I hesitantly went into Sport Systems hoping for the best and left beyond happy. Here’s the deal - I haven’t skied in about 20 years and I was in desperate need of new boots as my old pair didn’t fit whatsoever. My kid is taking up skiing and he wants his old man to hit the slopes with him. Anyway, after looking online, REI and a couple other places I was back to where I was and that was absolutely nowhere. I purchased a pair of skis and my aforementioned boots at Sport Systems many moons ago so I thought I’d give it another shot and am I happy I did. Planning on buying some used boots that would fit my budget I was directed by an associate to a new pair of boots that were comfortable and very affordable. He (Matt) listened to my needs and what my level of skiing is. I didn’t feel judged but rather comfortable and open to discuss my situation. After I purchased my boots I took them to the ski shop where Ricardo fit my boots into my bindings, waxed and prepped my skis for the mountain. He got all of this done by the end of the day which was surprising b/c it was a lot of work. The prices for the boots and work were excellent but what was even more awesome was the customer service I received from these two guys. Holy moly it was awesome and they were so damn friendly! I highly recommend Sports Systems and I will most certainly give them my hard earned cash in the future. A+!

I buy all of my used/new bikes from Sport Systems and the maintenance I can't do I have their pros do it for me and honestly best service, bikes and mechanics in town. 10/10... Example today I go in to get my rear wheel Trued and was expecting to have to leave my bike with them for 2 weeks (max), because they're normal pretty backed up with work, but the Mechanic was like, "it's definitely a minor wobble you have. Let me take it to the back and see what I can do for you." 5 min later another mechanic printed me out a recipe to pay for his work... I go pay and 15 min later the mechanic had my wheel back on my bike and tells me, he got it pretty solid but the wheel does still have a minor hop and to get rid of that I'd have to do a full true, (take the wheel completely apart and put it back together fully adjusting the tension properly to each spoke.) and free of charge he also worked on my shifting and I didn't even ask him to, I was very specific about just working on my rear wheel... I'll be going back for sure to get the full true, after all my bike has 4,000 miles on it, so it definitely could use a full true to keep it running smoothly.

I always have a great experience when I shop at Sports Systems, however one experience in particular recently stood out. I went in looking to purchase my first pair of running shoes. I know nothing about running shoes, so I was hoping I could rely on one of the staff to help me out in finding the right pair. I was pleasantly greeted by Pat who continued to assist me through out the entire process of picking the perfect shoe for me and my needs. She measured my feet, educated me on the types of support and cushion, had me try on several pairs, watched me walk in each pair, had me try on two different pairs at the same time to compare, and shared her personal running stories which was the cherry on top! I appreciated her interest in my running experience and plans for the future. I told her how I am planning to run my first 5k in October and she said she hopes I come back in to tell her how it went :) My favorite thing she said to me was “I hope you keep running!”. Pat was such a delight and I so appreciated her personalized and thoughtful customer service. It’s people like Pat that keep me coming back time and time again to Sports Systems!

I've bought a lot of gear here lately, mostly for mountain biking. They usually have a great selection of biking accessories in stock, decent prices, and most of the staff are really helpful. Diane did a great job helping me with a bike rack (Kuat Sherpa 2), when no one else in town had any decent bike racks in stock. Todd in the repair department was super helpful in helping me choose a good floor pump and bike repair stand. He didn't push the most expensive units (they do get a commission on sales here), and I got some great gear at a good price. He saved me well over a hundred dollars compared to what I was going to originally buy, and what I purchased worked perfectly. Update July 2022: Hats off to Dave Ortiz in the bike shop. He gave me some excellent advice on building a mountain bike from scratch, starting with a Kona frame that I bought from them. The bike works fantastic, and his advice saved me a lot of money compared to what I was originally going to build. Best bike shop in Albuquerque.

Sport Systems is an amazing business with amazing staff, shout-out to Macgregor for being the focus of this review. We have been customers here over the last 15yrs or so. The staff here has always been top of their game in helping us to find the best products and gear to meet and exceed our seasonal sport needs. Our most recent experience was with Macgregor. He provided us with “World Class Service” in our search for new ski boots. Macgregor asked insightful questions and then asked clarifying follow up questions to fully understand our needs. Based on our answers, Macgregor brought out a few options for us to consider. He took the time to listen and provided excellent consultation. His skill at boot footing is equal to his focus on understanding our preferences and expectations of a new ski boot. Our pleasure and confidence in working with Macgregor can not be over-stated. This is the best place to shop if you are looking for the best gear, best value and best service.

