Useless Pakenham Police!      Resident party music complaints are ignored by the Pakenham Branch. There is no provision online to feedback poor policing in general, hence my complaint here. Re Tuesday 25 January party.    After one neighbour telephoned me to say that another had already rung the Pakenham police and was told to ring back after 11pm, I phoned the Pakenham Police.   Loud noise is forbidden mid week after 10pm, not 11pm. The officer feigned surprise that the party was still in progress, saying that a police car had been sent out 10 minutes prior. I rang again after 50 minutes and Pakenham Police told me a police car had already attended and that the party goers must have turned the music up again.  The party was at the end of the street and no vehicle of any kind passed my home.   Lies and dishonestly on the part of the so-called law enforcers at Pakenham Police. The same officer throughout the night then promised to send another police car.   That car too mysteriously never arrived. Loud music and yelling in the street finally ended at 1.20am.   So many hours of lost sleep for dozens of residents. Pakenham Police is pathetic.

I would ADORE to give this station a 5 star review. We will see! Might change my view. Was pulled in under a false accusation. Literally went into shock, was treated with care and kindness! Can not speak more highly of the officers involved. They even suited the teams required. However, this innocent spans over a few suburbs, is quite complicated and has some pretty compact and false statements attached. With some “he said, she said, drama” that was created that my eyes are now “MORE” than open to. So, to the CIU thanks! The Sargents involved! Top job! Hopefully for the safety and welfare to come, this will be over quicker than it started. As the system is in place for when we need it ONLY! Not to create situations to waist the force and time! Not only is there no I in team, there is no I in community! Get the Know or No, which are you? Bless

I have had dealings with Frankston Police Station .. so I was very dubious over contacting any police at ALL !! and yet here I find myself leaving a 5 star review - the police officers at this station do help !!! I had various experiences in the years I have lived in Pakenham and all have been wonderful !!! I had a dodgy aggressive neighbour who was obviously intoxicated !!! and they saw this and helped !!! I have been stopped by these guys on one of my late night walks .. (nightshift worker) and they ended up having a quick giggle with me in the end .. they know there job and what to do !!! THANKS GUYS

Extremely disappointed with the station. After initially attending the affected address we never heard back. Despite being given advice to follow with the courts (which we clearly can’t as the individuals details are not known to us only the address) we still cannot get a call returned to follow up. Three weeks down the track (numerous calls to the station)and nothing. I understand they are busy but it’s fast coming to the point that those that do the wrong thing have more rights and privileges than those that just want to live a peaceful life. Incredibly disappointed

Useless, if they ever actually pick the phone up they'll most likely direct you to call 000 anyway. This morning I witness a guy in a silver barina, no plates, driving like an idiot most likely under the influence. Looked at the paper stuck on his windscreen and it's a bail form... So said idiot has just been released and I would assume doesn't have a license either. Good times, so I try calling Pakenham police 4 times, rang out each time... GG guys... GG

Best Police station I’ve ever gone into, haven’t needed to go into one for years but the staff were amazing. Really polite and went the extra mile to help me feel as comfortable as I could with the issue I was having. I got a ticket from the Highway patrol here a few weeks ago too, I deserved it, but I’ve never felt so respected whilst receiving a fine. Thanks to the Officer for being so nice about it, learned my lesson.

It took over 3 months to get a police report from a hit and run car accident. This took many phone calls to follow up, and was always told that when the report was finalized that they would contact us which never happened. It doesn’t feel right to give our local police this rating, but in this instance, this is a generous 3 stars. Happy to review this at a later date if I have a better experience next time.

Been getting ph calls off pakenham police about an incident that happened with my daughter for 3 days now trying to return the call and no answer whatsoever, so what am I meant to do Pakenham police-(constable Pare) pls contact me back once again Thankyou...

The worst station ever It’s shocked that you ask for help and safety Their answer was SORRY WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING It’s ridiculous and disappointing for me and my kids That’s why the crimes are increased and no one is feeling safe and protected

Friday 15/4/22 I tried ringing the police station for half an hour, then rang 131444 which put me through to the police station again but no answer. I didn't really want to ring 000. There are matters for which it is inappropriate to ring 000.

Yes had to make a visit on Tuesday for some help and advise to look into a matter for me. The officer was great very polite and understanding. He gave me plenty of advise regarding the matter in hand And couldn't have been more helpful.

The best people responded to my call so promptly regarding music and party last night . Wish I was able to help them some how when they need help. Thanks again for your kind an prompt response pakeham police station.

My VY Commodore got impounded but the officer didn't realise that I had COVID-19 sorry but better luck next time. Would recommend :) Would rate higher if they allowed me to do more skids! (also get money now :))

Officers are very polite. 5 years ago They caught me when my rego was expiry Bang! All good, very friendly.

Called 8 times waited over hours no answers no call back or anything.. line keeps hanging up...

Not much good when u ring thru with an excessive noise complaint and can't get hold of anyone.
