I am consistently impressed with the quality of service and support that I get from Trek-Albuquerque. It is clear that they make the extra effort and go the extra mile to support me. Great product recommendations and support in all areas. Best of all - the Trek warranty programs are unbeatable. I recently had a bike wreck - my Trek Wave Gel helmet did everything it was supposed to! And since the helmet was less than a year old, I was able to bring the helmet in and get an immediate replacement. Further, the Trek-Albuquerque maintenance / service department is superior. I am not gentle on my bike... I ride consistently (I'm over 5000 miles in the last 9 1/2 months). I get great support from the service department, advice on upgrades that will benefit my riding style / comfort / needs / etc. (and hence why I upgraded to Aeolus rims), and when there is a problem or an item that needs maintenance, I am confident it gets the right attention from the experts on your team and gets fixed so that I can return to riding with confidence. You have earned my loyalty as a customer... I'm not going anywhere else to take care of this bike, and definitely will be buying my next (and family's next) bikes from Trek-Albuquerque.

I think the staff is very helpful, and the store has a good inventory or they'll get you a bicycle from other stores so all that is good. I bought a bicycle back in September used only for a month and decided to trade it at the store since they say they take trade ins which I thought was Fantastic and the reason I bought my bicycle at the Trek Superstore. Well. to my surprise the value calculator they use subtracts about 50% of the bicycle blue book value. Pretty much setting a very low value for trade-ins. What a disappointment. However, I went back to the store(in Albuquerque) after a tune up that didn't work very well and WOW!! the manager told me I could exchange the bicycle under the 30 day warranty. Amazing!! Ladies and Gentlemen if you are not buying your bicycles at the Trek SuperStore you are missing for a great customer service and excellent bike deals. I will highly recommend them. Kudos for this team!! Thank You.

It is nice to see that this store has retained a number of faces over the past 4 years when I first remember walking in to make a serious purchase. I appreciate how straightforward and honest a number of employees have been on both the mechanic service side and the sales side. When it comes to reselling a bike that I bought from here, Will (who I believe is now a manager) recommended that it would be best to place an ad online. He was right. On the service end, the last bike mechanic to provide service was Garth. His patient and caring manner with both myself and the bike that I brought on was tremendously appreciated. Without naming other cycling stores in Albuquerque, I really do feel this is the best place to take an e-bike if you want the best service. The technical know and consideration radiating from Garth left me feeling like I rode off with the jackpot toward another field of gold at the end of a rainbow.

When we came in, it looked very professional and seemed to have a friendly atmosphere. That being said, we did not have a very good experience. While multiple employees thanked us for our patience and said they'd be with us in a minute, we did not get any help in over thirty minutes of waiting. While they did seem busy with ten or so other customers, it was frustrating to wait for so long. If the wait was going to be significant from the staff-to-customer ratio, I would have preferred to have been told that. It's disheartening to hear you'll get help momentarily and then not get it, and I would have appreciated the honesty if someone said "we're busy today I'm sorry, it might be thirty or more minutes." Several other people entered, waited, and eventually took their business elsewhere from not getting any customer service, us included.

I recently took my Gary Fisher in for a new tire and tube because of a blowout. Going in I was immediately greeted by a sales person. I received top notch service from Luigi in the service/repair department. His attentiveness and level of knowledge quickly impressed me. He went above and beyond, and without even asking me if I wanted him to, he installed the pedals and bell I bought. He even adjusted the stem to give me more handle bar height. As he was doing it, he was glad to answer my questions about my shocks, chain lubricant etc. As a result, I bought additional items based on the information he shared. Great customer service is becoming more rare, so when I experience it, it is refreshing for sure. Trek won my business by Luigi’s awesome customer service and bike knowledge.Thanks!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 !

I like the quality, ride and looks of my new Trek bike. I picked it up yesterday and put my first 30 miles on it this morning. The sales consultant I worked with, Josh R., is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in choosing and ordering my bike and picking out accessories once it arrived and was built. I had occasion to come in several times to check on the status of my bike, and the other sales people were very helpful too. I also have experience with the service department working with Steiner who fixed up an old vintage bike for me. He did a fantastic job. He too is very experienced and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Albuquerque, not only as a source for super road bikes (they sell all sorts of other types of bikes too) but for their top-notch service department.

