On the morning of the closing of my land purchase I was informed that my current home insurance company wouldn’t cover the land. In a complete panic I emailed Jen Book asking if this was something Desjardin could help me with. Jen was fast and efficient with her response, I forwarded the required information and she able to provide a quote to me and direct to the lawyer handling the property deal which ensured that the deal closed on time. I would have been completely lost without her fast, efficient and calming assistance and highly recommend her services.

Matthew Divincenzo is my hero!!!! He just saved me well over $1200 a year!!! They always answer the phone! The office is LOCAL on the Hamilton Mountain. They quoted my business insurance within 24 hours and the rate was competitive and the coverage was better. Very friendly and professional. I am having them quote my home and auto plus our RV and my wife's motorcycle. I just found out they do RESP's for the kids and have a great Life Insurance program as well. I did not realize the importance of looking at insurance policies for the kids to set them up a bit for the future.

These guys are great. My adjustor, Julia, was amazing. She went above and beyond to try and find me as much savings as she could and also explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way, which was especially nice since it was my first time purchasing insurance. Certainly didn't hurt that their prices were better than everyone else even before Julia began working her magic.

She is quick to respond and I’ve only just started with Desjardins but if the customer service remains as it has started off I don’t see myself leaving them any time soon.
