I love this library because the staff are always helpful and kind. The library is always clean and there is always a computer available. I would like it if libraries would provide wipes for the computers to cut down on the spread of germs, but they don't. I carry my own wipes into the library and wipe down the keyboard and mouse for my own protection. I hope they can start offering these things in the future. I have even asked for a wipe before and was given one. Amazing staff there and I would recommend this library to all. Happy Holidays and best wishes for the New Year!

This review is for the WiFi connection at this particular branch. I don't know what the issue is at THIS branch...but the wifi is painfully slow. Speedtest isn't even registering .08 Mbps and this has been the case multiple times I've been here. I have to end up using my cellphone connection as a hotspot. The wifi speed isn't particularly fast at the other branches, but it is at least usable. Not the case at the Sugar Creek Branch. Wifi slower than dial-up.

Came here for the first time today, I usually go to the one off university but decided to do a location switch for some new scenery. So glad I came here! Staff was super friendly and the library is very spacious and quiet, lots of natural lighting from the high windows, and bathrooms were very clean too! I also loved that it is right beside the police station and also has an on sight security guard. I will definitely be coming here more often.

Incredibly unfortunate to have such a nice library paired with awful customer service. To deny someone the ability to check out something simply because you wish to close early (when you admit that the person has clearly arrived before you close) is a perfect example of why libraries have such difficulty maintaining funding these days. Save your time and effort and visit another branch that actually cares about you.

Great workers, they have been so kind and welcoming to my Daisy and I ❣️... After I had shown Daisy's Service registration we have only been welcomed.... I prefer Sugar Creek Library than any of the others in Charlotte.

This library is very little, and story time for kids is boring :) I would recommend to choose other branch. Plaza Midwood branch is much better than this one. Although the staff is friendly and really helpful

What a wonderful summer afternoon treat! I even came across some really helpful information at the Block Party. And its fun library for children without dealing with uptown traffic to get to Imaginon

This library, along with all the Charlotte libraries I’ve visited, is wonderful. I love how the city clearly invests in the resources they offer us. These libraries truly are a blessing