Staff who are friendly, helpful, and working hard to get folks on the right bike during a challenging time in the industry. These supply chain issues are no joke! I wanted to help my sister find an MTB upgrade from her 10 year old ride and Seamas helped her find a good fit and walked her through the pros and cons of several models based on her needs. She was able to test ride in-store and order the bike that suited her (plus she picked up new shoes, a new helmet, cleats, and pedals). We even made last-minute changes to our order over the phone and they accommodated our requests with grace and enthusiasm (thank you, Josh!) -- really appreciated the stellar service and can't wait until the new bike gets shipped and she can get out and ride.

Fantastic store! Just got my bike today. The entire experience is very low pressure, and I managed to stay in budget. They installed all the accessories I bought on the bike so it was ready to go. What really did it, though, was the fantastic customer service from Mike. The store closed, but he stayed an extra 45 minutes past close to make sure the saddle was at the right height and to make sure the handlebars were where they needed to be. They have this fancy bike fitting machine that does all the baseline measurements, and then Mike fine tuned it. What’s more, Mike walked me through how to do the quick release tire, and then he walked the bike to my car and helped me put it in the car. Fantastic customer service. They go the extra mile.

I would highly recommend Trek if you are serious about buying a bike. I purchased a Roscoe 7 and a Marlin 5 and am waiting for the Marlin 5 to be delivered soon. The staff are nice, knowledgeable, and have been a great resource as I progress in this hobby. As for the bikes they are great. These aren’t big box store bikes, they are quality. I feel connected when I ride and am challenging myself more since I am confident in the craftsmanship of the Trek bikes. The Roscoe 7 feels awesome on the trails and I look forward to exploring more of the outdoors as I get into better and better shape. If you are on the fence about getting into mountain biking or any type of biking for that matter, Trek bikes are a great start.

This is a fabulous place! I ordered a bike there which I discovered was too small for me. No problem.They ordered me the next larger size and took time with me to make sure that it was the right fit. They also patiently answered all of my questions, a ton of them, helped me pick out the accessories I needed ( no pressure sales here) and gave me suggestions on where I could safely ride in ABQ. They also gave me suggestions on how to prevent my new bike from being stolen, which is what happened to my previous one. Mike , the General Manager, told me that I could leave my new bike in the store when I need to run errands after my rides. ( I live out of town.) Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back.

Alright Folks. I NEVER write reviews, ever. But, the people at Trek are outstanding. I recently started riding daily and I have had to learn a whole bunch. The people at Trek have held my hand the entire time with patience and kindness. They have taught me how to get out of tight spots such as last night...... Total flat 4 miles from home. Midnight. By a cemetery. Surrounded by feral black cats. Could have been the end but for..... My handy tools and gear. Total non-event. Literally was not riding for about 5 minutes. Made it home with out a hitch. Patched the tube this morning in about 30 minutes and now I'm off to Yoga. Mad love to Seamas and Josh. You guys are amazing! Customer for life.

Luigi was the most professional, helpful person in the biking industry that I have come in contact with. I have been to so many places for maintenance and upgrades and always walk away feeling uneducated and taken advantage of. Luigi did the exact opposite. He got me the best price, spent time with me making sure I understood everything and was feeling confident. I will only go to Trek from now on. Outside of Luigi, all employees are kind, professional and go out of their way to be helpful to customers. Sunday after I picked up my bike I had my best ride and felt confident. I felt prepare in case something was going to happen but most of all grateful I was at my best thanks to Trek.

The employees at the Albuquerque store are all very professional, knowledgeable, no pressure and offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend them as a novice rider. I have purchased bikes and gear for my kids, my wife and myself over the last few months and have had many great experiences and learned a lot each time I stop in. I have also ordered a few items at their online store since I live out of town and each of those experiences has been great as well. My gear is packed very securely and shipped quickly. One helmet I ordered online ended up being too small and the exchange process was very easy. I will be back the next time I need any more biking gear.

I love my new Trek Townie E-Bike! When I stepped into the store for the first time, I knew that I would have an enjoyable buying experience! All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful! Luckily the color and model I wanted was in stock, but needed to be assembled. They called me when it was ready, and when I went in to pick it up, Mike guided me through the process, suggested accessories and gave me a tutorial on how everything works. Then I took it for a spin around the parking lot and I knew I'd made a great choice! He then delivered it to my house, now, that's great customer service! when I dropped my bike off I was greeted and assisted immediately. The service dept was awesome, sorry I don't remember the persons name. I picked up my bike the next day and was greeted again and also helped with getting my cleats on the new shoes I purchased. They went above and beyond. I was also given a website to visit from an employee who heard me talking about getting back into cycling who said it had a lot of great info and different rides throughout the south west. I think sometimes its intimidating to go into a bike shop when you're not exactly a gear head. They made me feel comfortable and were super accommodating, They were awesome. Leslie Kelly

