaufman Cinemas. This is your typical Regal Theater with RPX. Good comfortable seating and really good visuals and sound. Little pricy, but not unexpected. If I have to mention something negative, it will be the access via car. Is a very narrow street for the amount of people that go there.

  • Daianna McCleod

Don’t ever call there.. no one picks the up phone. Tried to call 5 times right now. It’s like no one works there. 1 question that’s all I need it answered. Had to call a regal in Manhattan to get an answer.. what is the point of having a phone “customer service” if no one picks up. Lazy!

  • Rifat Ullah

One of the best theatre, I have visited. It is not crowdy, Easy to buy tickets via online or offline. Don’t neet to wait for long queue to buy tickets, food and drinks. It's a perfect place to watch your favourite movie. I will visit this theatre again once I am in NY again.

  • Ratna Payel80

It was actually pretty good, the stuff were very nice. Place looks clean, bathrooms were not that bad. We went to see a Indian movie & it wasn’t packed so that’s great. Altho there were people shouting a lot on the back seat & it was too annoying but what can you do‍♀️

  • D D

Surprisingly roomy and not that crowded but then again I came here on an early Sunday. I cant recommend the food options though for any movie theatre highway robbery - you are better off going to apple bees not too far away - besides you are here to feed your eyes anyways.

  • Reina Quinonez

the experience was okay, but i don’t think this should be allowed to be called a regal it’s more like an old movie theater with new branding, but no new amenities. the service is nice but the tickets and snacks were regal prices without a regal experience. …

  • David Perry

My first time going to the cinema in New York and it was a real treat. I love that I was able to get a cheeseburger and fries to go with my popcorn. They also have Pepsi too which is another plus. I was able to enjoy Scream 6 in style. Yes, I will be returning.

  • Ron Hansman

Building was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were in one of the smallest theaters and it still felt like a big auditorium not a cramped space. The only thing that I can knock is that the seats in auditorium 6 were standard fold up and not reclining.

  • Maze Fernanz Andrew (SuperGlove)

This movie theater is great. Always love coming here at whatever time. Bathrooms are always clean, customer service is always friendly. I have been coming to this theater for over 20 years … glad to be back! Just saw Spider-Man.

  • Valerie Bernal

Best part about this theater is the large free parking. Go at least 30 min. Early if you want anything from the concession stand, there's always 1 or 2 people working and a huge line. They have some games, but nothing for kids under the age of 13

  • Jacqueline Veloza-Valero

I went there to watch Sound of Freedom. Greatest real life story. The movie theater did not display any advertising about this movie and after we got in the theater the sign of the movie name was turned off. A shame for this movie theater!!!

  • Ralph Santiago

Its a good theater, it's nice for a local experience, not too crowded and tons to do in the area. My only complaint is the in-theater food. Most of it is good but the hot dog seemed like it was sitting there all day. The standard screen had

  • Aniket Jangam

It is an old studio, not one of those modern theaters, so it has lot of downsides when it comes to comfort. The building looks old from outside. Internally, they seem to be better, but the screen we were in was tore a little (unnoticeable)

  • E E

Place had bad management. How they’re under staffed on a known day… National Cinema Day (NCD)… waited over 20 mins for some popcorn/sodas, another 10 mins to check in/scan in. Place is a joke. ON TOP OF THAT.. THE AC WAS OFF THE WHOLE TIME!

  • Roschel Davis

Went here 1st time on opening night for Black Panther, will not go there again. The offerings for one of the biggest Marvel movies didn't make any sense. They had one commemorative combo drink and popcorn bucket. I did not want the popcorn

  • Will C

This is the worst movie theater I've ever been too. People are always talking during the movie here. If you want to talk, go to a coffee shop or almost anywhere else! This is a reason why a lot of people don't go to movie theaters anymore.

  • giovanny ospina

The seat may not be as comfortable (not recliners I mean) as other movie's theaters, but they are OK enough. I love that the place is always well take care of, clean and the stuff are very friendly. Plus, living in Astoria this is the

  • Zeynep Yapar

This place sucks. Yesterday, I asked an employee that arcade machines are working or not. She said they are working, you gotta buy a regal game card. However, after I paid $20, they said there is a problem with machine. The manager didn’t

  • Salahuddin Hossain

One of my to go theatres. Always has best seating on weekdays but tuff on weekends. The theatre are usually all big screens. Sound system and quality is great. Always clean and looked after. The guest are always leaving happy.

  • oscar andres gomez cruz

Cold popcorn, but not as cold as the theaters… if you are planing to go there bring a blanket and snacks (the food selection is ). Nonetheless the seats are comfortable and Avatar 2 was the best movie in a while!! …

  • Shabana Khan

This theater needs an update. Leather seats are cracked which can be a pain to sit on when you're wearing shorts. I expected a bit more from the RPX experience. The only plus is that there's free parking on the roof.

  • SHAYNA M HILL

Watched Elemental there with my son. Regal needs to invest in recycling chairs like many other theaters. For the price paid the seats weren't great. Good food selections for children. Need a plant based option.

  • auroni lithi

I think you should publish Bangladeshi Flim in your studio also …Because lots of people from Bangladesh live in Astoria NY. So we can go to movie theater to watch bangla movie otherwise we need to go Jamaica NY

  • Ifren Arce

These kids were loud and disturbing the movie until we called the security, and then the noisy one was train to walk around to f the rooftop of the building and none of the personal who work there seen that.

