I have used Bullfrog twice now to broker a liability policy for my small business. The first time around I was blown away at how quick. easy and competitive they were. Nothing has changed. I started filling out an online form. Moe had a quick online chat with me, called and confirmed my details and then quoted me the absolute best price around. For me, they were the most affordable out of all as well as the easiest to deal with. Not sure what the other reviews are about, not getting a quick quote or receiving their policy. Moe had me all taken care of in literally 5 minutes and my policy was in my email inbox a matter of seconds later. Not sure if I am an isolated case but I doubt it. It has been this was twice for me now with these guys, exact same process, no concerns here at all. If you need insurance, don't hesitate. Its a shame these other poor reviews have lowered their rating to 3.8. They are definitely far better than that. Read reviews with common sense in mind and make sure to understand that not always is a bad review the fault of the business, anyone can rate and review a company, even if they haven't received services from them. I am a real person with my second Bullfrog insurance policy. Thanks Moe!

The uniqueness of the name caught my attention. I filled out the online information and they were quick to make contact. A company that values communication as does mine. I talked to Natalie and clarified what my business focus is about. She is friendly and professional. Waited a few days and was presented with a buisiness insurance quote that met my expectations in price and value. I am now their client. It was such a seamless and quick process. Have sent two emails, asking for a comparison to another quote, and have heard nothing back. It is very hard to give a company my business, if they don't respond to my communications ... unfortunately, I can't give zero stars. Edit ... the above review was based on a business quote I received, for DTA Property Maintenance, in case anyone at Bullfrog reads these communications. Edit #2 ... the email link in the original quote email, is what I sent to other quote for comparison to ... you may want to look at changing that link to the info@ email address, as opposed to the web.notifications email address.

submitted application with all my info, and called to follow up and had to provide it all again on the phone, but they didn't listen, couldn't even get past hearing my address correctly (which was also submitted online so he had it and I repeated it 20 times) and wasted 10 minutes where he concluded that he couldn't help me because he couldn't look up the address. Terrible service, poor communicator on the phone and incompetent for an insurance company if the first thing they try fails completely. I recommend going elsewhere for your quotes / insurance needs as I had to.

I had been putting it off, but more and more often I had clients asking me for proof of insurance before allowing me to begin any electrical work. So I searched online and found Bullfrog. I thought it was too good to be true until my policy showed up in my inbox 2 minutes after I paid! Now when clients ask, I just show them the policy on my phone or email it to them. Awesome idea and they really do deliver!

worst insurance company ever! sent them money to receive insurance from a quote not only did i not receive my coverage they refuse to refund my money as well as refuse to answer calls or requests. very poor customer service.

Just renew my biz. Insurance, great customer service good price.but unfortunately they passed on my insurance policy to an other company who charges 50% more.when the renewal the comes.

Terrible service. Agents don’t follow through with quotes and then don’t return emails or phone calls. It apparently takes months and we still didn’t get a quote. Thanks for nothing.