I need a specific type of tire, because the material I need and the construction of the tire is crucial in order to deliver me the strongest possible tire for not an extreme amount of money. This specific Trek store provides me with the quality I need in a tire, The Continental Gator-Skin and Gator-Hardshell, on sale for $35.00! I didn’t even get that price anywhere on line!! As well a quality customer service and a quality store to shop in. This is my automatic go-to bike shop in ABQ. I know Josh and Brian from the old days at Northeast Cyclery, and I was impressed that they remembered me when I first came in here. I recently bought an e-bike for my wife, and put in an order for a new road bike for myself. Josh helped us both figure out exactly what we needed. Any time I need service, I can count on Brian to do it right and thoroughly explain everything. Everyone else I have dealt with here is on the same level; knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about bikes. Great people, wonderful store. No need to go anywhere else AFAIC.

I could not be happier. I realized that my rear brake was out on my mountain bike when I packed it in Atlanta for our first trip to Burning Man. I saw that this shop was less than 5 min off the interstate in Albuquerque and decided to see if I could get a rush fix. The technicians were super helpful, gave me great options, had the parts in stock and I was back on the road in less than an hour. This shop is 10x bigger than my local shop in Atlanta. They have all the latest e-bikes, awesome staff and amazing inventory of anything you need. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

ABQ’s Trek Superstore got it right, it’s not your average bike shop. I’ve been going there for years and their outstanding customer service is backed by their awesome service team. This past weekend they spent a lot of time helping me to choose the perfect mountain bike that suits my current and future needs. I appreciated their knowledge and no hard sell approach. I got to demo bikes and get a real feel for what I was looking for. I absolutely recommend the Trek Superstore for its great service and selection. It has everything you want in a bike store.

The staff in the store are super knowledgeable and helpful, and absolutely do not pressure you to buy anything. It was the best experience all around. Eric K. was so patient with our questions and our test ride. Another associate, whose name I didn’t catch, was equally helpful when we returned to pick up the bike. He suggested a kickstand and wasn’t even bothered when we decided to add that on. We received great advice on all things bicycle related, and we left very happy. This will be our first stop whenever we have bicycle needs in Albuquerque.

I had been looking to purchase a new road bike for a year and had made numerous trips to this store over that time. The staff was extremely patient and answered all of my questions and never pressured me to make a purchase when I wasn't ready. Last week I finally ordered a new Cannondale Synapse which is due to arrive next week. Amazing customer service, and a no pressure sales experience. I have already referred two friends to the store and one has already purchased a new mountain bike. Will definitely return!

I’m finally getting back to cycling after years of being too busy to even think about purchasing a good mountain bike. The whole process and that “world” can sometimes be intimidating. Jim and and the friendly staff at The Hub were super helpful and friendly and just made the whole experience that much better for me! They made me feel confident to call them back with as many questions I had. Looking forward to picking up that bike I’ve been daydreaming of...looking forward to meeting their awesome crew!

My experience at Trek was excellent. They had the bikes I wanted to look at in stock (even in the rare XXS size we needed), the sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful (and I appreciated that they didn't pressure us to buy something more expensive), and the bike we ended up with had nice components relative to some of the others I've looked at in the same price range. I've spent a lot of time at a lot of bike shops, and this is one that I'll look forward to going back to.

I shipped my Dad's bicycle to the folks at Trek Bicycle Albuquerque. Wonderful customer service from the first phone call to pick up. They did a great job keeping in touch letting me know when the bike arrived, when it would be reassembled, tuned and ready to pick up. When my dad showed up the walked him through what they did, made last minute adjustments to ensure fit properly in the saddle. Great staff and customer service. Would strongly recommend paying them a visit.

I am very happy with the customer service I received from this store. I was on the fence about purchasing a Specialized Vado vs. Trek Allant. It was the multiple employees that went out of their way on the phone and in person that made my decision to go with the Trek bike. Picked it up last night and took it for a maiden voyage today. Nice bike, great service. I will be doing some upgrades but am very happy with my purchase and the Trek team at Trek Bicycle Albuquerque.

