Where is this appointment to treat this neck injury you inflicted. Nearing 12 months on I'd like you guys to offer some from of treatment after all your the ones who made those mistakes causing this injury now im living in chronic pain. Youve given me nerve damage then you deny to offer and treatment to fix that injury??
I take my family member to hospital and wait there 2 hours every peeople come after us was going then we request check our forms but no responsible answer. People on front desk has no responsibility. They are very rude but one nurse help us when we ask her. So one star for reception and 5 star for that nurse.
I had a positive experience at the emergency department of RBWH. After spending most of the day in the ER I felt well cared for by all staff who were friendly and attentive. I felt thorough care and explanation was provided to me about my concerns. Overall mine was a great experience from intake to discharge.
The paramedics, doctors and nurses at this hospital didn’t just save my dad, they also patched him up in a way I never thought possible. From a heart attack to being out and about in under a week is nothing short of a miracle. Exemplary care.
Not many TVs in vascular ward where some patients are not mobile due to amputations. None working or missing in hubby's room. Very depressing to lie in bed all day every day n night with no TV. Older patients do NOT have own devices..staff
I took my daughter to emergency with a suspected broken finger on Sunday morning. Amazing place! So helpful, efficient and friendly! Saw a doctor and physio, had X Rays done, finger set in a custom made splint and received a referral for
Always helpful. Parking is horrendous and very expensive. Most staff are motivated. Some practicioners are rushed and short tempered. One anaesthetist was rude and would not talk toe as the patient. The experience was a shock and painful
One of the worst emergency departments I have ever seen in my life. Waited for 4 hours to even see a nurse. Then made to wait for 1.5hours just for someone to say sorry for the delay. Still waiting after 6 hours to see a doctor. And the
My goodness nurses & doctors were all such gems , treated within nothing but kindness, if I needed something they were there to assist me & keep the smiles going guys, highly recommend RBWH if Ur in emergency, operation or anything tbh.
RWBH is an outstanding hospital and we are so thankful to all the amazing staff. The doctors in ER, Haematology, Cardiology, Respitory and ICU are outstanding, professional, caring, and experts in their fields. The nurses have all gone
It was expected that I be grateful for receiving life-saving surgery from this hospital when, in fact, all staff did was condemn me to a living hell. Not only did they fail to obtain my informed consent prior to surgery, but they then
I was so lucky to birth my daughter at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. My midwife from the birth centre was an absolute star, Louise Oberine. The birth itself wasn't how I planned as I didn't go to labour naturally but we all
Traumatised going to the hospital second time around just to hear one of their senior nurse tell an intern doctor to refuse me of any further help despite being told that a CT Scan was going to be done so they can find the cause. This
My husband was transferred to this hospital after having a stroke. Staff who did procedures on my husband were wonderful. I didn't have my heart tablets with me, so staff from ward told me to go to emergency. The 2 staff there were
Had a wonderful experience throughout my Antenatal Care through to Post-partum at Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital. From the Midwife appointment, Obstetrics reviews, right through to Birth Suite,
Amazing stroke unit. Took fantastic care of my partner and me while I was here. They were comprehensive, quick to respond. We felt very lucky and privileged to have access to this great service.
I literally got frustrated with the services they provided. The team just send me round and round to departments. The POLO team is not taking the responsibility for cancelling the referral.
The staff in this hospital are some of the most knowledgeable, caring, and proficient professionals in the country. I'd go so far as to say this is the best hospital in the state.
I spent the day in Emergency after a nasty accident; and subsequently an afternoon in orthopedics. All staff were joyous and helpful. The medical care has been brilliant. Thank you
Honestly, it was the most degrading and unhelpful experience from a medical facility that I have ever experienced in my life.
