As a Bronx native I've been going to concourse plaza for quite some time now. At one point it was very very clean... and it was a wonderful experience all around...But what I noticed today we're food stains on the wall going down to the theater....a whole broken escalator and an escalator that sounded like it was going to collapse... The floor somehow was sticky. the ticket clerks specifically heard me request the 11:15 but gave me 12 regardless. The popcorn was stale and don't get me started on $18 for three bottles of Dasani water. This was my mistake for not choosing Regal Cinema or AMC this movie theater has fallen big-time.

It’s been a while since I’ve been at this cinema. I came to see the little mermaid with my family and not only were the floors not cleaned, but everything looked unsanitary. The food was a another issue as well. The fries tasted soggy and weren’t cooked right, then the chicken tenders tasted like they still had flour residue on them. Long story short I ended up getting food poisoning from it, There should be more protocols to keep the food safe from bacteria as well as keeping the cinema clean.

Went with a group to see The Color Purple yesterday 12/29/2023. The theater was surprisingly much nicer and cleaner than I remember. I had stopped going to the mall and food court because the old theater and food court was so dirty and rat infested. The now renovated theater is a breath of fresh air and the food court is gone but they have a Habachi eat in, there now. I hope they keep up the cleanliness.

I use to go to this movie theater when I use to live in the Bronx. The staff were very friendly to us. The concession stand including popcorn and soda for our refreshments. The quality was very good and it has underground movie theater and not far from I use to live. The subway station is couple blocks away and very good location.

This movie theater is a HOT ghetto mess . No security. Kids running up & down . There is no air conditioning. The movies are low smh . Everything about this place is ghetto . I went to see the color purple with my mother & it was the worst experience I have ever had in a movie theater. DO NOT GO TO THIS MOVIE THEATER!

I watched the Avengers:Endgame. Definitely recommended place. Specially seats are amazing, literally amazing. I have never seen such a comfortable seats. You can even lay down on the seats. You have bought online ticket, make sure to check in with them to get a paper copy. Not too crowded. Very Expansive food.

I always come here. It's not the best movie theater out there. Pretty basic but I've never had any complaints because I never buy any food anyway which is the thing I am the most picky about. Tickets can be expensive but that's just New York other than that it all good.

It was very quit clean love the electric reclining seats I got nice soda and all the staff was calm and friendly I highly recommend this movie theater me and my daughter enjoyed the movie and environment also the bathroom was clean which is good.

Seats inside of the theaters @ Concourse Multiplex have been totally revamped ... making it a comfy experience. Restrooms? I know the staff attempts to keep restrooms clean...however, the public are the unsanitary creatures that they are.

They really upgraded this movie theater. I enjoy watching movies here. The seats are very comfortable at Concourse Plaza. The theater is kept clean and the bathrooms too.
