For starters I relished that they had the red leather reclining seats. But when I got in the theater there were 3 grown people sitting in my seats, amidst a pretty much empty theater. Now I know they can read their own tickets so that was disturbing because they were already comfortable and I surely didn't want to sit in the seats after them...(you know- the whole Covid thing...). So I just sat in the seats next to them banking on no one was coming since the theater was relatively empty, but guess what, here comes an elderly couple and they walk right into our row! ...So we're in their seats! ...but they were team players and said "No worries" and just grabbed 2 seats. I was embarrassed but I let it go for the sake of good and the fact it was literally 10 of us in the theater that seated 50 easily. Last upsetting thing was finding out they close the concession and drink stand while movies were still playing!!!! There was easily 30min left in my movie and others. ...and I was double mad because I missed some of my movie. Theater is normal and basic, it serves it's purpose. You see the latest blockbusters out. There's free parking in the lot. Easy to find. They are asking for proof of vaccination. They have discounted tickets for movies before 4pm.

I've been coming to this amc movie theater since I was a child. I really do love this movie theater. Even before they upgraded the seats, its a great place to watch a movie, and now, with their upgraded comfortable seats its very comfortable and clean. I went to watch Ruby Kraken but left abruptly and then the next day realized I had lost my driver's license! So, I called to see if they found it, and Sam answered was not helpful much but I decided to go back to the theater the next day and check myself, but when I got there another movie was playing, so I was feeling hopeless at that point, I was directed to ask guest services. I met Daniel, who was very helpful and kind. He helped searched, lost, and found and then the theater. He told me that once the movie was over, he would let me know because he would flip the seats! Daniel was very helpful and thorough, he went above and beyond, excelled in customer service and really made my day when I got the call from him, and I couldn't believe he found it when he flipped the chair! Daniel, Thank you so much for your attention to detail.

Had a great time here taking my dad to the movies for Father's Day?l! The film we were seeing was a South Korean movie called The Witch 2: The Other One. Being a foreign film, it seemed like it was relegated to one of the smaller auditoriums. That being said, we had a great experience. The seats were reserved (but it didn't seem like there was a bad seat in the house due to the relatively small showing room). The seats are very comfortable and lean back at the touch of a button, providing a foot rest as well. It kept us happy throughout the entire 2hr17m runtime. The screen could have been a bit brighter and crisper. The audio could have been a bit more surrounding and impactful. But I never gave it a second thought onc le the movie started and I was fully engaged. Really glad that they show some niche foreign films like this. Happy to support the theater to encourage more of this. Would recommend it to anyone!

The best move watching experience must contain reclined seat, big screen and medium high audio effect. I would say you can find all here. If there is a movie I want to watch, I will prefer this cinema. However, like reclined seats cinema, there are not much seats available every movie showtime. Ten seats per row, only five to six rows per room. It doesn't matter if you cannot reserve center area seats. Because they have a large screen. I don't recommend first two rows seats, especially the first row. If first row is your only option, pick another showtime. If you try first row seat, you will understand. The best seats should be the last two rows, not the medium row. The last thing I want to say, drive there if you can, because there are only one bus stop Q13. Of course there are 2-3 more option if walking 10 to 15 minutes is not a big issue for you. The parking is free, and there is a big parking lot.

I would like to praise management at this location. Compare to other theaters in the city I can really feel being welcome here on most of my visits. Although I can see staffing have been reduced compare to years ago, those who works here take responsibility for their job. I had friend that couldn't make the movie and staff help me get a voucher so my friend can come later. The popcorn refill young man was prompt and proactively asked if I needed a refill. Unlike other place that sometime don't fill to the top I got my full fill. One of the butter machine seems to be broken, hope they put a label on it or fit it soon. I am surprise they offer hot coffee in addition to soda, that's nice, and it actually tasted good, please try. Now since the screen is smaller than other in town but the service make up for that. I enjoy the easy parking and option to dine before or after the movie in the area.

Very nice and clean theater, I was there on a Sunday evening and there were only a couple people manning the concession/ticket stand with one person to rip ticket stubs for guests. If you get discounted tickets from a third party site you should redeem them for tickets when you enter and then bring those stubs to the back where you’re told what room you’re in. The snacks and drinks are pricey as always, and there’s two Coca Cola Flavors machines where you can customize your own beverage (a Fanta flavor we wanted was out). The actual RPX room we were in had the red recliner chairs and they were very comfortable to watch Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero in. Sound quality was good and cleanliness was good too.

Every time we go to this theatre there’s always something missing. Was sorely disappointed yesterday that there was not a single poster up for the biggest most anticipated movie of the summer: The Little Mermaid. That’s disappointing and I’d really love to know the reason. At the concession stand there’s never any nachos, only chips. Then they tell us there’s only one hotdog left! This was the 7:30 showing and they’re already running out of stuff. The bathrooms are always a mess. Dirty toilets, one of the soap dispensers not working. The staff however are amazing and sort of make up for it. They’re kind and courteous. I will not go back to this particular theatre, however.

I literally just made a complaint to the manager. I let her know I was unsatisfied with the service. Movie was excellent, the smell of the carpet was unpleasant, I purchased nachos the cheese taste nasty and was thick.The manager said she has received many complaints about it and she said they switch company. The pretzel I purchased was horrible and my 8byear old son found hair in it.The worker said it looks like lent from clothhing.It is my son birthday and now he is like mom I ate that nasty pretzel. That definitely ruin his birthday appetite. I will never go back to this movie theater.