Worst customer service, worst professionalism, worse expectation, said I would never recommend this place for your bike needs. I was told that my bike would be fixed by a certain date. Their excuse was they were waiting on tubes to be sent. My bike sat there five days without any service, they could’ve patched my current tubes until the parts came in to get my bike to work . Would not recommend at all . Had one flat left with 2 FLAT TIRES and a missing front end cap. After placing the blame on myself and where I purchased the bike , I finally was able to get in contact with a general manager whom is helping me find the missing end cap . Unfortunately now it looks like I now have to wait for a new end cap, which can’t be found so it needs to be ordered from the manufacture. This is a Mess . I wish this on no one. Sucks bad. Btw the this is no Reflection on any of the ski shop . They are amazing . Just won’t recommend their bike shop based of this experience

This is the place to take your boots for expert fitting. This is my 4th season with a pair of Solomon boots that I love. However, the confirmation of my feet has changed over time and my right foot had started hurting after just a single run. I live in Santa Fe, but a friend recommended Sports Systems in ABQ to get my boots worked on. Turns out it was worth the drive. MacGregor is one of the best boot fitters I've ever worked with (and I've been skiing 30+ years). He was able to make adjustments to the shell of my Solomon boots so they felt comfortable again. After MacGregor performed his boot magic I went skiing and my feet were in a state of total bliss! If you need boot fitting, plan to get to Sports System early or be prepared to wait (I didn't mind waiting). MacGregor is patient but efficient, listens well, is technically proficient and, to top it off, is a really nice human being. Sports Systems is lucky to have him on their staff.

I don't know how the reviews are so high. Bought a bike there. The bike was only 2k. Wanted to get a bike fit from the "pro" that used to be there. Would not return the calls. If I had spent 5-10k and wore some cute little tights, probably would have been taken serious. If you don't look the part here these people will do whatever they can to avoid you in the store. After some years of owning the bike and riding the tires off of it, I took it in for a tune up. I had been doing this myself but I wanted a real bike tech to go through it. Can't remember the cost but I paid extra for...something. Went to pick the bike up, tires were just barely inflated. Stem was crooked, not in the correct position. That was so glaringly obvious I dont know how the clown didn't realize that. Then, I get the bike home, the front tire falls off! It wasn't tightened down at all. Will NOT go back.

We stoped by this store two weeks ago just to see what they have. We end up buying a pair of shoes and few other things all because a great customer service from Pat in shoe Dept. Price was great too. Went back today just to get some info about mountain bikes. David Green (hope I got his name right) went above and beyond my expectations to not only answer all my questions but also measuring and test drive of few bikes. I felt he was just trying to help me which bike is right for me but no sales pressure. I could not help myself to get a new bike. Not only I got a great deal (bike was on sale) but also a great brand of bike (specialized). Thank you David for going above and beyond to help. Customer service like this cannot go unnoticed. Can’t wait to go get a street bike too. Highly recommending this store.

Last week called twice to get price quote on bike repair (symptoms were gears not changing correctly) and received two different price quotes. Dropped off bike and when I picked it up was charged $94.00; more than quoted. Upon my first ride I noticed rear brake making a screech noise it had not made prior to alleged repairs from Sports Systems. Brought bike back in Sunday and was told that Sports Systems did nothing that would cause the brake sound, but that my back rim was so bent it would be dangerous to ride and tried to sell me new rim. I left with no resolution. I took the bike somewhere else where they trued the rim, replaced a missing chaining bolt, adjusted the derailer and straightened the braking disk for $37.50. DOES SPORTS SYSTEMS HIGHER UNQUALIFIED PEOPLE, OR ARE THEY UPSELLING UNNECESSARILY?

I have had many good experiences at sports systems and have recommended the store many times. Last few times I've been by, the bike shop didn't feel welcoming, and the service department was dismissive and frustrating. Most recent experience reminded me of disgruntled computer tech support hotline... But it was in person and I could see the disbelief in their face that I could possibly have any idea what I was talking about. Even if I am an idiot... A good salesperson wouldn't make me feel like it. Better customer service to be found elsewhere. Still a good place to call if you're looking for specific parts and need it faster than 2 day shipping. Nothing negative to say about any upstairs experiences. Hiking, running, skiing, etc. Sections are sweet.

