In the last month I’ve had one customer’s wheel get stolen, I’ve had another car get damaged and today we had a bloke trespassing and kick a customer’s car. All three events were reported as they were happening (live cctv feed) to the police and all three times police failed to respond. Today I got a call 4 hours after the event with the policeman telling me that they had more important jobs. He did not ask for cctv footage (even though I have it), nor did they even attend the scene to complete report. Lazy lazy lazy police, no wonder there is so much crime around this area. Can’t even be bothered investigating.

I went to Williamstown Police station last night. Very professional service. Senior Constable Bruce Li patiently went through the case with me, he ensured that I understand, and he wanted to make sure that I’m satisfied with his advice. He felt that I’m not 100% convinced, he voluntarily went to ask Sgt CLOSE and they both spent enough time to go through the case with me. Interestingly, I got an email from Senior Constable Bruce Li this morning to follow-up.

Would like to thank the two police officers who responded to our call today. ( Williamstown Craft Market - abusive and aggressive person ) They resolved the problem we had efficiently and expediently without incident. They were fantastic. People are quick to critize the police but you do a fantastic job and should get more praise for the difficult job you guys do. THANKYOU.

Just heard from our daughter her partner had collected their child from school and was at icecream shop on Williamstown road when he started feeling unwell. He had called a relative and was waving him down, police were behind and pulled over thinking they were being flagged. He felt he may have been having a heart attack, police quickly called ambulance and were really helpful. Many, many thanks for your help.

The Best police station. My van got stolen in front of me today. Police officers responded quickly and got it back to me. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you very much.