Pretty small movie theater overall. Few auditoriums that are very spacious and very comfortable red recliners but like every small local theater no IMAX or Dolby theaters, so don’t expect to be blown away by the quality of the screens or the sound for that matter. Overall I would recommend it if you have to watch an indie film or lower budget movie, but not for movies that were shot forI MAX or any big blockbuster. Staff is very polite and friendly, and bathrooms are very clean !There is plenty of parking space in front of the theater which makes it a big bonus !!

Went there to watch 10pm John wick 4. This theater feels ghetto at this time of the hour. Found both of our seats with grease and napkin paper. Suspected that the staff didn't do cleaning at all after the last movie showing. Spoke with the ticketing lady and she helped calling someone to clean it up. The person never showed up. Thank God we found a cleaning solution by the entrance and decided we would clean our seats up. Will never come back to this AMC location ever again.

This theater survived the pandemic, and is still a comfortable place to watch a movie. There is something a little secretive about it now . . . there is nothing obvious to mark the recessed entranceway and it's easy to miss, but inside it's still the same small multiplex theaters with reserved fully reclining seating, as if nothing ever happened. Eventually it will need a refresh, but for now I'd just enjoy the fact they are still in business!

Very disappointing, I got a couple of things but mainly I got a LG popcorn and she didn't even fill it up, one side had mad empty space. I looked at her like seriously? And she noticed and gave me the look like ok??? I immediately took a picture, paid and left, terrible service she had a really bad attitude, not only with me. Other AMC'S are waaaaay better.

The movie theater itself was very nice but the concession stand had problems. The self service soda machine was hard to operate. My friend ordered a hot dog and they ran out on the grill and had to take it frozen ones, but I don't think they did that right away and wasnt clear about the time frame involved. The placement of the butter could have been better

The movie theater was clean and the staff were friendly. The prices are high and the food was not fresh. I had the nacho with cheese and salsa, the cheese was clumpy and tasted like it was going bad. I had to return it and was offered to get my money back or exchange it for something else. The staff were very cooperative with satisfying their customers.

Seating and food has been improved since the update. It's significantly higher priced now however. Think they removed the arcades. Wish they have more kiosks during opening weekends of highly anticipated movies. Update: Staff seems friendly and place looks pretty clean. They seem to be doing okay since reopening last year.

Love AMCs generally speaking. But this one is so cute it’s in the middle of nowhere but technically still part of queens in a shopping terrace with lots of parking. Usually empty even for blockbusters. Easy to find great seats, they are all recliner seats. ‘Somehow heartbreak feels good in a place like this.’

Nice reclining seats, clean theaters and bathrooms, good customer service but no surprise…..everything is too expensive! Not many patrons were there. We sat with 2 or 3 other people-great for social distancing. I only go to AMC for certain movies I usually go to a smaller more reasonably priced theater.

I really like this movie theater. I'm from Long Island and recently just moved to Queens. The theater is on the small side but definitely comfortable and clean. The bathrooms also clean and the staff is very friendly. I will continue to come here to see all my new releases.

There is always plenty of parking and that is a huge win for me. The staff is nice, if a bit slow in getting food, but I have never missed the start of a movie over it. The seats are a bit older but they are honestly more comfortable then the newer ones in the city.

This theater is rather small, but clean, the seats are extremely comfortable and spacious. Got prepaid tickets to see, John Wick, and D&D a few weeks back and really enjoyed the overall experience. The place is by the shopping mall so parking is really easy to find.

First time at this movie theater. Place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Must have proof of vaccine and photo ID. Wear your masks. Don't give the staff a hard time about this. They are just following the rules. Mask up and shut up. Enjoy the movie.

We went to watch frozen2 Saturday but when we arrived they told us they cancelled our movie and can not change schedule for today. All the people for 11:15 are waiting to refund. Disappointed and Wait time for whole morning. Worst experience, never heard this.

Very disappointing. Came all the way from the Bronx just to go watch a movie and the seats was very greasy and the food had more salt than a container suppose too. I was very surprised because it looks so good from the outside. Won't recommend to anyone.

I love the reclining chairs and that you can order ahead. My order was not ready when I got there. The staff was less very helpful and apologetic. The food is not great, what did I expect from a movie theater. I will just stick to popcorn and a drink.

This AMC is pretty small. The theaters are very weirdly shaped as they don’t have an incline on the chairs. The prices for the tickets are extreme as well as the food and popcorn, the popcorn is pretty good though and parking isn’t too bad.

The movie ticket prices are very reasonable especially the early bird special. Recliner seats. Too cold in the theater so don't forget to bring long sleeve cloth. The bathroom was very dirty even I was there 9 am. Smelt close to homeless

Got bit by SOME sort of bug. I have bites on my legs, thighs, and wrist. I went to watch antman lsast night at 8pm and I was perfectly fine before the movie- nothing. I come out, 10 minutes later Im scratching myself crazy.Horrendous.

The ladies bathroom is a horror, by the 7pm show there were no paper towels and it was just a mess. The staff was late to clean the theater I was headed to so we stood waiting for 20 minutes with our popcorn.

When did going to theaters get so expensive? They don't make you social distance or wear a mask which is awesome. Their seats recline so you can be comfortable and fall asleep if the movie is boring.

Went there recently to see the Black Adam movie. The process to get in was very easy and the seats were very comfortable. The movie was great and the theater itself made the experience worth it.

Great smaller AMC that usually has more 'indie' or not as mainstream titles, some Korean movies too. Lot of parking, lot of food nearby. Smaller screens, no IMAX but great selection.

Great theater. Expensive $19.00 for a Senior. Over the ny border in Matamoras PA, $9.00 for an equivalent theater and movie on way to pa. Use 10 difference for popcorn and sods!