First off, posting name not real,...BUT am a REAL customer!! I am sure that all of the employees are as wonderful as Justin, however I can only speak on my interactions. I will not gush on and on about Justin but, will say this..."the young man obviously has a great grasp on what exactly customer service is & should be and his product knowledge is off the charts because he listened to my needs, used his knowledge to advise me, and I ended up purchasing boots & skis that were exactly what I was wanting performance wise". I will recommend him to anyone looking to either purchase or rent any type of outdoor equipment and/or gear anytime I am asked to do so. Thanks Justin!!! And thank you Sport Systems ! PS:...I hear he is also a bicycle wizard...

I purchased a mountain bike about 3 months ago for $6,800 and although the bike is great, I regret shopping at Sport Systems. A few weeks after getting the bike, the self-extracting crank bolt fell off while riding and I had to go in for a replacement. I think it fell off due to not being assembled correctly. The biggest issue is that I'm still waiting for the shop to give me all the parts I was supposed to receive with the bike at purchase. It's been 3 months and I still haven't been given everything I paid for. I would recommend shopping with one of the other bike shops in town. Update: I finally received the rest of my bike shortly after writing this review. 3 months. I upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars. I will still be avoiding this store.

After renting skis and boots for years, I decided it was time to take the plunge and buy my own. My experience with Sport Systems was awesome. After carefully assessing my desires, skill level, experience and measuring both feet in various positions (sitting and standing) McGregor Hayslip presenting several boots for me to try on until I found the one. He listened to my ski goals and recommended several ski options that he thought would be best for me. I was wearing shorts that day and he noticed without me saying anything that I had a knee replacement and recommended a more forgiving binder setup. The process took about two hours but was well worth it. Thanks McGregor for you time and attention to details.

I finally got off the rental merry-go-round and was ready to buy skis/ boots/ bindings. I generally find brick and mortar stores full of irritated and under informed humans - so I usually just to to backcountry or another website and call someone to help me. I also do love to shop local when I can so I figured I would give it a try. I got lucky!! I not only met a caring and well informed human. I learned a lot - and Rob was super passionate and helpful. He listened and worked with me. I highly recommend shopping here. I will be a loyal customer. Also the great deal of care and double warrantee that comes with the product makes it worth your time. If you need skis as for Rob!

I went to REI and had a horrible time finding snowboard boots, I tried on over 10 pairs and they tried to tell me I needed mens boots because my feet were too big. I left there feeling discouraged and sad. I went to Sport Systems, and MAN do I wish I had gone there first!! Found the perfect boots, Jose was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I bought them a couple weeks ago, and again today when I went back to heat mold them. 2 other guys helped me today too (12-24) in the board shop that were awesome! (Sorry I don’t remember names) These guys all know their stuff and they are super cool. Thank you so much! You have a customer for life.

Alex Nocella helped my daughter and I purchase a new pair of ski boots and a helmet this afternoon. Alex talked with both of us at length, teaching us some good info on boot fitting and the newest features and listening to both of our needs. The Beat the Internet app is a great concept, my daughter was excited to score a cool free lid protector and we were both happy to tell Mom about the free gear. Ski shops in Santa Fe have gone downhill in recent years and we're happy to have a venue in ABQ where we know that excellent service and good value is waiting. Alex - come run Santa Fe Thunder this September and keep up the great training in the Sandias!

My review is based mainly off the running shoe department but I plan to come back because of the great experience! The store is large and has areas devoted to several different sports and I plan to come back to check those out. The gentleman who helped me pick out new running shoes was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He spent time with me and did a thorough foot analysis, discussed my shoe preferences, running style, and recent running injuries. He was genuinely interested in assisting me and gave me some excellent tips. Price was standard but there was a promotion with my purchase so that was nice. I will be back!

Tommy, the $12 an hour bike shop manager, poorly represents what this shop is really about. It's clear he doesn't know what he wants to do when he grows up. It seems like he actually doesn't care either. The bike shop is average, but poorly represented by someone who clearly needs to go back to fast food and work in the back until he can learn some people skills and management techniques. There are much better shops in town that carry specialized as well as a wider selection. There are also Shops that have grown men with social skills and knowledge about the bikes they sell. Save your money and time, pass this place up.