Great sales experience and an awesome product. I didn't even know which bike I wanted, despite most of the bikes sold, they did have a good selection of what's available. I was able to look and compare models first hand instead of on a website. Found the bike I wanted and was crushed to hear it would be over a year and a half to receive it...do to demand. They checked downstairs in the basement just incase there was one hiding somewhere...they found one!! Thanks again!

Bikes are awesome! Customer service is outstanding! As soon as I walked in Will was there to greet me and let me know the layout of the store. He then left me to wander. Before he left he let me know that he was close by to answer any questions about the bikes and equipment. Mark worked very hard yo fix my friend's tire. When he did everything he could he let us know what he did and said to come back for anymore repairs. The coffee was goof too! It's a great store!

I've been here many times and each time I have a great customer experience. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've had my bike in for maintenance and repairs and the technicians have always kept me updated on costs and I've never experienced any "surprises" with my final invoice. Each team member is willing to teach and I've never felt like I was being up-sold or sold something I wasn't looking for. They have earned me as a repeat customer. Well done!

Everyone I talked at Trek of Albuquerque was very helpful and knowledgeable. They under-promised and over-delivered getting my new bike built 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The Trek Superstore was great to deal with during the pandemic. The store was thoughtfully and safely set up for customers and the staff were professional and courteous. The queue required masks and had clear markings for distance between customers. I picked up some items I ordered online and placed a deposit on a new bike purchase. It was quick and easy. Just be prepared to wait a little bit for your turn but your turn will be a generally pleasant experience.

The quality and performance of the Trek EXe 9.7 electric assist mountain bike is excellent. The electric assist is subtle and the power range (1-eco, 2-, 3-turbo) is well thought out and flexible. The ride duration with the regular battery at setting 1- 5 hours, to 3- 2 hours is more than adequate. With the assistance of the store staff I was also able to test ride a small and medium sized frame. This was crucial to the selection of the proper sized frame.

While traveling cross country from SC, I had my rear wheelset stolen while stopped in Oklahoma. A phone call to Trek of Albuquerque set me at ease even though we were 5 hours away, sales and service worked with us over the phone on the busy Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Jonathon and Josh in service and Seamus in sales went well beyond the normal service to make sure I'd have a new bike our trip to Moab! I love my new Trek Roscoe 6 and can't wait to ride!

The employees who work here are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my bike there and couldn't be happier. I recently took my bike in for repair, and unfortunately the service department was backed up and couldn't get me my bike back on schedule. Great experience purchasing the Marlin here! Josh R. was professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. Made me feel important and valued as a customer. The follow up service has been outstanding. The bike was assembled and ready to go before the scheduled date. It has excellent features and rides great. No cons so far. I especially like that the brake and shifting cable are routed inside the lower bar. Use it for street and trails.

Due with the concerns regarding Covid-19, the staff at Trek are great. It is difficult for both them and the consumer (to not have the ability to roam the store). However, the staff do everything in their power to be compassionate and understanding regarding the needs of their customer(s) wanting to purchase a bike widget. I admire their patience and flexibility during this pandemic. Kudos to this location and the staff.

I entered the store as a completely new rider, getting into road biking. I left with a great used beginner cannondale, and the knowledge required to get started successfully. Mike didn't try to force anything to work. He showed me what would fit my tall frame and there was no pressure selling going on. Very impressed with the staff. That's what makes the difference and will bring me back for all my servicing needs!

I decided to go to the Trek Superstore after looking at their customer service ratings. I am so happy that I did. I am a former runner so my knowledge of bikes and what I was really looking for is pretty limited. The customer service at Trek is amazing. I'm a 60"s year old mountain biker. The male staff always treat me with respect and as a competent rider. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. No high pressure tactics for sales or service. Answered all my questions and helped me discover the best fitting bike for me and my level of skill. I'm on my 4th Trek bike and will always purchase my bikes, parts, services and accessories from them.

The great service started with the text option. My questions were quickly answered. I was able to go in the store the next day and look, ride, and purchase the bike that was the best fit for me. I was able to purchase slime and other tire protection which was installed the day of-quick and excellent service. The associates were knowledgeable and assisted in every way. I just brought my newly acquired E-Bike in for service (due to a non-functioning throttle/assist), and the techs were up front and honest about what they had to do and the possibility of whether they may or may not be able to fix it. I started going to the Trek store after riding an organized ride, finding that my front tire was shot, and getting a free replacement from their volunteer SAG wagon. It saved my ride. Since then (more than 10 years), we regularly get our bikes and bike equipment at the Trek store. Smart people, very professional and helpful, with recommendations and tips. They are my first stop for all things bike.

