I recently bought my second vehicle and I can’t believe how easy Stefania made my policy transition! After a very stressful week with my old car and getting my new car I was ready for a hassle but nope! It all went so smooth! I have used BrokerLink for the last 9 years for my house insurance. Apparently when they entered my information for the house the out breaker panel instead of fuse, now that I corrected it upon last renewal my insurance company of 9 years is no longer willing to insure my home, because I am the only home in all of Hamilton that has a fuse box. Susan Huang has been my broker and I am less than impressed with how she attempts to strong arm me. 9 years of being a client and I am being disregarded like trash.

Few weeks ago, I requested some changes to my auto policy, but not effected properly. But this came to my notice when the bigger premium deducted from my account. Minor car accident recently. Called Brokerlink for help in going through the claims process. They were great, and even looked up the closest Claims Centre for me while we were on the phone. (I should add that when I first looked for a Hamilton broker, I contacted 3 brokers for quotes via their web forms, and Krista from Brokerlink was the only one that got back to me within 24-48)

The associate was rude and short with me from the beginning to the end of our phone call. Everything that I explained I needed, she questioned sarcastically. She said that if I already got an insurance quote from someone else I should go with that instead, and refused to even look into a quote for me. An extremely unpleasant experience, I would avoid reaching out to this company.

Was with this company for 17 years. When you have 2 or more at fault accidents. They will not help you, only tell you there is nothing they can do. Then the company they deal with , Intact will cancel your auto insurance with 21 days notice by registered mail and expect your going to keep your home Insurance with them. What a joke. Run from this company.

I dont know if it is due to Covid19, or the insurance insurance company they chose but quality of communication, etc has been terrible this year. They havent been getting their information correct. I have also given the insurance company a rating because I cant figure where to put the blame. This whole experience sucks this year!
