We stopped here out of convenience but won't be going back again. We went to get get a Pet ID tag engraved. They slipped a small silicon ring on the tag which we thought nothing of. At the register they rung the tag up for around $14 but then the employee had to go ask about how to ring something else up which we thought was odd as we only had the one item. She came back and tried charging us nearly $5 for this silicon ring on the tag that they put on without asking us. We said "sorry we didn't want that or realize we would be charged for it". The employee very nicely said she would take it off and "most people don't realize it is extra". So they are slipping these on and charging 25% more for tags. Not very transparent and we felt as though they were trying to take advantage of customers.

We took our dog to get groomed here. Previously they used to have an older lady who was amazing. But on August 4th I took my dog here and when I went to get pick him up the girl told me that, “your dog may be scooting on his butt a lot but it’s perfectly normal.” After a half a day later we realize it was excessive. She had cut him too close to his private part. We had take him to the emergency vet and even though the haircut was only 50 bucks The vet bill was $250. I guess get what you pay for, but somebody should still apologize to my dog, KoKo! He’s a little guy, Toy Poodle, and only loves to love!

Brandi in their grooming department is awesome. My dog can't see anyone but her as he's a princess. She always does a great job and he comes home smelling great and is super shiny! I now have a second dog, and if you do both at the same time, you get a discount. Good prices, much cheaper than other places for better work. Always bring my pups back to her. *Update 03/03/18. I will only ever bring my pups to Brandi. Even when they're being difficult jerks, she knows how to handle them and they come out beautiful every time. Great prices and great service for grooming.

I have gotten two of my cats from here. Our first experance adopting a cat was okay. We had some really awesome employees who made the process so easy but we also had one employee who was very stand offish and rude towards my partener and I. Our second time adopting was much better! We will have had one cat for almost three year and the other for just about 8 months. They are both doing great and love their new home! I get all my pet supplies there and it is super easy to find an employee or the items you are looking for.

first time in this location. After having a terrible experience with another dog groomer . My dog was cared for by Crysta. A loving professional girl who knows her work and takes care of the pets. my dog was beautiful. and I am very happy to find professionals who love her job. great work Petland team for the excellent profile of your workers especially for Crysta. (Saturday, August 26, 11:30 a.m.). I will be back to tip her because it is not allowed to include it on the debit card

Lovely staff! I always have such a wonderful experience at Petland. I want to make special mention of Kyle who is the BEST human-being. Always so friendly, informative, kind, welcoming and personable. Thank you so much for making my day, each and every time! My partner and I also adopted our 3rd cat from here, Blue (Ella was her name originally when we adopted). She just turned 1 on the 24th. Thank you for bringing her into our lives. She’s perfect ❤️

i wouldn’t recommend getting a cat from here. chances are they’ve been handled by Tiger Tamara and dropped on their head. was just there and she no joke threw the dam kitten like 5 feet into the wall and wouldn’t even let us hold it or play with it. was super rude and didn’t want us to have anything to do with the kitten (was probably just being lazy) before she smashed it into the wall. poor thing. take caution

A great petland store. They do take good care of the animals. Bought budgies and they were a bit tame already. Just love the way my kids could interact with the animals. In other stores the budgies were kept in a closed cage behind glass which I did not like at all. These budgies were chirpy and happy little birds. Picture show the budgies we adopted.

Excellent service!! Blowfish Ben was superb when it came to helping out my dad pick out a fish tank and stand as he was upgrading from a smaller tank to a larger one. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! My dad is very very pleased and happy with his new tank and as are his fishes :)!!
