"The times I've had to call this station (#RezzaLife), the cops have been so bored, rude and disinterested, I felt as though I was doing the wrong thing for calling (about, variously, an aggravated assault, someone smashing car windows in broad daylight, a car accident and a drunk guy trying to get into people's homes)"
"We gave an iPad to our daughter for her birthday after months of saving"
"I was desperate to find a driver who hit my parked car and ran away last night at the grocery shop"
"This is a police station and we don't expect a welcoming ceremony from staff, but at least don't treat ordinary folks on the phone like some sort of criminal"
"We would like to thank Rebecca Rodi at the Reservoir Police Station for returning a Jacket to us which was lostt in Melbourne whilst on holiday"
The times I've had to call this station (#RezzaLife), the cops have been so bored, rude and disinterested, I felt as though I was doing the wrong thing for calling (about, variously, an aggravated assault, someone smashing car windows in broad daylight, a car accident and a drunk guy trying to get into people's homes). Not only do they treat you like an idiot, they then don't show up. I hope moving the station to Mahoney's Road means the community is actually responded to.
We gave an iPad to our daughter for her birthday after months of saving. Today it was stolen in front of the restaurant Phon Pi Sai. The lady police that received us was amazing. She committed to go to the restaurant check their camera records. I don't know if the iPad will be recovered but felt good have our safety well cared.
I was desperate to find a driver who hit my parked car and ran away last night at the grocery shop. Constable Taylor wouldn't mind listen to my story and kindly tracked the driver and taught her a 'lesson'. She made job easy for everyone! Thank you so much again. *salute*
This is a police station and we don't expect a welcoming ceremony from staff, but at least don't treat ordinary folks on the phone like some sort of criminal. If you can't handle dealing with people maybe it's time you should change jobs and be a bouncer.
We would like to thank Rebecca Rodi at the Reservoir Police Station for returning a Jacket to us which was lostt in Melbourne whilst on holiday. She went out of her way to help us and we are extremely grateful. Thank you, Christiana & Frank Austin, Perth
Tricky to review because depending on the officer you get, the personality will define the response. I've had generally good responses. Twice some smaller issues were not followed up well. All other times there's been very attentive service.
Had to pick my wallet up from here recently, great friendly staff and seemed to have a real community focus. Kinda sorry for my ftp and cops are class traitors attitude now
We came to get some documents certified. We politely followed all instructions. A senior constable helped us but her attitude was rather rude.
They were fantastic and quick to help me, always kept me informed. Can't be thankful enough for their service.
Very friendly and supportive cops. Always visited for document varification, but felt their dedication.
Poor service. Had a complain regarding my cars dash cam being stolen. Didn’t even bother.
Friendly and community focused staff. Plus i don't want any trouble :).
Spoke to constable and he was very very lovely and helpful!
very poor service and rude attitude