McGregor and Mike helped size ski boots for my husband and I. Despite a busy shop, they both gave us the white-glove service. They asked detailed questions, made multiple trips to ensure we tried different boots to find just the right ones, and then made modifications to the boots we selected producing a truly customized fit. They clearly cared whether we were happy, and whether the products we selected were sufficiently matched to our needs. They were knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated we could get such intimate attention for such a big and feel-oriented purchase. Thank you!

I went in seeking assistance for a bike pad tail gate cover. Once I walked down to the bike area I was greeted and helped immediately. I was able to provide the sales rep the make of the truck and he took the time to assist me and provide me the right size of pad I needed and was a huge help. Thank you so so much for taking the time to help me and provide me with such great service. I do just want to also mention I had came from another store who was no help turned me away and literally told me to “google” the specs of my tail gate, so I am very grateful for the help I received at Sports Systems thank you again.

What good fortune was mine to have visited Sport Systems. Kylie (spelling ?) was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while helping me find a good AT setup. It took a few hours to find a boot that fit and she stayed engaged the entire time. She recommended the Salomon Shift binding. I went home and did some research only to find several reviews regarding trouble with the toe piece. I went back in the store and shared my concerns. She immediately grabbed the binding and showed me what was added to render/update the problem on the binding. Thanks, Kylie!!

Big thanks to Thomas in the bike shop for helping with an ebike purchase. He took the time to compare bike angles/measurements & set me up on two different sized bikes. He then encouraged me to take multiple rips on the test track to get a better feel for the bikes. Thomas also installed Cush Core inserts for the bike I ended up purchasing. Thanks also to Caleb and David Green, for helping me customize my order and for taking care of faulty components straight away. (Faulty components were not caused by the bike shop, but they took care of it.)

I bought two bikes here a week ago, and my experience was very good. They price matched the cost of the bikes online. I bought my bike on a Saturday, and they had to assemble and the bikes were ready on Sunday. The man giving us the bike was very helpful, and gave us great tips as relatively new bikers. He told me the proper way to take the wheels off, how to have proper bike posture and proper seat height. They went above any beyond helping us, so much so that I am very glad I bought a bike in person here instead of buying one online instead.

I had a great experience with boot fitting at Sport System. I got some new AT boots and the overlap was hitting a spot of my foot which was making my foot numb. It was a weird placement and I was concerned it would be unfixable. Luckily I went to sport systems and MacGregor hooked me up. We worked together to problem solve the issue and I'm now confident to hit the backcountry and not have a numb foot, much ideal for skiing!! They also have a great ski and boot selection and the skis are still out even in the off season. Highly recommended.

Great shopping experience! My family went, on recommendation from a friend, and we were very pleased with the customer service we received. Adam was super helpful, with all of his advice, and he took quite a bit of time to make sure all of us were fitted well and pleased with our new shoes. After a less- than pleasant experience at another local running shop, we were super pleased with the service here. Arrogant and condescending attitudes by some of the workers. I’ve tried multiple times to like this store, but I’m done with them. I don’t need to be corrected by the pronunciation police (long hair and unshaven beard in bike shop), and told how you are the “largest bike shop in NM” therefore “don’t have to match anyone else’s price” (bleached blond hair). I shop here year round, and have never had an issue from the departments upstairs. Unfortunately I’m done with this place. I will go elsewhere, or order from the internet.

These people rock! I have an old hub that they rebuilt, it came loose, they rebuilt no questions asked, happened again at which point I am sure it is the hub. Still brought it by for suggestions and they helped me tighten it again with some locktite and showed me which tools to use right there on the spot for free. The service manager, Frank I think, has been great and I will be back for service and to buy gear. They also have always had some awesome well priced used bikes by the service area so cool to go just to browse!

I was losing my love of skiing. My foot was sliding forward in my boots that I have had for about 5 seasons and I could barely keep shin pressure on the tongue. I went into Sport Systems think that I would be told I need new boots but I thought I would see if there was anything they could do to help. I was very pleasantly surprise by Macgregor. He had a great idea on how to help my current boots that worked and he was so friendly on top of that! He solidified Sport Systems as my go to for all seasons activities!

