"I would leave a negative 5 stars but google only lets me leave 1"
"If I could give this place a zero I would"

"Good selection of mainstream & independent film"
I was very cozy. I loved that theater is small. It gives a feeling of sitting in the leaving room with friends. I purchased seats in a row Н. Behind wheelchair seating and it gave us extra leg room ( no one came with wheelchairs), and no one was bloking the screen. Also, it's a nice area to take a walk or grab a snack.
I would leave a negative 5 stars but google only lets me leave 1. The theater was filthy. No one cleaned. Food all over the floors when we came in. And a bug crawled on me and got in my friends bag. Id rather wait til it came on blu ray instead of going to that hell hole. Absolutely disgusting
If I could give this place a zero I would. Theater is nasty, the floors are sticky, there’s no sound insulation so you can actually hear the music from the club next door when watching your movie lmfao and it’s not even cheaper than so many other (much better) theaters.
I don’t need anything fancy, but please clean or update the screen on Theater 1, the one above the ticket booth. It has pronounced marks on the top. Very distracting when the image is not in shadows. Also, sound is pretty weak, bass drowns the voices. Basic things.
Good selection of mainstream & independent film. Get the child's portion of popcorn for a snack, but skip the $4 bottle of water. Wish they had a scanner for gift card redemption instead of the box office punching in 10 numbers—so inefficient.
Okay so after reading the reviews I really was uncertain about whether or not I should go to this theater to watch the recently released Spiderman. Overall, the experience was fine but I think I will likely choose a different theater in the
honestly i don't have the heart to give my childhood cinema any less than five stars. the theaters are small and usually empty, so it's easy to get affordable tickets. the food is absurdly priced but not that different than other cinemas in
Stole our leftovers from dinner after saying that we would be able to get them back after the movie. Extremely rude and disrespectful to eat/throw away someone’s expensive leftovers despite confirming that they would be there waiting for us
I encountered cobble hill theatre when I bought my niece to see the Beyoncé’s Renaissance film. I enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and nostalgic feel. I enjoyed myself so much so that I decided to purchase myself two tickets for Christmas Day
Cobble hill cinemas is a well priced low-key, no frills movie theater. We love the atmosphere here! They have solid deals on popcorn, and soda, and they recently added alcohol to their beverage selection. Overall, I highly recommend going
Small intimate theater with a good small town feel. Prices were reasonable, and beverage sizes aren't the traditional movie theater obnoxious over-sized! I appreciated the option for adult beverages should the mood call for one and really
The workers at Cobble Hill were polite and friendly. The theater had a vintage feel to it, which I enjoyed. I went to see the Marvel's and was enjoying the movie until I saw a mouse run across the aisle. Not that I'm afraid of mice, but I
Horrible experience. The manager, Jeremy, denied a service dog. We had all documentation for proof of my dog being a service dog. The manger was very rude and condescending. When I asked why my service dog was being denied, because that’s
I went here with my friends to see the FNAF movie and we ended up leaving early. First off they are so understaffed here that trying to get food is just a waste, you’ll end up missing your movie because of how slow the line is. Second the
A great theater with comfortable seats and the cheapest ticket prices around. Specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays on most movies too. A couple of the theaters are up some stairs, but the theaters are a pretty good size and the seats really
The theater was nice and cozy, seats were assigned however while watching the movie there were bugs crawling up the curtain where I was seated. I brought it to the attention to a staff member. She was very nonchalant about it, and said I
Very disappointing experience. One hour into Oppenheimer, we walked out of the theater. The AC was broken or something. It was unbearably hot and stuffy in there. It smelled like a sweaty locker room. I couldn't stomach the thought of
The upstairs theater has air conditioning in the middle of winter. Had to leave the theater multiple times to warm up. Everyone at my screening was BUNDLED up. Plus, the image quality is poor. They need to update the screens.
The best part of this theatre is the staff and service. It emotes a family atmosphere and provides the old experience of going to a cinema. We love it there, and it will always be our go-to place for family entertainment.
❤️ the CHC! One of my favorite Theaters in Brooklyn. The Pavilion (now NiteHawk Theater) in South Park Slope was the other one. CHC is a FINE example of the Art Deco Cinema Era. …
Saw the little mermaid here. Gives the feel of a small town, classic movie theatre. The chairs arent leaning back chairs or feet up or anything, but its a nice experience.
The screen is not crisp. The popcorn was stale. The guys behind concession counter were not friendly and serving while sweating profusely...gross
Love it!! Concessions are well priced compared to other theaters. Also very clean and no unnecessary fluff. As in, made you feel right at home.
Really like the small movie theatre vibe, but the thumping bass from another movie and the extremely out of focus projector were not it.
Great neighborhood theater. The intro to the movies has a great 80s vibe. Saw Adam Driver there, "we" saw Once upon a time in Hollywood
Great long time neighborhood theatre with friendly, attentive staff and clean environment. Very family friendly!
I love this neighborhood cinema. It's local, what's not to like about that. Artsy. Clean nice screen size.
I had a wonderful time with my son he’s as scary as me. They had food drink and we were satisfied.
Staff and super nice and accommodating. This theatre reminds me of times gone past.
Great movie experience. Never change. Maybe bigger slurpees.