We walked in needing a helmet for my 9 year old. The staff was aware immediately that we were there, and very happy and quick to help us. We were helped by a gal named Lisa, she was very knowledgeable about all the products we asked about and had a no pressure attitude with a welcoming smile. After being told by another Albuquerque bicycle store that they couldn't get parts to fix any bikes until 2022--something I wish they had told me on the phone before I drove 75 miles--Trek was absolutely wonderful! The employees were pleasant and positive and immediately assured me that they could fix my bicycle. I highly recommend them, even if you have a low end bicycle like mine.

Every time I've gone into the Trek store or talked with someone on the phone, they were so helpful and answered any and all questions I had plus some. They helped set up my bike - adjusted it and went above and beyond in their services. So glad I choose a Trek bike because I know I have a resource of people to help me with any tune-ups or additions to my bike I'd like to make.

I have been to other bicycle shops where the attention you receive is based on the clothes you walk in with. This was not the case at Trek Albuquerque. I was seen quickly and my concerns were heard. There was no derision towards my arguably cheap/old bicycle. It was looked over and I was given repair options. After that it was repaired quickly and at a very fair price.

These guys are a delight! Brought in my older bike that I hadn't ridden for quite a while, and they worked complete magic. If I hadn't seen the paint on the seat, I would have thought they found a brand new Tiburon and replaced it! Have purchased several Trek road bikes from the Superstore. I keep coming back because if they can deal with me - one of those annoying engineers that notices minute details on his 120 mile/week cherished Trek, then they must be doing something right. Actually, their knowledge, service, and attention to detail are superb. They’ll get it done right. Highly recommended.

Trek in Albuquerque has always been awesome, from purchase to service. I went in today with a flat tire on my Remedy 9.7. I figured I’d need to leave the bike, but much to my surprise, the service tech dropped what he was doing and repaired my bike within 20 minutes. You just get real-time service like this anymore. Highly recommend Trek and the Albuquerque store.

Riding the high desert trail, gravel and road sections is hard on eqipment; the Albuquerque Trek crew always answers my needs. I live two hours away from the store, yet the crew assists with advice and practical answers. Once in the store, all technicians and managers find the way to help in a timely manner. The Trek brand inspires trust, the crew even more.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. I like the fact that they greet you coming in, ask if you need any help, and leave you alone. Recently went into get my road bike worked on that I had purchased at the store several years ago and the service staff was friendly and fair with the fees charges for their work. Trek - Albuquerque is and always has been my go-to bike shop! The service is great, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and there is always a great supply of products. Owning 4 Trek bikes already I am a little biased. Having a great manager like Mike Humphries doesn't hurt either! Keep trekking everyone!

The employees are friendly. My first time there. They were out of the tubes I needed but they called another bike store and told them what I needed and wrote down the name, location, phone number and person to talk to of the competition which had the tubes at the register all ready to go. Great experience at this shop. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was in town for a race and had a small mechanical issue and wanted to confirm that I had reassembled my bike correctly. Steiner took care of me and provided great advise on safe trails to ride. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my new Trek Checkpoint! It’s hard to find bikes in my size, since I’m super small, but lucky for me they had one in stock! We have A LOT of bikes, but this one is my favorite! The salespeople were so helpful as well. We Will definitely go back for other purchases!

Bought my bike here. Have used the service twice - I can say only good things: the guys here are super cool, and they really try their best. Also the guarantee service is really good, if something brakes before it should, they replace it for free (in my case pedals and brakes).

Went in for some advice on road bike shoes, pedals, and a new bike computer. The employee Will was great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a cadence sensor and computer that has been great. I will be going back to try out some new shoes and a pedal setup!

I brought my bike in for a minor tire repair. The technicians had the bike back to me within a couple of hours with everything working like a charm. The customer service was exceptional - everyone who helped me figure out what I needed was very polite and knowledgeable.

I'm very impressed by the caliber of individuals who up make this shop. A great place is composed of good people, and that's definitely what this one is made of. I was super skeptical about fixing my bike, but they managed to save me from far worse expenses for now.

After having a fairly bad experience at Northwest Cyclery, I took my bike wheel to have the rotor and wheel trued. They did a phenomenal job having been communicative, informative, and direct throughout the entire interaction. Highly recommend.

I was able to order some pedals from Trek and they were shipped to my local Trek Store free of charge. They called the next day to let me know that they were in. That's great customer service! And the price for the pedals was even better!
