Lovelie was amazing, she also had a few minutes to show me how to cut Xander’s nails because hes a butt when it comes to me cutting his nails. She did an amazing job, i used to go to Big Al’s but she might just be my go too for his nail trims! She actually trims them alot better than they did as they did a little snip but his nails really needed it an she showed me where to avoid because of the vein in his nails if i did wanted to trim them myself. She got it right down safely instead of them growing within 2 weeks because big al’s only did a tiny trim which i understand if the vein was closer to the tip but his wasnt so i really appreciate the efficiency of cutting his nails that would actually be beneficial for a couple months instead of a couple weeks!!! Amazing person to talk too , the lady at the reception was amazing as well. Such a nice business to go too and affordable!!! They also have two bunnies at the front of the store they look very well care of and the store was clean and good prices on non filler foods!! Good prices overall on everything in the store while i looked around. Very welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work !! Also very responsive if you emailed them!!

I took my puppy Milo in today for his first groom and he came out looking so adorable. While he was being groomed I shopped around for a couple toys and treats. The owner and groomer were very friendly people, great customer service and Madison did a wonderful job on grooming. Milo is currently demolishing some of his goodies so I think its safe to say that Milo also approves. I love that the store is conveniently located and within walking distance to anyone who lives in the Corktown area, the store is also wheelchair accessible which is a plus to quite a few people. If you want to support a smaller local mom and pops type pet store and groomer, I highly recommend.

We just moved into the city and based on reviews decided to take my golden here for grooming. Probably the best groom she has had. I love the fact they seem to have just one dog at a time. The first time I went, Lovelie shared her experience with me. I've never had a groomer do that. It made me wonder why because I felt so much better leaving my dog with her. I have her booked to see Lovelie again. I also get my dog food from here as well. Although they don't carry my brand, they order it for me and keep it until I pick it up. What other pet store does that? I feel so much better giving my money to an independent owner than a major brand store.

I just brought my dog today. It is so a bad experience here. This is the first time I have been here and I was so disappointed. I agree can cut her hair short but can not be ugly like that. How do you look at my puppy? Did you see her cute after she got her hair cut? To be honest I will never go back with you guys and if someone else wants to come here will think that again. I have a picture of her so bad. Not happy with the services! My dog's name is Coco. She came on Thursday at 10:00 with Lovelie.

I took my 3 year old ragdoll cat here who had never been groomed before. She was really matted on her bum and I was nervous to take her anywhere. Lovelie did an amazing job!! Right from the moment I got there she let me know she was very qualified and has such a welcoming personality. She made me feel like my cat was in the right hands! I will continue to bring my cat to see her!!! The pet store is a very nice small business I will continue to support! I even got a goody bag at the end.

I’ve been following Lovelie (groomer) for a few years now! From her old location to her new location, my pup absolutely adores her! Whenever I mention her name he goes crazy, she always does an amazing job with the groom and he looks just as handsome as he does walking into the place! We will for sure be bringing him back!

Lovelie is such a skilled groomer. She is amazing with dogs and cats and truly loves every animal she grooms and it shows. Best in the business. Additionally, this pet store is an independent shop with lots of variety. It was clean and customer service was fantastic. Consider supporting them over the big guys.