  • Jessica Seda

The staff was nice. The theater I was in did not have the reclining seats. The seats are fabric and mine was dirty and stained. Thankfully there were enough seats available for me to sit somewhere else.

  • Ken “Kendonis” Breese

A great neighborhood-y theater. It’s chill & big. Don’t expect too much as it’s been around for years but you can almost always get a ticket & the crowds aren’t bad. Great as an opening night option

  • Naz

the only movie theater in astoria. broad range of films and they usually play new bollywood films as well. there are also special movie nights of older films that are fun. i miss the chipmunks :(

  • Joyce Ma

Go there on Tuesdays for the $6 movie ticket special with the regal app. Tip: buy your discounted ticket at concessions. Lots of parking available. Generally pretty clean and staff are helpful.

  • Terrence Williams

Clean, and updated. You can buy your tickets in advance and select your seats. Food is priced right, but they don't deliver to your seat. Very good arcade section for the little ones to enjoy.

  • Ramonita Flores

Love the theatre. Staff is great and welcoming. The manager was very helpful and professional when needed. Seats are comfortable. Love that seats are assigned when you purchase your ticket.

  • Rishi Sheth

Clean theater, nice folks. The concessions area was clean and they have plenty available although like most theaters it’s spendy. I saw a regular movie and the sound and picture were good.

  • Goga Gugunya

My most favorite movie theater to go (maybe cause its one of closer one…or…no no…maybe cause that are one of rare movie theaters in nyc who has damn huuuuge freeeeee parking lot) …

  • Rudolph Romano

Regularly view movies here as it is convenient and a clean, non rowdy place to watch a film. I do wish they would update the seats to be like the flushing regal. Otherwise no complaints

  • Kurt Fitz-Charles Sr.

A very large multiplex theater but surprisingly clean, modern, and well laid out. Ample street parking available. Concessions were fresh and reasonable. Staff were polite and friendly.

  • Dennis Agostino

Was expecting a nice Mother's day for my wife until we were informed that the movie we paid to see wasn't playing due to technical issues. It would have been nice to know in advance.

  • Alex G

A solid multiplex cinema in Astoria featuring 14 screens. It pretty much has everything you need when it comes to variety. It also hosts Fathom events so keep an eye out for those!

  • Joe T

Really good employees. Screen 10 is so dirty with dark brown streaks at the top and the bottom is filthy, I felt bad for Howls Moving Castle. Not sure how a screen even gets dirty

  • Anthony M

Nice theater to watch movie. Prices are in line with most queens movies and concessions are pricy as usual. Definitely worth visiting and it has a parking lot for those who drive.

  • Solly Lin

Paid $18 a ticket to see lightyear, nothing wrong with movie but this regal theater still does NOT have leather reclining seats. That's the bare minimum for that much of a ticket.

  • Juan M. Formoso

The theater and amenities are good but the overall expense is too much... Go to a Warehouse club and get a discounted ticket and refreshments package to offset some of the cost...

  • Songtsen Lama

Everything there is just like a normal movie theater but the food is overpriced and it’s kinda hard to breathe inside the theater so if you have some kind of health issue don’t go

  • Marco Guerra

Theater is nice and big, but it doesn't have a place to sit until it's movie time. It doesn't have sitting places while waiting. Other than that, place is nice and clean.

  • marcus Ortiz

I went on a weekday so it was empty with no lines to speak of. Good food and comfortable chairs. .they also have a large variety of arcade games of that's your thing

  • Hai •-•

I've been going here since I was a kid and each time is just as good as the last the" Retro" feel makes me think of how it was in the 90s and popcorn is to die for!

  • Shafiul Alam

Seats are comfortable . seat number only matters when the house is full. Movies start 10 min late so u not need to hurry. Crews are polite and respectful.

  • Tim

They pulled Sound Of Freedom from their theater after only one week. Also, the weekend it was playing, it was basically sold out for every showing. Weird.

  • Bryan Tirado

I love this movie theater. The nostalgia from this place it always good. Movies are great sits are comfortable and popcorns and refills are always good.

  • Matthew Diaz

I really liked how many theaters it has. It's spacious. The bathroom is big. The service was pretty good. I enjoyed the old style look of the theaters.

  • maddalena

The theater in itself is a bit dirty. Some of the employees are super nice and welcoming, but others are just plain children who don’t do their job.

BEWARE OF BEDBUGS I was bit all over my back and I was in room #4 across the bathroom but I’m afraid bedbugs are all over this place at this point

This is not your usual multiplex.. It is so clean, so well run, so organized that even a big blockbuster opening night is fun and not chaotic.

Much bigger than i expected with lots of fun things to do like the arcade games. Seats felt a bit cramped but still pretty good theater.

Business look slow But was very nice and clean So spacious when it’s empty, haven’t been here many years Definitely will try to go again

The workers are great, it's weird that you have to butter your own popcorn though, and I will never forgive Regal for switching to Pepsi

The Regal Enhanced experience was just LOUD-like hurt my ears. The seats were old and overall it was a mediocre theater experience.

The place is usually clean and quiet. Some of their staff are very friendly but some ignore you if you don't grab their attention.

As a whole movie experience not as good as it should me. Chairs are sticky and so are the floors. The temp is often too cold.

I haven't been there but this site does not give me the information I want and it's giving me a hard time to reserve my seat
