If I could give 0 stars I would. This insurance company is a huge SCAM. I first called to get a quote last year and they gave me a good quote I than cancelled my insurance and went to them for the girl to say to me if I don't add life insurance she wouldn't sign me up for auto insurance knowing I had no car insurance because I cancelled she tried to manipulate me into it. I had to take life insurance to get car insurance and called the next day to snap and take it off and reported her to the manager. After my year was over with them they upped my insurance by 45 dollars and than told me it was due to rate increase, when I asked them how much rate increase was they replied " I don't know" and refused to tell me what I am paying for. They never answer questions, always ignorant and they compulsively lie to their clients treating them like dirt. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE, I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE WHAT CROOKS YOU ARE. I than cancelled my insurance and than they tried to be like are you sure we can't lower your premium or try to.. are you kidding RUN.

She worked with me to get my insurance set up and processed within only a few hours. She reached out to Underwriting to have them look at my application before end of day on a Friday. Before I made it back home, Gladys called me to advise everything has been approved and completed. I really appreciated her helping me out. I started my insurance with Julia's broker in London, Ontarion at 16 years old. Coincidently, she moved to Hamilton to start her own brokerage as I was moving to Burlington for my own business... so I stayed with her. Over the past 30 years, I've filed multiple claims - both home and car - and she's been amazing. Fast, efficient and kind. Her team is fabulous too. I work with Chris typically and she is so efficient and timely in all of my requests that I have never felt like I'm alone on an island in any way. They're a great team. Very helpful. Cara was very helpful moving over our home/auto/trailer and ATV to Desjardins. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. She answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions!) but never made me feel like I was bugging her. Far more expensive than most. Get lied to and told you'll be given a rebate when you take a vehicle off the road, only for them to take money out of your account. I cancelled with them for that reason. I told them that i would not renew my policy with them. My renewal date comes up and they still take nother payment out of my account.
