I did curb side pickup at the Stoney creek location and was very happy with the process. Their number was posted outside which made it easy to let them know I’m outside. Even with a small lineup I was served very quickly. Staff was very friendly while taking order and serving me at curb. Great place. Highly recommend it.

I've been enjoying shopping at Global on Hwy#8 for decades. The people there have always been friendly and helpful ... and today was no exception. I've never had a problem with my purchases there but I know that if I ever did, they'd have the problem rectified in a hurry. As long as we have pets, I'll be returning.

Staff showed amazing initiative & was very friendly, helpful, & accommodating. I didn't have to ask for help when looking for a specific brand. I also didn't have to ask for someone to help bring the large dog food bag to my car (I'm 9+ months pregnant). 10 outta 10 would recommend this location.

This is a pet store that has a neighbourhood feel. It appears to be well stocked. They mentioned they are stocking Christmas themed items. They have nicely decorated dog treats for celebrations or special treats. These would make a nice hostess dog gift when visiting 4 legged family and friends.

I love shopping here, this location has a good selection of wet and dry cat foods and the staff are always happy to answer questions and give genuine suggestions. They were super friendly and efficient both during curbside pickup times and when in-store shopping opened up. Prices are very fair.

Staff are very helpful and all of them are desperately in love with every pet they meet! It's a bit pricey, but you expect to pay for quality so no complaints here. My furpeople love to visit.