Last week I went into the store to get my old Solomon boots worked on. Fortunately I was introduced to Kaylee Winter. What a joy! Suffice it to say, I walked out with a new pair of Nordica boots and couldn’t have been happier. I am retired from over 50+ years of commission sales, and Kaylee is one of the best I’ve ever run into. She is highly competent as a expert boot fitter, but also a very pleasant person to work with. Take good care of her or somebody who needs a natural salesperson will steal her away.

Thanks for the great ski boot shopping experience. Our sales person, MacGregor, was FANTASTIC! He understood what kind of skiing I did and the kind of boot I was looking for. We went through a half dozen makes, put in risers, and kept returning to the boot I eventually bought. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. This took over two hours, and did I mention that it was on Black Friday?! His patience, despite a long day on the sales floor, was amazing! Thanks for the great experience!

I came in the store a while back in the evening needing new snowboard boots and pants. Alistair, the sales associate that helped me was not only super helpful but was very knowledgeable as well. Going to the snowboard section is always a joy in this store. The staff are always super helpful and the board selection is also great. I ended up buying a new board as well that day and couldn't be happier with the service or the equipment. I always recommend this place for snowboard gear to people I know.

I have been a Sport Systems customer for years. We have taken advantage of the season ski lease for our growing son for many of those years. The time has come for my son to get his own equipment. I was absolutely blown away by the education I received today from McGregor. He was beyond knowledgeable in assisting us in finding the best ski boots for my my kiddos foot and then showing us a variety of ski options for the type of skier my son is. He measured my feet, helped me try on TONS of different ski boots, & gave lots of helpful feedback. You could tell he had lots of expertise. The bike shop is amazing! My fiancé and I went in to buy one bike, but after talking with Diana we ended up getting two! She was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the bikes and very patient with us and our million questions. Kaylee was at the register and was so helpful and provided great customer service. Everyone was so helpful and had great attitudes and kept a wonderful sense of humor even though it was Bike Fest and they were slammed! Thanks guys! We can’t wait to hit the trails!!!

Great local business with expertise in all things outdoors! The employees in the ski shop are knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. They have helped me to customize the fit on my ski boots, multiple times. My feet have changed in the last couple of years, and the employees have been happy to help me tweak the fit so the that the points of pressure are not slowing me down on a powder day. If you're thinking about buying ANY kind of ski equipment in Albuquerque just stop right now and go to Sport Systems. Seriously just do it. I was helped by a great ski sales associate named McGregor and he educated me on proper boot sizing. It truly blew my mind and I was so glad I took the time to be educated. I learned a lot from McGregor and it was really nice that he took his time with me to ensure I was going to have a great time on the mountain with what I bought.

I started from scratch getting outfitted to start skiing again after many years. Had the good fortune of having KAYLEIGH help me from buying skis, fitting boots, attire and everything in between! KAYLEIGH is a rare combination of technical expertise and customer service. Highly recommend the shop to start with and ask for her so you can be sure to have everything you need, without "up-selling" and an awesome shopping experience. I am grateful for her help and service.

Friendly staff but very disappointed with the bike mechanics they carried out. Brought bike in for MTB brakes to be bled and adjusted as they were a 6/10. After getting the bike back and rode around car park they were a 2/10... Went back inside and was told they just need bedding in. So I left and spent 20 minutes bedding them in at home but still no better. Can't understand how they let the bike leave the shop like this. Won't be using their service again.

I bought skis, boots, and bindings there in 2020. The staff were thorough; they took all the time that I wanted to make sure the boot fit me comfortably (including heat-molding the boot innards for me). I recently had a problem with one boot. I brought the boot in. They fixed the problem very quickly and courteously. No charge; lifetime warranty for the type of issue that I had. Have patience--they want all their customers to have the time for a good fit.

Had a great experience all around. The team there is accommodating and knowledgeable. Worked with Matt to update my ski boots and he patiently listened to all my needs and found me the perfect boot! The staff was so kind to my 5 year old and all his energy. Kylie (I hope I spelled that correctly) took some of the pressure off me so I could find my boot and entertained my son. It was a huge help. Great team leads to a great experience.

Purchased new skis/bindings. Mcgregor helped narrow my selection down to 5 skis and clearly explained the differences in construction and the impact while skiing. When my old boots were too worn he found an in house solution. Mike in the shop was able to mount the bindings immediately (meaning I could ski my new sticks on a powder day). All around excellent, friendly and knowledgable service. Shop your local ski/board store!

