Head straight to this office if you have any car insurance needs! This is the most impressive insurance company I have worked with. I recently moved from British Columbia to Ontario for graduate school. Most of my driving record was actually in the USA, so you can see I have a complex case to deal with! Despite this, James and his entire team gathered around me and worked their butts off (for many hours) to help me get the insurance rate I deserve as an experienced driver. I left their office feeling very happy, and incredibly grateful for the attention and great care they devoted to my entire situation. I highly recommend James, Dave, and the rest of their team at this office for your insurance needs. The greatest quality about Bhawana is her communication with clients. You will be impressed with her level of service and guidance. However, the only pain point is that James office didn't reduce the cost of Insurance even with a very clean driving record, I had to pay couple of bucks more which I wish could be waived off :) I would surely recommend James, office for all your auto insurance needs.

No stars if possible. After our truck was stolen, it was recovered by police shortly after. This insurance company has refused to pick up our work truck from the towing company because of a $90 dollar tow fee dispute. we are losing money every day. We make 80% of our sales this time of year. We have pleaded for our work truck to be released so they can start repairs. They said the damage was less then $200. it was a locked truck and they did not have a key. Impossible to have less then $200 damage. Even the police said there was body damage and the thieves tried to take apart the mechanical lift. TERRIBLE! Now we are stuck with this garbage brokerage. Do not sign up for this trap.

I had a really bad experience with my previous Insurance Agent and i was put in a unfavourable position. Then along came David Carvell who saved the day and got me covered on my new motorcycle. He went above and behind to get me the best coverage and in an expedited fashion. I was caught in a bind and Mr. Carvell came through. Also Tamara Khader is amazing very friendly and helpful. She had reached out several times to check in on me and my progress, she was even able to save me some money and on a fee. I can rest assured that im in good competent hands

These guys are rip off.. once you set your policy with them you are stuck with them and they don’t help at all.. very poor customer service. I was told that my insurance will go down if i upgrade to G licence, when i called back to see, they refused any changes. Another thing is i had to leave canada for two months, and wanted to suspend my insurance for that time, they said they will suspend the insurance but it wont change my monthly payment. Ripped me off for 460$ every month.

When my state farm broker retired and transferred all his clients to James, I was nervous I wouldn’t get the same care. Now I have had all of my insurance needs with James for more years than I can remember, I was silly to be nervous! He is always amazing to work with. Pam has been a staple in making sure I have what I need, when I need it and always makes sure I get the best dollar figure. I highly recommend James and his team whenever I’m asked who I have insurance through.

Felt with James office 8 years ago, sadly I had to leave because there old motorcycle pricing was too high to justify staying with them. There service went above and beyond what I would of expected from anywhere. Sadly I left and they completely understood why. There new pricing for my gsxr1000 is amazing and I'm glad to be back with them, even though I have moved 1.5hrs away they will always be the best "people to deal with as far as insurance goes.

The worst insurance company ever. Was told after a few months I will be charged less never happened kept getting charged over $300 for the basic insurance…. Only the get another insurance telling me to pay less thank $200 saying am not to be charged this much…. Also billed over a month and was told will be refunded only $67 because I canceled a month early.. had to cancel to spare myself the unnecessary billing

Absolutely WORST. I wish I could give you guys zero stars for never helping your clients. I was always charged highest amounts of insurance rates on my car. They troubled me a lot for unnecessary documents out of purpose and always threatened to cancel the policy for unnecessary reasons. Please don’t believe this Insurance agent, you will regret it a lot.