I live in Santa Fe and the best ski shop in my area, by far, is Sport's Systems in Albuquerque. They have a great staff. In the boot department, McGregor is the guy to go to. He's knowledgable, patient and easy to work with. I got a new pair of boots and Edgar, in the ski shop, was able to adjust the bindings in an hour and send me back to Santa Fe a very satisfied customer. A great place to buy all of your ski equipment.

Just bought my first set of downhill skis from Sports Systems and the staff was AWESOME. McGregor helped me pick out boots, fitted them to my feet and then helped with skis and poles. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mike in the shop was also nice enough to expedite the complementary tune up they do for new skis so I can take them out skiing this weekend. Great staff, great experience - I highly recommend!

Great customer service! After purchasing a new bike from the store, I realize the frame was too small. I called Sharon and we discussed my options. I brought the bike back to the store the same day and she went out of her way to make it right. I left the store that same day with my exchange and couldn’t be happier. If you’re in the market for a bike, I highly recommend you purchasing it in Sport in Systems.

Great experience with very helpful staff. They went out of their way to try to accommodate me when my shock blew up randomly before a big trip. It only took them 15 mins to help me with the part and install. High Desert basically told me I was out of luck. After my trip a came down and bought a new full suspension bike for my son. Excellent service and willingness to help. Only place I'll go now.

My husband took me to Sports Systems to get my first pair of AT ski boots. We had a great experience in the ski department with Kaylee. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and most importantly she listens to the customer! Kaylee was fantastic the boots are sublime. The boots and service were so great that my husband also had Kaylee fit him for the same boot. Thank you Kaylee!!!

McGregor is a great boot fitter. He was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. I tried on numerous pairs of AT boots before deciding on the perfect pair. He offered guidance through out the process. He then got me set up with some new mogul skis and matched internet pricing. He provided the great customer service for which Sport Systems is known. Shady rental shop. Told a man to pay for a machine wax and edge on a NEW snowboard!!! That's so screwed up. Charged a woman for a full tunee and didn't even look at the board! The rental shop is full of crooks! The machine wax is a joke!!! I worked in a rental shop for years and these people will have karma come back. Check out my board after a "wax"

I had a terrible time renting skis here. They were out of poles and insisted I spend extra to rent a pair but refused to take the amount off of my package. I also am a new skier and felt out of place. Unwelcoming atmosphere for a new timer. Looking forward to the day I can find somewhere with great customer service to learn and spend my money at.

Jose is the BEST! He helped me find the best bindings for my new snowboard and educated me on my snowboard! He helped me pick out a helmet and made sure I knew I could return for repairs on my bindings. He’s super knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Jose! And Leyla was so very friendly and kind when helping me cash out. Thank you both.

We are from Tucumcari which is 2.5 hrs away. We had problems with boots and skis. McGregor Larry Michael and Shawn were amazing. They got us set up with new skis boots and bindings and had the mounting completed within an hour to save us from making a return trip. I can't say enough of how professional they were. Amazing service!!!!!!!

Took a lot to time to get the right fit on the boots and to find some good skis…he talked through all the pros/cons and was patient and meticulous with the details. Left feeling good about the purchase. If you need skis, he’s the man for for job!

McGregor assisted us in purchasing new ski equipment for our son. His knowledge and people skills are first rate. He spent a good amount of time assisting my son to insure he found the best pair of ski boots for his foot size and shape. Great experience. No one there can explain the price-value relation in bicycle replacement parts so you always leave with lowest possible bill (I needed a new 29” maxxis tire and left with the cheapest possible option) same goes for all parts I’ve purchased in the past! We have always had great service at Sports Systems! I bought a pair of trail shoes last week, took them on a long run and realized that they were the wrong fit. Adam,in the shoe department, exchanged them for a better shoe even though they had already been used!

Great experience here. I went in to have boots fitted and Mcgregor did a great job. I would highly recommend asking for him by name if its possible! It was my first time being fitted and it was an absolute breeze. Don't waste your time anywhere else in town.

This place is awesome. Matt worked with me for over an hour, making small adjustments to my ski boots until they were perfect. Seems like the rest of staff were all super knowledgeable and helpful too. Will definitely be back for all of my future gear needs.
